08/12/2025: A historic Neapolitan osteria, the food is average, but the service is unfortunately terrible. Despite their good intentions, the waiters struggle to understand requests. The management should train them better. They often made mistakes with orders, and even when it came to choosing the wine, it took a while to get a bottle. The atmosphere is cramped and very warm. The quality/price ratio remains good.

08/12/2025: Miraculously, we found room for two on a Saturday evening, as the restaurant only has a limited seating. Everything was excellent, both first and second courses. We ordered two different types of gnocchi: in the pan of the ones with Neapolitan ragù, we were able to mop up the sauce with a little bread, so much so. The second course (sausage with broccoli rabe) was served in a jar. The only flaw, but it's a matter of personal preference, was that the sausage wasn't seasoned with pepper or fennel and was a bit bland compared to the rest. The service was really quick. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Koicos is a simple, charming place in the Cumae area. The welcome is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can enjoy a variety of specialties, both as appetizers and especially the generous pizzas and sandwiches. They also serve lunch on Sundays; we must try it. The prices are excellent, and the parking is large and free.

Here, the quality of the products is evident in every dish: excellent raw materials, prepared with respect and passion, which express the region without the need for too many words. Authentic, intense, sincere flavors, just like our land. 15/11/2025: We arrived at Lilium with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but positive. The organization and service leave much to be desired. They are obsessive about booking (with only two sittings, 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM), but they leave you waiting forever. We waited outside (in the cold) for over a quarter of an hour to be seated. About 50 minutes to order and the same amount to get our sandwiches. The seating arrangement is absurd and wasn't communicated to us when we booked. There were seven of us with a dog, and they put us at the large center table with other people; we didn't even have room to move a finger. After persistent complaints, they moved us to another table. Not to mention the poor quality of the food: overcooked burgers, small for the size of the sandwich, and cold sandwiches. The show was pleasant, but nothing exceptional. When you choose a place like this, it's true that you go primarily for the entertainment, but you still expect to be able to eat decently and be served adequately by staff who aren't improvised. An experience not to be repeated.

31/10/2025: The place is truly meticulously designed, and you can relive the Harry Potter experience. The entertainment during the show is very entertaining and well-executed. A small note about the sandwiches...they're good, but they could do with a better balance of flavors. The butter beer is excellent!

16/02/2025: We ordered the tagliata: the meat wasn't fillet, it was a thin slice, undercooked, seasoned with coarse salt, almost inedible. Local wine costing about the same as Brunello.

I placed an order through Alfonsino, and while I was eating my sandwich, I felt a hard, sharp piece of plastic inside. I contacted the restaurant to report the incident—not to complain, but to prevent it from happening again. I received an apology, but honestly, I would have expected a different level of customer service, especially considering this is a serious issue related to food safety and quality. A concrete gesture or more careful management would have really made a difference. It's a shame, because I never intended to leave a negative review, but the experience was disappointing, and I think it's important it be taken more seriously.

01/12/2025: Beautiful location. All the dishes were truly delicious, from the sandwiches to the meat and even the chicken. Really good.

10/10/2025: An absolutely disappointing experience. Three of us entered, and the lack of friendliness was immediately noticeable, like a door slammed in our face. To our simple question, "Is it open?", the waitress—visibly annoyed—replied in a dismissive tone: "Of course it's open, can't you see?" From there, everything else was downhill... but downhill. Cold service, arrogant attitude, and no desire to put the customer at ease. When we politely pointed out that we weren't experiencing any kindness, instead of receiving a smile or a word of clarification, the chef (or the owner?) appeared from the kitchen, intervening in an even harsher and more disrespectful manner. And as if that weren't enough, the first course arrived served on a wooden cutting board: a questionable and, from a hygienic standpoint, unacceptable. An experience that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, not because of the food, but because of the attitude of those who work there. Courtesy is the first course a restaurant should serve — here, unfortunately, it was completely lacking.

24/09/2025: I decided to write a review after reading some negative comments about this charming place. I would advise these pseudo food critics to turn off the television for a bit and not be influenced by all these programs, specifically designed to influence the lower-end public and to entertain them. When you enter Azzic Azzic you enter an enchanted world, with Pino Daniele always present in the background and the Scarpariello MUST be on the wooden cutting board, not to mention the always different house appetizers. Congratulations guys, always like this 💪🏻

05/09/2025: One night during my motorcycle trip, I spontaneously got a room. I was very happy about this great coincidence. It just worked out. Very nice people there. The dinner was absolutely delicious.

03/12/2025: If you're looking for a "genuine" place, you'll be satisfied here. Excellent food, attentive and fast service, fair prices. Fresh fish, tasty dishes, generous portions. The atmosphere is original, the space isn't huge, but it's welcoming. Recommended for connoisseurs.

30/09/2025: What can I say? A wonderful surprise, even if you ask... It's a surprise that's lasted 24 years, right up to now, in 2025. Excellent food, among the best Margherita pizzas I've ever eaten. Very kind, courteous, and even very friendly service. Plus, a very characteristic, all-wood restaurant. And what more could you ask for? A menu with fries, Margherita pizza, and a drink for €6. Including sauces for the fries. What more could you ask for? BRAVISI VERY WELL DONE. Even after 3 years, the review is fully confirmed.
