21/09/2025: I had the "Cheese Burger 48" with French fries and a DOP pinsa. I had a Leffe Ambree to drink. I found the burger and bun a bit dry, the bacon was very good, and the fries were neither good nor bad. The real plus was the mayonnaise, which in my opinion was homemade and truly excellent. As for the pinsa, what can I say? The dough was really light and crispy, and you could tell from a mile away that it's been left to rise for a long time, making it very digestible. The tomato and mozzarella were good but not exceptional, and overall a bit salty. The beer selection was limited, but there's something for everyone. The final bill for six people was €140, so in line with the average for other places in the capital. (If you overdo it with the drinks and order desserts and sweets, the price goes up significantly.) Regarding the location, I really appreciated the bathroom, which was meticulously clean. However, I found the Christmas lights on the wall on September 20th a bit out of place. The service was quite quick and efficient. Overall, it wasn't my best dining experience, but it certainly wasn't bad. I might have to come back to try something else. See you next time.

06/09/2025: Nice place, great outdoor seating, but better table lighting is needed. Contrary to what I've read in various reviews, the prices aren't low, but they're average; the meat is good, and the sharing plates are good. The options are lacking, however: there's gluten-free, but no lactose-free options; a shame in 2025, because the buffalo mozzarella alone (which isn't lactose-free, but is low in lactose) isn't a sufficient option for those with lactose intolerances.

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report a very negative review about the fish I ordered: spoiled and disgusting tuna. Very disappointed.

25/10/2025: Terrible experience. The only redeeming feature was the appetizers, inedible sandwiches with no sauce at all and a minimal amount of caciocavallo cheese. I was celebrating my graduation and we were told that drinks were included (both water and other drinks). Later, the owner said only water was included, so he charged for it separately. He was asked several times during the call if drinks were included. Report.

15/09/2025: Passing through Maratea, we decided to stop at this little place selling traditional products. I must say I was very impressed both with the products I ate (delicious) and with the intimate atmosphere in a small piazza decorated with photos. The owner is a very honest person who lets you try his products without overcharging or being intrusive.

24/08/2025: I dreamed of a typical sandwich, perhaps with a touch of Lucanian tradition and a friendly smile. Instead, I found a masterpiece of coldness, seasoned with rudeness and stuffed with condescendingness. The owners? A textbook duo: zero empathy, courtesy on sale (sold out), and plenty of rudeness. The sandwich looked like it came from a refrigerator on strike, but at least it was consistent with the atmosphere: cold, hasty, hostile. A place like this should only be visited to test your own zen limits. But if you prefer to eat in peace... follow your instincts and cross the street.

31/12/2025: A wonderful experience in the Sassi of Matera. A charming location and unique atmosphere. The orecchiette with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and parmesan shavings were excellent: a simple yet truly delicious dish. Friendly and attentive service. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

13/12/2025: Terrifying! Cold... so cold. Hot water dripped on the counter. In short, it's best to avoid it in winter.

24/11/2025: Very large room, en suite bathroom, rather small TV, especially considering the distance from the bed. Only curtains were used to darken the windows. Ample parking.

28/02/2026: If you want to eat fish, even if you're not in the seaside area, you have to come to Scalo di Baragiano at the La Pineta restaurant. The staff are friendly and professional, the food is good and plentiful, and the prices are affordable.

06/09/2025: A simply surreal experience. There were 12 of us, including 7 children, and we just wanted to order pizzas for dinner. I showed up at 7:30 PM to place my order and pay in advance: the response was, "We don't take orders. Come at 9:00 PM and we'll make them for you." Unusual, but I trusted them. At 9:00 PM I returned, hoping that at least the children could eat. The lady at the cash register—rude and clearly annoyed—didn't even have the courage to look in: she disappeared. After minutes of waiting, I asked the pizza chef, who started counting the dough balls and candidly told me, "I can't make them for you." No explanation, no alternative. Just a dismissal with, "Go ahead, there's another pizzeria." The result? A broken promise, no professionalism, total disorganization, and zero respect for families with children. I've never had a similar experience at any other pizzeria. If you want a quiet and reliable evening, the advice is only one: go elsewhere.

06/03/2026: The café is in a lovely location and the seating is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the food is rather uninspired and far too expensive. We paid 8 euros for a small bowl of soup.
