The environment is elegant and welcoming, with particular attention to detail and an atmosphere that makes the experience unique. The service was impeccable: the staff was kind, professional and always available to advise us. Each course was impeccably presented and prepared with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The wine list is also excellent, with a curated selection that satisfies every taste. The quality-price ratio is excellent considering the high quality of the cuisine and the service. We can't wait to return! A place recommended to anyone who wants to live an unforgettable culinary experience.

19/01/2025: They literally ignored me because my Italian is not native and they didn't want to take note of the takeaway pizza. Two young men came in after me and took notice, served and offered to take the pizzas home. After they left I insisted and yet they didn't even look me in the face. I said I was leaving and "thank you". I have NEVER had anything like this happen to me in the entire country.

16/09/2024: Our favorite place. Welcoming and familiar. Castrese always welcomes us with a smile. An innumerable variety of wines and all the dishes offered are gourmet and of excellent quality. It is always a great pleasure to return.

20/02/2025: Chaotic self service. The bathrooms are outside the room located in a warehouse. In case of rain, bring an umbrella to get there. I ordered an entrecote, paid €65 per kg, and it was served "cold". Maybe the only thing that can work is shopping at the counter. I wouldn't go back.

19/10/2024: Evening in the area, aperitif with platter for two and a glass of Aglianico Beneventano (discreet). Good cured meats and cheeses (I would change the mortadella for something else), nice environment and friendly staff. It was early and there was no live music, which started later. I didn't like the musical selection that was in the background, more suitable for a disco than for a place that has "vinyl" in the name!

29/01/2025: A place that has remained in our hearts. I stayed at Rendez Vous 6 summers ago with my family, it was an unforgettable holiday also thanks to the constant attention and precious advice of the entire Herren family. If I could… I would go back immediately, even tomorrow. Hello Remy!!!

06/01/2025: We stayed at Rendez Vous in Aymaville from December 31, 2024 to January 6, 2025 for the first time and it was a great experience! Super welcoming and helpful staff, as well as the owners of the hotel who are always really kind and attentive to any request! Furthermore, the location of the hotel is truly strategic... from there you can move to Courmayeur or Aosta or La Thuile and other destinations just a few kilometers away. The cuisine was excellent!!! Spectacular breakfast!!! A mix of sweet and savory and they never fail to add when the food is running out…. Applause to the Chef for the succulent and always abundant dinners (there were no shortage of encores) that we were able to savor…. Typical Aosta Valley cuisine and much more…. In short, everything was perfect! An infinite thank you from the CICERALE family!

28/01/2025: The location is very nice, although I think it is certainly more enjoyable in spring The owner is very friendly and the service is good, the wine is excellent....the only thing that was out of place in my opinion was the bill, 43 euros per person I think is a bit high in relation to the place and the level of the dishes, but it's my humble opinion. Overall I liked it.

04/03/2025: I went last Friday with the FSSI team, the pizza was very good and top, while the sandwiches were not good, some were raw and they also served it wrong So I recommend only pizzas since they are specialized and have also won medals. For the rest, a normal and comfortable environment

20/02/2025: Very good pizza, selection of matured meats, fried foods and very good sandwiches. Extensive wine list and excellent beers on tap. Pizzas also for celiacs. The owner is kind and helpful. Big screen to watch all the football matches during dinner. A place frequented by young people, even in the late evening, with excellent cocktails and a vast assortment of alcohol. Must try.

31/12/2024: Che dire,è tutto perfetto,i camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili e ben organizzati,la cucina è perfetta,il menù presenta piatti deliziosi,tutto fantastico,se dovete scegliere un ristorante per mangiare pesce a Sapri scegliete la specola

26/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante a fine ottobre. Abbiamo apprezzato il locale accogliente, pulito ed elegante . Il servizio è stato estremamente gentile, familiare e non invadente. I piatti sono stati graditissimi: l'arrosto misto, il tonno e le linguine agli scampi. Grazie ancora! Speriamo di rivederci presto!
