Place was so fantastic. My daughter had the absolute best time!! Even if she was bummed to not get a 50 euro wand at the gift shop.
Food was ok. I wouldn't go there for just the food but the service, ambiance, actors, space everything was 10/10
Highly, highly recommend for any Harry Potter fans!
The staff speaks Italian and English and the kids were in heaven!

We were last night in this beautiful place, we enjoyed a magical place, like that of Harry Potter, nothing to say, the food disappointing because the sandwich was not only cold, but also not tasty, instead I want to compliment the entertainer, a good Malfoy who entertained very well and with great satisfaction the evening... I know it is more suitable for children than for adults who do not notice many details. In any case it is a nice place!

A very nice Harry Potter-themed location.
The place was freezing cold and the food was terrible: stale sandwiches, cold food, and greasy fries.
The staff were friendly.
We won't be back again because we didn't like the food.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience! The atmosphere is meticulously maintained. The staff is polite and professional, including Sibilla Coman who reads your cards. It's a beautiful and magical show. Highly recommended.

We were there a few days ago, and I have to say, the location was amazing, the staff were friendly and polite, and the show was also beautiful. The only negative thing that detracts from the place's appeal is the poor quality of the food. For appetizers, we had the golden snitches with pulled pork, which were good but cold. We also had two portions of fries, one sliced and one stick, both frozen. You might find frozen ones elsewhere, but these were truly poor quality. For sandwiches, we had a
"Hagrid" and an "Umbridge Ban," both very bland. The only thing you could taste in the special was the stracciatella, and the bread wasn't the best. The desserts were good. There's no parking, which, being on a side street, could be useful.
