I ordered two takeout pizzas. The pizzas were good, but I expected more from these reviews. In my opinion, the dough should be rolled out more; the pizza, although well-cooked, was too bready for my taste. The ingredients were good. One of the pizzas even had a bit of ash from the oven. It should be noted that when I went, the pizza chef was alone and did everything: managing the wood-fired oven, preparing the pizzas, and adding the toppings after baking. Typically, there are at least two people with this level of skill.
