22/08/2025: Family lunch with two dogs, we felt right at home. The food was delicious, everything traditional and authentic, the waiters and owner were incredibly kind and approachable. The place is beautiful, the time flew by, and we relaxed like crazy. Thank you so much, we hope to come back ❤️

19/08/2025: We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to Antonio and his entire staff. They welcomed us to their agriturismo for lunch yesterday in an extremely warm and friendly manner. We let him guide us, and it wasn't just a simple lunch; it was an inner journey to rediscover our childhood memories, with exceptional products, sublimely prepared. Rediscovering the true flavor of beans, eggplant, and all the other delicacies served to us as they once were, always with a smile. This, for me, makes all the difference. And we also wanted to thank them for the way they accommodated one of our dietary needs (we have a family history of celiac disease). Thank you so much for everything. An unforgettable gastronomic experience.

21/07/2025: The care is visible and savored in every course. I appreciated the originality of the dishes, which play with contrast and balance. In particular, the sliced beef with melted caciocavallo cheese, black pork, and cruschi peppers is a must. The artisanal salted caramel truffle is superb, even the one with a vin cotto core. The forbidden herb liqueur, served with a citrus essence spray, was the perfect finishing touch to this wonderful experience, well worth repeating. Thanks to Donato and Michele (chef and owner) for their hospitality, professionalism, and passion.

03/07/2025: Fantastic food, really very good! Only disappointment was that we (reservation too late) did not sit outside with the beautiful view but under a kind of canopy at the entrance. Book in time and explicitly state that you want to sit outside with a view!

22/08/2025: A restaurant in the Sassi of Matera with authentic cuisine. Owners Pietro and Alessandro are masters of service and good food. We had a wonderful meal and return as often as we can. Local products and a spacious restaurant where you can feel at home at any time. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: We stayed for a week in July at an excellent property surrounded by greenery, impeccably managed by the owners, and with an excellent restaurant serving delicious food. The property is located near the sea and a good base for visiting the beautiful surrounding towns.

27/08/2025: Excellent little restaurant nestled in the beautiful village of Pietrapertosa. We dined without a reservation on a Sunday with our two dogs in tow. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, as well as passionate, and explained the menu in detail. Traditional Lucanian food, excellent. We had a set menu and two main courses featuring locally sourced meats: pork rib and sausage, both delicious and top-quality. The first courses and house dessert were also excellent. The house wine was a real surprise. We will definitely be back.

22/08/2025: We visited Kapunto restaurant in Matera and had a truly positive experience. The location is modern and meticulously maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to the chef for the excellent dishes, prepared with local ingredients, and for the attentive and professional service. The quality-price ratio is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend it.

09/08/2025: We visited this restaurant with a local friend, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised: top-quality ingredients and perfect, never boring combinations. The egg and eggplant millefeuille were excellent. We'll definitely be back.

04/06/2025: Da tempo volevo andare in questa perla della Basilicata..amici mi avevano raccontato che I sapori veri dei Briganti li avrei trovati in questo ottimo e accogliente agriturismo e Braceria degne di questo nome, davvero tanti i piatti con prodotti direttamente dall’azienda del sig. Giovanni, dall’allevamento, alla lavorazione e cottura per poi servire a tavola in un atmosfera curata negli arredi e nel servizio attento e cortese. Ci siamo sentiti accompagnati nel calore e fragore di una mandria sulle “ vie della transumanza “, che fermandosi al bivacco, assaporano il gusto e la genuinità di tanto sacrificio del cammino. Si accendono i fuochi e il girarrosto risuona nei canti di un tempo ritrovato..prima di andare vi consiglio acquistare dei loro prodotti d’eccellenza dal Caciocavallo Podolico ( che spero d’impiccare molto presto ), i salumi tipici da allevamenti della loro fattoria e insaccati ( ovviamente senza additivi e conservanti)..a un Pecorino dal profumo d’erbe di montagna..e che vuoi di più dalla Vita..!!!!Grazie ancora ancora al sig. Giovanni e a sua figlia Enza per la splendida accoglienza. Ritorneremo presto a trovarvi..
