20/07/2025: A nice bar, even if it's located in a typically run-down area. The atmosphere is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy, and prices are reasonable.

I simply called to cancel a reservation and, instead of receiving a polite or professional response, they hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. This is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for reliability and respect.

29/03/2025: My favorite to eat a great sandwich in a nice place, characteristic and served by very kind staff. Antonio always kind, friendly and smiling! The sandwiches are very good, my favorites are the Santi Quaranta and Janara 😍 A note to make it perfect, the toasted bun would be top!

10/09/2025: We stayed in this hotel the 3rd week of August and it was a beautiful week, kindness, courtesy and excellent welcome, excellent cuisine, Mrs. Marisa is a beautiful person, excellent spa, swimming pools and I conclude with the masseuse Mrs. Anna very good, we will definitely return.....

20/07/2025: durante un breve soggiorno a Portici sono andato, su consiglio di un amico del luogo, insieme alla mia famiglia a cena presso il ristorante O' Cuopp dove abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo. Che dire, locale molto bello e caratteristico, cibo ottimo così come i dolci, servizio eccellente, personale cordiale e simpatico. Prezzo in rapporto alla qualità e al servizio ottimo. 21/06/2025: It's a pleasant weekly appointment now! There are so many super gourmet pizzerias now, but we are for tradition! Always the same, Margherita provola and pepper made excellently I have tried others, but nothing is unbeatable! Before the pizza two giant crocche' made of potatoes of an unparalleled exquisiteness! Everyone is very kind, now the waiter of great professionalism and friendliness knows perfectly what we will order😂 Do we want to talk about the prices? Unbeatable, the only ones still where you can go with your family for dinner and not break the bank.

30/08/2025: Yes, I was there last night with my daughters. We had fried fish as an appetizer, which was excellent, and prawn linguine. Everything was super good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even had glasses of takeaway aperitifs in their hands to finish and let us sit down. However, I highly recommend it.

28/08/2025: An elegant and refined restaurant, with a simple atmosphere suitable for even more formal occasions. The service is one of its true strengths: courteous, prompt, and professional staff. The fried food is excellent, light and crispy. The pizzas are average: well-cooked and easy to digest, although "Nonna Maria" was disappointing due to the meatballs, which tasted like packaged products. The prices are fair and proportionate to the offerings.

24/08/2025: Avoid them, they're rude and they're being sneaky. The chef or owner brought us something we didn't ask for, and we thought he was bringing us an appetizer. The prices were outrageous, the pizza was good but cold, and the wait was incredibly long. Not to mention the rudeness of this guy. I don't know if he's the chef or the waiter, but I hope not the owner, because it really makes you look bad. He's a truly despicable person, and he even acted insulting by snapping back. Learn to be a restaurateur, not a street vendor! It's a shame, because the location is truly beautiful, and if they hadn't brought it cold and it weren't so expensive, the pizza would be good! But €15 for a pizza isn't even worth it abroad!

26/07/2025: We're regular customers, and this Saturday we went there again to pick up some takeout pizzas (five). After an hour of waiting, we noticed they'd skipped our order, and we reported it. We were told that other people had priority because we'd ordered fewer than five pizzas. We waited a little longer, and after another 15 minutes, we requested our order, only to be revealed to the pizza chef. I'm not writing to point out the mistake, which can happen to anyone, but to urge the restaurant to show "greater courtesy" to its customers, given that at the end of the day, we were simply told that "we were there at the wrong time," with no apology whatsoever.

18/07/2025: Very friendly staff, great food and affordable prices. Traditional italian / naples food. We managed to get along with the waiter even with not so perfect italian and he was very friendly with my 9 year old niece, teasing her. Food came quickly, and portions very large, which was great since we were very hungry. Everything was delicious.

16/07/2025: Ero stato in questo ristorante molto tempo fa e non mi ero trovato male (a dire il vero avevo mangiato solo pizza); trovandomi nei dintorni sono ritornato:UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE Una mozzarella accompagnata con pomodori e melanzane (?!?) ed Un piatto di spaghetti con cozze e vongole 24 euro (non sapevano di niente, ne ho lasciato mezzi), acqua naturale totale 50 euro - un ladrocinio Ristorante accalappia turisti Il proprietario, vedendomi perplesso mentre pagavo il conto, forse rendendosi conto, si è giustificato mettendola sulla qualità !!!! Sono spesso in giro e pranzo fuori 100 giorni all’anno …. la qualità appunto : mediocre MAI PIÙ
