30/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in a beautiful location, especially enjoyable in the evening. We've eaten there several times, mostly for seafood and occasionally for pizza, and have always been completely satisfied with both the freshness of the ingredients used and the quality of the dishes. The owner, Antonio, is always available and attentive to his guests' needs. Recommended!!

The pizza and meat were average, while the fish wasn't entirely convincing, leaving the impression that it wasn't as fresh or of the expected quality. Considering my expectations, the restaurant seemed slightly overrated compared to its reputation. In any case, the experience was pleasant, and I would gladly return, even if I don't consider it a top choice among local restaurants. ---

23/09/2025: This review does not concern the restaurant itself, but exclusively the owner's behavior in an external professional context, related to the automotive industry. Before the service was provided, a contract was signed between the parties, clearly stating the agreed-upon costs for the car rental investigation. On May 27, 2025, I issued the relevant invoice for €1,068.90 (including VAT), due June 3, 2025. Despite repeated reminders, payment was never made, and since then I have only received delays and delays. This unscrupulous behavior is something I believe should be publicly highlighted.

04/05/2025: Zeker één van de beste restaurants in Scalea. Gelegen op een sfeervol pleintje in het oude centrum. Beperkte menukaart maar meestal staat dit borg voor verse en kwaliteitsvolle producten én dat bleek ook zo te zijn. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Een topervaring.

It was a bit annoying that the waiters were always circling you to clear your table, pressuring you to get up and leave to make room for other waiting customers.

Food is overpriced and simply not good (served on plastic (!) plates )- same goes for the service - waiters are buzzing around you constantly, talking on their walkie-talkies like they are in a swat team (mind that at the time only 3 tables were taken) making it impossible to enjoy the meal (not that there is much to enjoy). Stay away for your own good.
