24/09/2025: Terrible experience, let's start from the beginning. My girlfriend (the birthday girl) and I have food intolerances, like so many people these days. We booked the menu for this confirmation a month in advance, communicating our intolerances and PERSONALLY CHOOSING THE RIGHT COURSES FOR EVERYONE WITH THE OWNER. From there, a real ordeal began. The owner himself had to call us back, after contacting his suppliers, to let us know whether the gluten-free pasta they supplied contained corn (my girlfriend is intolerant). Four days before the event, there was still no news. We contacted the restaurant and they promised they would let us know as soon as possible. In the end, we had to call their suppliers ourselves to ask if there was corn in the pasta they supplied to the restaurant. It was surreal, but let's move on. On the day of the event, we arrived at the restaurant, lunch began, and then the real catastrophe struck. My girlfriend and I were the only ones with intolerances; even though we had different placemats to identify us, they managed to bring us some dishes containing our intolerances, all of which we obviously sent back. On the second fish dish (sea bass), we were told the breadcrumbs on top were corn-free. Moral of the story? My girlfriend (the party girl) felt ill. At this point, we called the waiter to ask if it really was corn-free. He went to the kitchen to ask and confirmed it was corn-free, which was impossible, considering my girlfriend felt ill. At this point, we asked to see the label on the breadcrumbs. The result? Reading the label, it said it did contain corn. If it had been an allergy and not an intolerance, it would have been life-threatening. To top it all off, we weren't served any cake or dessert because they didn't bother to get them ahead of time (and there are plenty of businesses that sell these products, even nearby, where we buy them ourselves). PURE MADNESS, ZERO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. According to all the diners, the food was tasteless, mostly frozen, and of extremely low quality. I've attached some photos of the dishes. The best dish we ate was the sorbet. They even served a sliced ​​steak without even seasoning the cherry tomatoes and meat, just thrown in for good measure. As a final delicacy, the waiters served coffee in a cup from a previously filled carafe, a truly shocking touch. Poor and clumsy service, no one in charge, just a couple of good waiters who tried to make up for the situation as best they could. When we spoke to the owner, we were told that at most he'd deduct the two menus for the two intolerant people, but who's going to pay for the ruined party? For my girlfriend feeling ill? For the embarrassment I made in front of the guests? ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO COMPETENCE, RUINED EVENT.

24/09/2025: I celebrated my 38th birthday there, and it couldn't have been better. A spectacular place you wouldn't imagine when you arrive at Ariano Irpino, unforgettable food, and a very warm, friendly, and attentive service. A unique experience for the 65 guests who traveled from Spain. We'll definitely be back!

25/08/2025: The pizza is delicious, but the staff isn't very friendly. Highly recommended.

16/08/2025: The restaurant is truly delicious! Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, was a discovery of authentic and carefully crafted flavors. The only downside is the lack of staff in the dining room: the two girls who were very quick and kind, but clearly couldn't cover all the tables. Despite this, the experience was pleasant and the food is absolutely worth a try!

21/09/2025: This was our first time at the rooftop of this hotel, and it will be our last, thanks to the terrible service from the staff, especially Fabiana. Not only did she take an incredible dislike to us, but she was also rude when paying—she didn't even say "thank you" or "please." A terrible experience—don't go there; there are much more welcoming rooftops in Rome!

03/09/2025: The building is certainly very beautiful, but the rooms could be improved: the bed is comfortable enough, but could be improved. The TV in the room is tiny and has poor reception, so it definitely needs updating. The interior decor is acceptable; it reflects the location. Parking is available for up to three cars. The most positive aspects are the professionalism and skill of chef Emilia, and the friendliness of the employees Lorella and Mario, always attentive to the guests' needs: well done! Marco R.

17/07/2025: I stopped by this bar for a cappuccino and a pastry. The best part about this bar is the service, where the staff serves with a warm smile. The cappuccino was pretty good, and the biscuit was also very good.

16/10/2025: Last week I came here with a friend for pizza, wanting something different than usual. The experience wasn't bad, but my problem was the service. When I went to pay, I was told that both pizzas plus drinks were €24, then the clerk told me €29. The cashier said exactly €24, so I was forced to pay €29. I will never go back to this place again.

29/06/2025: We took a few samples of several pizzas/supplì, all really delicious, the tomato of the pizza is really incredible, definitely highly recommended and to mark it on the map. Lots of smiles and courtesy at the counter and behind the oven.

29/10/2025: We went tonight to celebrate my son's birthday (13 children) and we ordered their €10 menu, which included a sandwich with drinks and chips. We adults chose from the menu, and the prices were reasonable. Then we also ordered a takeaway sandwich. The only photo I managed to take is this one... The place was nice and clean, and the lady was really kind and helpful with the kids... The sandwich was excellent, and I compliment the owner on everything. The kids had a great time, they had fun with the karaoke, and they also ate very well... I recommend the broccoli rabe, which was incredibly delicious... I rarely find them made this well... Congratulations

You can immediately taste the quality blend and that behind the counter there's someone who truly knows how to make it. But the real highlight are the croissants: fragrant, light, and freshly baked. Whether plain, with cream, or pistachio, one leads to another! They melt in your mouth and smell of butter and real pastry, not just packaged brioche. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always smiling, making every visit a small daily pleasure. It's become my go-to for a great start to the day!
