18/04/2025: Really lovely restaurant. They squeezed us in as they were open for a private party only for the Easter break. Food was delicious and the service was great. A fantastic restaurant and if we find ourselves back in the area we would definitely visit again. Menu was available online, lots of burgers to choose from and all freshly prepared.

19/04/2025: Despite some of the negative reviews, I have to say I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this place. It’s excellent for some Aperitivo in the afternoon. Good choice of snacks offered and if you want to order some oysters then you wont be disappointed. The oysters here were great. Staff is also very attentive, I would definitely recommend.

08/04/2025: Ordered a glass of a specific bottle of chardonnay, unfortunately, it was finished, and without asking, the staff popped a different bottle and poured it into my glass. I said this is not the one i ordered, and she said "its ok its the same grape". What kind of wine place does this? Their "medium" pour was also extremely tiny, less than 75ml.

23/02/2025: We got to know the place through a video on TikTok by a Neapolitan influencer where she positively sponsors both the place and the food but unfortunately we can't say the same thing, nothing to say about the place, small and nice but about the service and the food a mess not to mention the many products that were missing. They made a mess of the order by having the sandwiches arrive together with the appetizer, so we found ourselves in a sort of all you can eat, cold sandwiches and one of them was also missing the provola cheese, then we ordered some bao with Neapolitan ragù and we were served some bao with Bolognese sauce. After these we also preferred to avoid the rare dessert for my girlfriend. I'm sorry never again.

Posto carino che volutamente rimane apparentemente spartano ma alcuni dettagli (bicchieri stilizzati con nome ristorante inciso cura nella scelta dei materiali ) fanno capire la passione e competenza con cui viene fatto questo lavoro. La padrona di casa, Giovanna, vi accompagnerà in un viaggio culinario che vi ricorderà il passato ma con classe ed eleganza (non come in alcuni locali dove tradizione viene confusa con piatti unti e cucinati con approssimazione) Chiudete gli occhi e assaggerete i piatti della tradizione cilentana preparati con semplicità ma con ingredienti top (antipasti con i salumi del Cilento, i primi con sugo e l'immancabile e gustosa braciola ...) Un viaggio nel passato: una gustosissima carrellata di sapori e profumi. Molto vicina a Scario, quindi se vi trovate in zona secondo me è un must. Chapeau.

09/03/2025: Volevo recarmi a questo pseudo ristorante, in quanto parlando bene ad un amico di un' altro ristorante di un comune limitrofe, dove si mangia molto bene, a questo mio amico un suo amico gli consiglia di andare a mangiare a questo "fusillo d'oro". Sicché un sabato pomeriggio verso le 18:00 chiamo telefonicamente poiché abito in una provincia diversa. Dalle 18:00 fino alle 20:00 con un intervallo di 10 / 15 minuti, ho chiamato al numero telefonico che risultava quasi sempre libero ma senza un interlocutore che rispondesse. A volte risultava anche occupato ma certamente per persone che si trovavano nella mia stessa condizione. Alle ore 20:00 ho desistito. Nella mattinata successiva, domenica, verso le ora 10:30 per mera curiosità richiamo il ristorante che miracolosamente risponde una voce femminile. Chiedo, con educazione, lumi riguardo al fatto che la sera precedente come mai un'attività di ristorazione non rispondesse a telefono. La risposta stucchevole della voce femminile fu di aver fatto una scelta: "ho lavoriamo o rispondiamo a telefono". A questo punto, faccio notare alla interlocutrice che non è una politica giusta, in quanto se mi fossi recato ugualmente presso il loro "pseudo" ristorante senza chiamare, avrei corso il rischio di percorrere 65/75 km per non mangiare. La stessa, mi conferma che certamente non avrei mangiato, poiché il locale era pieno. Rispondo: dunque cara signora, ho ragione che sia corretto rispondere. Per tutta risposta, ribadisce nuovamente che è una loro scelta di non rispondere. A questo punto, preferisco difronte ad una persona che non sa cosa vuol dire un confronto e per di più con tono altezzoso, di troncare la telefonata, consigliando alla signora di fare disdetta del loro numero fisso. Una spesa in meno, visto che lesinano nel mettere qualcuno per rispondere al telefono. Comunque, sono felice di non aver varcato la soglia di questo ristorante, avendo letto diverse recensioni negative che rispecchino in pieno il loro modo di operare con il pubblico.
