26/10/2024: Un luogo affascinante. Essere coccolati, con discrezione, dal personale di sala ed essere anche stupiti dalla ricercatezza e bontà dei piatti non è una cosa comune…ma qui sembra essere la regola. Grazie e ancora grazie per la bellissima serata. Slendida la cantina ed affascinante la passione e preparazione del sommelier che ci ha proposto abbinamenti molto ricercati.

05/09/2024: Conseillé par des amis nous avions réservé pour la table gastronomique. Après un apéritif côté bar nous avons pu déguster un des menus proposés. Des jolis plats dans des assiettes magnifiques. Une belle et riche carte des vins. Nous avons été très bien conseillé par le sommelier, en particulier sur le vin blanc (Tenuta Dei preti). Un cadre agréable, du personnel au petit soin pour nous faire passer un excellent moment. Bravo pour cette aventure culinaire Vous pouvez aussi profiter du restaurant traditionnel.

16/01/2025: Already from the external window we can eat all the delicious sweet and baked products with our eyes. I tasted the Parisian, a nice big piece that gives satisfaction. Advised! Then we tried their omelette, very large and creamy inside but with a different breading than usual made with breadcrumbs and not just the batter. 31/12/2024: very good food only I didn't like the service so much because to get two napkins the boy near the window says "ua te take tutti e fazzulett" even less more kindness otherwise all good

13/01/2025: We had two croissants, a peach tea and a dark hot chocolate. We spent €10 including table service; Let's start with the food: genuine and delicious raw materials, all really good. Comfortable and very convenient environment. Truly very professional service; the guys welcomed us very well and looked after us from ordering to leaving. I highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

31/12/2024: Very bad experience, 11 of us arrived for a toast, we had a nice prosecco but the appetizers were almost nothing and I told the owner several times to add the appetizers, I was told that they were finished like the gas cylinder, we were cold and hungry. I don't recommend it

24/08/2024: Nice little place in the historic center of Salerno. Few seats and when going up to a small and cramped room with very little ventilation: perceived temperature around 40 degrees. Despite the few seats, the pizza arrived after about 40-45 minutes (I suppose giving priority to takeaway). Pizza not bad, but you can find better in a more ventilated place with less waiting. PS: the bathroom door, even if you turn the knob, does not close.

06/07/2024: Ristorante elegante ed accogliente, perfetto per accogliere coppie ma anche tavolate grandi con famiglie. La cena è iniziata con un entrè squisito, antipasti ottimi e sfiziosi con crudi di qualità. I primi sono eccezionali con porzioni abbondanti, in particolare lo gnocchetto al ragù di mare. Dolci buonissimi con imbarazzo della scelta. Il personale gentile e disponibile, Salvatore ci ha accompagnato in questa scoperta di nuovi e antichi sapori. Ci torneremo assolutamente!

05/03/2024: Ambiente caldo e riservato, con gradevolissimo sottofondo musicale. Vere contaminazioni enograstronomiche tra il territorio e l' Oriente: deliziose, ricercate, palesemente frutto di grande studio. La giovane sommelier trasmette molto bene la sua passione e preparazione nello scovare splendide chicche :) . Da tornare sicuramente e prenotare con fiducia.

14/12/2024: We spent a wonderful holiday here. Price/performance ratio is still right. In the evening there was a 4-course menu and a large starter buffet. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The hotel shuttle worked perfectly Our room had a great view of the sea. All the staff were friendly and super nice, despite some language problems. We would love to come back here.

31/08/2024: We came on Thursday evening after dinner around 10pm, the place was already closed, despite the closing time set for 11pm. The girl at the counter replied to another customer that the place was already closed and could only give us water at most. We went back this morning before leaving. Delicious croissants, the girl at the counter was annoyed, she made me understand the difference after letting 5 other people who arrived after me pass by. The cappuccino and coffee arrived after having served 3 other people, who obviously entered later. The icing on the cake or perhaps better to say Amarena sul CORNETT, he makes a joke with a customer about the fact that he was keeping an eye on us in case we ran away without paying. Obviously I paid for half breakfast otherwise I would have stayed there until noon! The place was not full when we entered. Perhaps it WOULD be better to charge before serving, GIVEN all the concern directed only at us.

17/11/2024: We only came for the drink, delicious coffee and served with a huge smile. We really appreciate this atmosphere. 2 coffees worthy of an Italian coffee served at no extra cost with a glass of water. We recommend.

15/10/2024: Ancora un anno presso i lido le conchiglie di Palinuro. Come per gli anni precedenti anche questo ci siamo trovati bene. Il bel tempo ci ha assistiti. Ottimo il servizio spiaggia con i due bagnini molto attenti e precisi. Abbiamo usufruito della cucina della struttura durante la permanenza al lido e aprezzato le specialità dello chef Francesco e possiamo dire di avere sempre pranzato molto bene. Ottimo il servizio di sala. Complimenti alla famiglia De Luca.

10/10/2024: I was at the Saline hotel the week of August, a quiet and elegant environment, there is a truly serene air, a renovated and well-kept hotel. Helpful and friendly cleaning ladies, friendly and polite staff. Very nice Pasquale, who manages the restaurant, beautiful, new, which overlooks the sea, it feels like having dinner or lunch on the beach. The manager of the Chalet is friendly, polite, friendly and helpful. Mr. Franco, an exquisite person, always attentive to the needs of guests, both young and old. The lunch/dinner cuisine (top breakfast) and the entertainment evenings with relative entertainment for children certainly need to be improved. A piece of advice... I would replace the gala dinner on 15/08 with a buffet and lots of music in order to have a little more fun. The shuttle service with timetables also needs to be improved, especially in central weeks. The location of the hotel is unquestionable, it is practically in the water. (sandy beach) I recommend it for those with small children, it is truly one of the most comfortable hotels I have been in. I would happily return.
