23/08/2025: We just had a coffee, which we paid for normally, but was served in a plastic cup and the coffee was so bad that I didn't drink it. When I asked for a cup, the girl said she didn't have one! Absurd!

19/08/2025: We went for an unpretentious breakfast and instead they have an excellent croissant, we also tried some semifreddo and ice cream, everything was good.

06/09/2025: Everything was perfect and romantic, we will be back soon.

11/07/2025: A fairytale setting, very welcoming rooms, and extremely friendly staff. The property is located just minutes from the Amalfi Coast and features a swimming pool. It's the ideal place to spend relaxing and enjoyable days. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: The place is very small and dark... We hadn't booked, but they seated us anyway, except that—once we'd ordered—they made it clear we had to hurry up and eat because "they'd already done us a favor..." Moral of the story: We didn't finish the pizza, which was also burnt! Incredible!

08/07/2025: A very nice, new hotel located on Via Monte Gelbison. Very convenient before climbing the Sacro Monte di Novi Velia. Quiet rooms with views of the Cilento and excellent cleanliness. 02/12/2025: On Sunday, we decided to try this restaurant I'd heard about. It had a rustic and welcoming tavern-like atmosphere, with classic Neapolitan music playing in the background. Excellent dishes, attentive and discreet service, and a good value. I really enjoyed the pasta and potatoes, with provola cheese and crispy bacon—it was truly delicious. Otherwise, everything was good; I can't find any negatives, except for the standard desserts, which, while good, are average compared to the other dishes, which are decidedly superior.

09/11/2025: Terrible gluten-free pizza, terrible dough, and in 2025, it's unusual to still see such a problem. Only Margherita, Caprese, or Bufalina s.g. were available, and the ingredients were terrible too. Long wait, inattentive waiters, we had to ask for a bottle of water three times. Terrible, the food was truly subpar. The bill was higher than usual. Even the gluten-free pizzas were burnt, full of oil, and the place wasn't even full.

07/11/2025: Excellent, modern, well-equipped. Pizza also available at lunchtime and the food is well-made.

11/10/2025: The food was good but the menu was not very extensive and could have done with more choices. My husband's starter arrived but not mine, and when I asked the waitress she said ... oh did yiu order a starter 😏 it arrived a few minutes later. We had stuffed seabass for our mains which neither of us particularly liked even though we like seabass. The waitress seemed more much more attentive to the americans on the other two tables than to us. We found it to be a little pretentious and have been in better restaurants in the UK. My menu had no prices on it which is a little old fashioned in this day and age considering women's equality. If we were in Positano again we wouldn't go this restaurant!!

09/10/2025: My favorite restaurant. What can I say about this magical place? Excellent service, courteous staff always available to satisfy any request, under the watchful eye of "Don Antonio," the owner, and "Luigi." The cuisine features regional dishes revisited but still maintains the traditions of the true Amalfi Coast. The location, in my opinion, is the most beautiful terrace in Positano. Highly recommended; try it!

29/11/2025: For me, Sandro is a master pizza maker, as well as a friendly and kind person; his staff is just as good. From people like that, you can only eat excellent pizza, made with quality ingredients. I'd add that the fried foods are incredibly light, perfectly dry, and cooked to perfection. I'd say they're perhaps the only fried food in the area! Finally, the service, especially the takeout pizzas, is incredibly fast!! Highly recommended, especially for those like me who are lactose intolerant! Top, congratulations!!

27/11/2025: Sandro's pizza is unique. He never fails to deliver, because the skillful dough combined with the quality of the flours make it consistently excellent and, above all, easy to digest. The quality of the ingredients and the kindness of the staff add to the rest, making pizza an unforgettable experience.

19/10/2025: Our last night in Italy and we lucked into our best dining experience. We came 20 minutes before our reservation time, having an early morning flight out of Naples and the owner, Giovanni, couldn’t have been more welcoming, setting us up with wine and delicious antipasti of shaved meats and savory cheeses, while he made his way back and forth between the kitchen and our table. The main dish, a simple butter, cheese and truffle fettuccini, was out of this world good.. As we finished with some delicious biscuits, he called in his lovely wife, Joanna, and one of his two sons and made us feel as if we had had dinner at an old friend’s. Clearly, the best meal and best experience of our trip!

23/08/2025: The menu is too limited; you end up ordering the same thing over and over again. The culinary offerings aren't particularly sophisticated. Fondue is a no-no in August...they need a change. As for the service...I don't think a wine bar can afford to have table staff who know nothing about wine. People eat on the street in the summer.

03/08/2025: Mi marido y yo estábamos de vacaciones en Nápoles y queríamos algo de beber antes de continuar nuestro paseo por la ciudad. Rápidamente elegimos un “restaurante”, pensando que simplemente tomaríamos una copa, ¡lo que resultó ser un gran error! Nos mostraron a una mesa y luego fue completamente ignorado por el personal. Después de unos 10 minutos, se colocó una botella de agua en nuestra mesa sin IT la pidiéramos, y todavía no se nos había acercado ningún camarero. De repente, apareció un hombre con una guitarra y comenzó a cantar fuerte justo en nuestras caras. Cuando terminó, exigió dinero. Cuando nos negamos cortésmente, se volvió pasivo, agresivo y comenzó a insultarnos. Esa fue la gota que colmó el vaso. Nos levantamos y fuimos al bar a pagar la botella de agua —a pesar de que no habíamos pedido IT ni tocado IT— solo para salir de allí lo más rápido posible. Solo entonces el personal se dio cuenta, y parecían confundidos sobre el tema. Le expliqué al hombre del bar que NO había nadie dispuesto a servirnos, un tipo exigió dinero para una actuación que no pedimos, y aún así estábamos dispuestos a pagar por el agua solo para irnos. Entonces saltó una mujer, exigió una explicación, y terminó dándose la vuelta mientras nos insultaba en Italiano. En ningún momento fuimos groseros o irrespetuosos, simplemente nos ofrecimos a pagar por algo que no pedimos, solo para irnos pacíficamente. Este lugar es una trampa turística completa. Evita IT a toda costa.

19/09/2025: NOT TO BE REPEAT Unfortunately, relying on other reviews, I chose this restaurant for a romantic dinner. The evening location doesn't match the beauty of the castle; the journey to get there was unnecessarily complicated, and it cost €5 per person to take a boat to avoid the walk. The fried cuoppo was tough, and there was only one bottle of white wine available, and the only more expensive one. The first courses were decent, and there was only one waiter who, poor thing, couldn't grasp the situation. I wouldn't recommend it.

08/09/2025: The service, food, and views at this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. I don’t have enough words to express how kind Nello and Lamin were during our dining experiences. They made sure we understood the menu and took food allergies seriously. They also took the time to know us personally and teach us some Italian! The food itself was absolutely divine and tasted like it was picked just that morning! We had freshly caught sea bass that melted in your mouth and risotto that was absolutely delicious. The bread and bruschetta were also extremely fresh and had us wishing we left with some to bring on the plane! We would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone who asks and recommend ordering their catch of the day if available!
