In a warm atmosphere right in the center of Caserta, Prosit 1990 is one of the very few places to enjoy refined cuisine, without being forced or adding unnecessary ingredients. The experience of the owner and his wife is crucial. The wine selection is extensive, expertly described by Peppone (the owner).

The food is excellent, with excellent service and sophisticated, imaginative dishes.
