08/06/2025: All the initial enthusiasm has already died down. It has already been disappointing twice in a row. In my opinion, the concept should be re-established, basing it on a principle that is now on the verge of extinction: generosity, which is totally missing. I'll start with the fried foods. Both the croquette and the frittatina are literally poor in content, very little seasoning and zero breading. The croquette then, tasteless, without pepper and without salami, but what's the point? A tiny piece of provola, imperceptible and potato that seemed boiled. The pizzas: yes, wide, yes, cartwheel-shaped, yes, soft, but they too... sad for the content. Tending to dry and not very satisfying. Margherita without infamy and without praise, the peperonella then... four "gourmet" splashes of pepper cream and crispy bacon at an all-time low, price 12 euros. 2 euros for water.. and they bring you the 500ml one. What can I say, even Spicchi Vesuviani, crossed out! Ps. The images I uploaded date back to the beginning, when I thought it was an excellent pizzeria. Advice: More generosity and abundance with the food offered and less abundance of social media and ridiculous stories!

30/05/2025: Excellent quality pizzas, with a wide selection, from classic to seasonal. The staff is always smiling and attentive. We really appreciated the montanara offered, a thought that does not go unnoticed. We return with pleasure every time, it is a certainty.

11/06/2025: Really great culinary experience, we ate very well, the fish was very fresh and the portions were generous. But most of all I would like to point out the professionalism, friendliness and cordiality of Jonny (Giovanni), a truly very smart and very nice person who knows how to advise you well on what to take. Average prices. I recommend without a shadow of a doubt!!!

Posto carino che volutamente rimane apparentemente spartano ma alcuni dettagli (bicchieri stilizzati con nome ristorante inciso cura nella scelta dei materiali ) fanno capire la passione e competenza con cui viene fatto questo lavoro. La padrona di casa, Giovanna, vi accompagnerà in un viaggio culinario che vi ricorderà il passato ma con classe ed eleganza (non come in alcuni locali dove tradizione viene confusa con piatti unti e cucinati con approssimazione) Chiudete gli occhi e assaggerete i piatti della tradizione cilentana preparati con semplicità ma con ingredienti top (antipasti con i salumi del Cilento, i primi con sugo e l'immancabile e gustosa braciola ...) Un viaggio nel passato: una gustosissima carrellata di sapori e profumi. Molto vicina a Scario, quindi se vi trovate in zona secondo me è un must. Chapeau.

25/04/2025: Group of 5 friends passing through Salerno to go to Pompeii we stopped in this restaurant for lunch, nice clean place, very kind staff and excellent cuisine. Very honest bill. Fully satisfied

13/04/2025: Really poor food: in the starters the frying was soft and full of oil. Soggy bruschetta but the anchovy was good, various tureens with various preparations all full of oil. Honorable mention to the courgette flowers in which there was a thorn that stuck in the palate of one of the guests (we didn't know they were fish, no one pointed it out). Mediocre firsts. Not excellent service: the first lady who approaches the table from whom we ask for information, shouts and calls her colleague (because we asked if some dishes were suitable for pregnant women) saying: "you see, the ladies here are pregnant" all in a loud voice and with the room quite full. All in all, a nice location but without a view. Clean room and toilets. I count in the norm.

19/06/2025: Highly recommended to try Ristorante O' Russ. Perfect for those like us who were looking for a place that served both traditional Neapolitan tripe-based dishes and fish-based dishes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Having three children, the manager was very flexible in proposing a menu suitable for children too. The tripe-based dishes are reminiscent of the flavors of the past. The fish-based dishes were excellent. Reasonable prices. In addition to the good food, it is also a very transparent place in presenting the bill - detailed and precise. Suitable for all tastes, definitely worth a visit!

19/05/2025: The Trippa con patate was the best meal I had during our 4days in Napoli. If you’re going to eat real food this should be on your list. Those who can take the cuts that are often set aside and transform them into masterpieces are the true chefs. Well done gentleman. Savory, salty, craveable….10/10. Some America’s are real eaters too ✌🏻

24/05/2025: DISORGANIZZAZIONE, CONFUSIONE e LUNGHE ATTESE. La pizza è arrivata dopo esattamente due ore, staff assolutamente da migliorare, nessun coordinamento, peccato per la pizza che è molto buona, ma come dire, in un contesto del genere , fai fatica a mangiarla serenamente.
