23/08/2025: A hot August day, a mandatory stop to rest and take off our helmets... lunchtime, almost deserted, we wander around an empty Cosenza... and then there it is, open, fresh, with a selection of very homely but interesting dishes: excellent in practice: the aubergines were excellent, as were the stuffed courgettes... the welcome was fantastic, a welcoming family atmosphere... in short, a well-deserved 5 stars!

20/08/2025: Every summer, I stop by this place to try something. This year, I was unpleasantly surprised by the decline in product quality, portion size, and the exorbitant price increase. The pizza slices pictured cost around €9 and weren't even worth a single pizza. We then ordered arancini (dry, presumably frozen) and a stuffed calzone (which was all bread). I'm truly sorry.

29/09/2025: A wonderful place to enjoy a special meal in a great atmosphere. We had octopus salad as a starter, a portion for two people. It was absolutely sufficient, as the portion was very large. For our main course, we actually wanted swordfish, which is what the restaurant is known for. However, the waiter recommended fresh tuna, caught early in the morning. Luckily, we agreed. It was exceptionally delicious. We also had grilled vegetables and bread. The portion was generous. To finish, we had an espresso and limoncello. A very successful lunch. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. If there were 10 stars for the food, Bleu de Toi would deserve it.

11/07/2025: A welcoming and clean pizzeria-pub, the pizza is excellent, as are the prices. Nicolas and Salvatore are superb hosts, kind and friendly. Paola and I absolutely have to stop by when we're in Taverna; it's always a pleasure.

03/09/2025: Five stars for the lido for the kindness of the staff and the well-spaced umbrellas. Three stars for the bar, which is poorly stocked and doesn't offer fast food or takeaway options for a quick lunch. As for the food, I wouldn't give it more than two stars. I only appreciate the kindness of the staff and the speed of service, but I wasn't thrilled with the food. The bill was even less so, because in my opinion the prices aren't commensurate with the quality offered.

17/08/2025: A basic place facing the sea. We had a good quality pizza, good prices.

12/10/2025: Historic bar in the city center. One of the best cafes in town, hands down. The almond cake is excellent, and the classic varchiglia is unbeatable.

23/07/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa 2 volte provando sempre cose diverse,porzioni abbondant,antipasto e secondi la prima volta e antipasti e primi la seconda,una media di 30/35 con l’accompagnamento di birre e acqua,dolci e ammazzacaffè.Piatti tipici e fatti con amore ,da provare lagana e ceci e la pasta con il ragù di capra,agnolotti ricotta e spinaci,un sogno!per non parlare dei fagioli con le cotiche nell’antipasto.Esperienza da rifare!solo il servizio un po’ lento,se si prenota alle 20.30 alle 22.45 più o meno si finisce.

19/07/2025: Non è mia abitudine mettere recensioni,ma in questo caso non posso farne a meno. Siamo stati benissimo! Locale informale e cucina casalinga,per me è il meglio. Delusi dal cambiamento del locale dove abitualmente andavamo, abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata con cibo semplice e di alta qualità! Il vinello e fruttato e piacevolmente fresco, prezzi onesti e personale cordiale e preparato. Sicuramente da oggi in poi sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per cene in famiglia e con amici. Grazie mille alla gestione per la bella serata trascorsa. Non cambiate mai!!

20/08/2025: As I always say, the restaurant managers make the place beautiful first and foremost, but each of us has different opinions about the beauty of the place. Excellent location, quiet place, super excellent staff, satisfying food, normal wait times, and above all excellent prices. A well-deserved 5 stars overall.

19/10/2025: A secluded spot, difficult to find for those unfamiliar with the area. Very crowded, and the wait for two pizzas was quite long, but I must say we were aware of this. We were kindly served complimentary beans and tripe with potatoes as welcome appetizers. The food was good, and the long-awaited pizza was also good. Prices were average.

09/09/2025: We dined al fresco with a splendid sea view. The fish was incredibly fresh and the dishes were excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Finished with a Siliano liqueur, a must-try!

27/08/2025: The dishes ordered were quite good, it's a shame about the lack of lactose-free products, otherwise nothing to complain about❤️

19/08/2025: We just got 4 takeaway pizzas. In short, it needs to change its name. It's not a pizzeria because they were flying saucers. There was no mozzarella but cheese, they were tiny and horrible. We fasted and paid €30 for 4 pizzas, practically a rip-off.

19/08/2025: The place is nice, but that's the only thing that's above mediocrity. I ordered five pizzas (one gluten-free for my wife) for takeout at 9:00 PM. The gluten-free pizza came out of the oven 15 minutes before the others and had no better dough than the one at the pharmacy. The regular pizzas, picked up at 9:38 PM, had a nearly mediocre dough with a crust that was horrible, both visually and in flavor. One of the pizzas even had a hair on it. It was a truly awful experience, highly discouraged. PS. Pizzas are filling.
