27/09/2025: We had lunch here for the first time today. It's a quaint, relaxing place. The staff is kind and attentive. Everything was delicious: appetizers, a generous first course, and dessert. I really appreciated the fact that my daughter's penne with tomato sauce was brought out early so she could eat before us. I also asked for a candle on my sister's birthday cake, and they kindly did so. Thank you, we'll be back ❤️

06/09/2025: We ate at this rustic osteria. Vincenzo, the chef as he says, is the friendly owner! I recommend the first dishes and the eggplant, everything is excellent! We just ate at the osteria. Vincenzo, the friendly chef, as he calls himself, is the owner. Highly recommend the main courses and the eggplant. Everything was delicious!

01/09/2025: This is the first place I ever ate when I was stationed at the Base nearby. I got a seafood pasta, and my mind is absolutely blown! Five years later I’m eating here again and I’m just not impressed because it’s possible to eat so much better. I ordered a steak that was very gamy in flavor and while it advertised as €22 it ended up being €40. The salad only came with lemon to squeeze over the top, so it was very green tasting, no oil, salt, or other dressing. The impressive looking hamburger that my husband ordered was supposed to be rare but instead they just put tomato paste inside… Making it look a little bit pink, but it was completely cooked through and the patty tasted strongly of tomato paste. I asked for fries instead of roasted potatoes, but I receive roasted potatoes. This is not a language barrier problem, I speak Italian. There was only one other table being served, so they were not slammed for business. The upside is, they are open in the month of August. The downside is the corners that are being cut, really took the joy out of lunch.

16/08/2025: After a week and many restaurants, you can say: you can eat great food in many places, but here the waiters are friendly, have an eye for the well-being of the guest(!), the chef has a friendly word for everyone - that is actually just as important as good food

21/09/2025: Everything was delicious! We tried the €40 per person menu and loved it all! From the appetizers to the first courses, to the main courses and desserts! Unlimited drinks, traditional, quality cuisine, and friendly staff. We'll be back!

21/09/2025: Second visit to Malafemmena. Excellent food and service in this small, quaint osteria. Away from mainstream destinations, but well worth the visit! Highly recommend reservations.

23/09/2025: We have always been satisfied with the pizzas we ordered and have never had to wait long either for on-site collection or home delivery. The pizzas are good and cooked to perfection.

12/08/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on a recommendation and received a warm welcome. We had the chef's starter and two second courses; everything was freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The vegetables were excellent, and everything else was fresh, too. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

02/10/2025: While we did not stay at Al Barilotto, Giovanni treated us like family. We were staying a villa next door to Al Barilotto when our car scheduled to take us to Pompeii for the morning never showed up. We went to grab some breakfast next door and were greeted like close family. We ate some of the most delicious food while soaking in one of the best views on the Amalfi coast. Giovanni saw to every detail and spent time speaking with us about his hotel, family and the surrounding area. He then proceeded to connect us with a car service that not only showed up but arranged a private tour of Pompeii with an excellent guide on our ride back to Naples prior to our departure.Giovanni's warmth and hospitality was unmatched. I already know where I will be staying on my next trip to Positano!!

24/07/2025: This was my first time in Positano, and I never usually write reviews, but this time, I just had to! We had dinner at Ristorante Mirage and everything was simply amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a special mention for the seafood incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. From the attentive service to the stunning view and relaxing atmosphere, it was an experience truly worth sharing. Highly recommended!

24/07/2025: 28 euros for a very mediocre vongole, 25 euros for 4 shrimp (literally)... Have lived in Italy for 10 years and disappointed in myself for falling for such a tourist trap. Don't recommend.

05/07/2025: I'm reviewing this right as I'm in front of eating an excellent sandwich. All good if it weren't for the arrogance and bad manners of the lady with glasses in charge of the sales, who, supported by her assistant, answered my question about what was in a salad with a dry and arrogant: it says can't you see?🤔🤔. And I replied: excuse me, I'm tired and I didn't see, you know, I've been cycling for 5 hours, and she: we're all tired here. End of story!

18/06/2025: Posto in pieno centro, prodotti di alta qualità ad un prezzo ottimo, un solo operatore al banco, il servizio ai tavoli non c'è. Posto di buon gusto, niente apparenza
