19/10/2025: A truly disappointing experience. The prices are completely disproportionate to the quality: I understand the "table service" approach, but it doesn't justify such high prices at all: basically, a lady brings cappuccinos and pastries without even asking who they're for, placing them haphazardly on the table. The quality of the products is terrible: the cappuccino didn't even have foam on top, the brioche was rubbery, and the cake was industrially made. I don't understand how they can charge artisanal pastry prices for products that seem like they're bought at the supermarket. Not recommended, especially if you're looking for something truly good and local.

29/06/2025: We took a few samples of several pizzas/supplì, all really delicious, the tomato of the pizza is really incredible, definitely highly recommended and to mark it on the map. Lots of smiles and courtesy at the counter and behind the oven.

18/10/2025: Total disappointment... We arrived with a table reservation at 8:40 PM... everything you make may be good, but there was an endless wait for 3 pizzas and 2 sandwiches. There were very few people, and for 2 pizzas and 3 sandwiches, it was 11 PM... as the place filled up, we saw people arrive, sit after us, and eat before us... We paid and thanked them. Anyway, I don't even want to offer constructive criticism... you have to figure out how to best organize yourselves. The wait is fine, but 2.5 hours is definitely not. Even if you can get over it, as you wrote in another review... never again 😉

If you're in Sorrento and want gelato as it should be—creamy, flavorful, authentic—then Valestra is the place for you. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: A true paradise for breakfast lovers! The coffee at this café is simply exceptional: creamy, aromatic, and always served at the perfect temperature. You can immediately taste the quality blend and that behind the counter there's someone who truly knows how to make it. But the real highlight are the croissants: fragrant, light, and freshly baked. Whether plain, with cream, or pistachio, one leads to another! They melt in your mouth and smell of butter and real pastry, not just packaged brioche. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always smiling, making every visit a small daily pleasure. It's become my go-to for a great start to the day!

17/10/2025: Although the place is small, it's very welcoming. The staff is extremely polite, always kind and smiling. They make you feel right at home, and for that alone, they deserve even more than 5 stars. All the appetizers they served were truly excellent; the sausage fries were incredible, and the cheddar and bacon croquette was also delicious. The sandwiches are beautiful to look at and incredibly delicious. The only constructive criticism I'd have is that perhaps I would have expected a little more flavor from the burger inside the bun (we had the scottona burgers; perhaps Chianina or Marchigiana would have undoubtedly been tastier, but also perhaps more expensive). Anyway, there really is NOTHING negative, everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back again. Congratulations on everything and thank you for your kindness. Oh, I forgot... GREAT PRICES 💪🏻❤️
