06/01/2025: We arrived at this very renowned pastry shop to taste sospiri, the famous "nun's tits", a true delicacy!! Very soft with shantilly cream, or filled with pistachio or coffee cream etc... nice place, a nice display of sweet pastries and chocolates, good service.

10/04/2025: Small grocery store to eat the different cheeses and cold meats of the region! A magical moment! Our taste buds took a slap in the face! It’s killer! Wow! And the boss is dynamic and very friendly! A must do if you want to eat the best sandwiches and tagliere in the area!!!

06/01/2025: The restaurant is in a panoramic and characteristic position, I recommend it whether you are in the area or, like me, after a visit to the Rocca Imperiale castle.
This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit for 3 reasons: the infinite kindness of all the staff, excellent food and good wine.

31/03/2025: Una delle realtà di eccellenza culinaria della Lucania, Ci è stato consigliato della struttura ricettiva di pernottamento Hotel degli Ulivi, dove abbiamo trascorso un Weekend all'insegna della cultura e del ristoro enogastronomico.
Questo piccolo ritrovo nel cuore di Pietrapertosa, è un gioiello della cucina, il suo chef Stefano, ci ha accolti con la sua famiglia, in una giornata purtroppo di piovosa che però è stata riscaldata dal calore di una famiglia dedicata al 100% all'ospitalità e alla cultura del territorio. Cibi a chilometro zero, sapientemente lavorati e serviti al fine di far gustare sapori spesso perduti.
Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi volesse avvicinarsi a sapori e cultura della Basilicata

23/02/2025: We found ourselves by chance, wandering around the alleys of Matera, 3 couples of friends, food of excellent quality and quantity, we shared appetizers, had a super abundant first course that left no room for anything else, very attentive staff, I highly recommend it!

08/03/2025: In an enchanting location, which pulsates with a thousand-year history, we enjoyed delicious pizzas that I would define as artistic...True frescoes of flavours, masterfully intertwined by the inimitable brushstrokes of the chef, who seems to have stolen the secret of a dough with such a sublime fragrance directly from the gods.
Equally impeccable was the service, characterized by the competence, courtesy and friendliness of the dining room staff.
The conclusion of the dinner continued to surprise us, with a very pleasant chat with the chef. We thus had the opportunity to discover that his remarkable skill and professionalism blends wonderfully, like the ingredients of his delicious dishes, with a profound and singular human sensitivity.
All this made this unforgettable dinner, enjoyed in excellent company, a more unique than rare experience... Truly the heartfelt compliments!! Absolutely worth returning... and not just once.

08/03/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Acerenza, a charming Lucanian village.
We ate what the menu suggested and the owner's advice.
What can I say! Everything was excellent and the dishes were excellent, the chef joined us at the table to make sure that everything was to our liking! Hospitality, availability and kindness made us feel at ease, very nice place, very clean bathrooms, which is no small thing!!!!
Highly recommended!!

08/04/2025: Let me start by saying that I gave 5 stars because more cannot be given and any comment from me would be superfluous. We went for lunch and chose the "dialect" tasting menu, a true delicacy, each dish paired with local products; unique and different dishes from the usual. The owner who is also the chef is an extraordinary person, as well as being a good Chef he is very cultured. He explained the contents and its history to us dish by dish, even going as far as the history of the peoples who preceded us and who brought cultures and customs to our territories. It was a pleasure to listen to Mr.'s stories. Federico inherent to his dishes and the territory, his ideas, we need more people like Mr. Federico. I remember his words "ours is a fantastic territory full of raw materials, we just need to know how to exploit them".
Furthermore, from the restaurant you can admire the peaks of the Pollino, today they were also whitewashed and when observing them you could smell the oak wood burning in the fireplaces. I highly recommend trying this experience.

14/04/2025: Durante la nostra visita a Matera siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante, si trova in un vicolo stretto ma comunque è ben segnalato.
Siamo stati ben accolti, consigliati e abbiamo mangiato antipasti, risotto al tartufo e fusilloni al ragù di cortile e dolci, tutto buono.
Consigliato.
16/03/2025: Ristorante immerso nei sassi con vista mozzafiato, location accogliente che fa da cornice a piatti rivisitati in chiave moderna.
Qualità degli ingredienti, impiattamento nei minimi dettagli. Consiglio menù degustazione con abbinamento vini o bottiglia

16/03/2025: We spent three wonderful days in this farmhouse surrounded by nature. Piera and her entire family welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at home. The children spent the days immersed in nature in contact with wonderful animals, the most appreciated donkeys. They also appreciated the play area dedicated to them, with swings, slides and much more.
Salvatore, the chef, delighted us with exquisite dishes made with fresh, local products.
The room was comfortable and clean.
A relaxing environment for the whole family, a wonderful experience.
13/03/2025: Family-run farm, where you feel at home. Fast and attentive service. High quality of the products used, organic and Km. 0: eggs, vegetables, strawberries, pears, kiwis, oranges... Close to the sea, but immersed in the countryside and with farmyard animals, adored by children. Play area for the little ones and garden to stay in. Impossible not to take home their organic products: oil, sauce, jams and marmalades. Try it!

12/01/2025: I recently visited the agriturismo "Il Crepuscolo" and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The food was simply excellent; each dish was prepared with fresh and local ingredients, and above all abundant and flavors were authentic and delicious.
But what made the visit even more memorable was the kindness of the owner. He is a truly welcoming and helpful person, always ready to satisfy every need and make guests feel at home.
I highly recommend "Il Crepuscolo" to anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thanks again, you are special ❤️✨

28/03/2025: Experience that dates back to about 2 years ago. Really good food, compliments to the kitchen. The waiting staff slightly lazy. But overall everything went well.
15/03/2025: For a family lunch we chose Al Baliaggio, although we arrived late we were welcomed very cordially.
The experience was a real treat: we started lunch with a sublime entré offered by the house, proceeding with tasty first and second courses of abundant quantities.
Every taste was an explosion of taste.
Highly recommended!
