26/05/2025: We celebrated my son's baptism here. Everything was perfect! The food was delicious and paired in an excellent way, the service was impeccable and the quality/price ratio was excellent. Well done! Highly recommended.

09/05/2025: My husband and I had dinner here and chose the tasting menu, which was wonderful from start to finish. But what really made the evening unforgettable was the service from the waiter - impeccable, professional, attentive and uniquely friendly. He knew every detail of the dishes and guided us with great expertise throughout the experience. A true example of how excellent service can make the difference. We will definitely be back..

10/05/2025: Dinner with business guests. Very welcoming restaurant. I am not vegetarian or vegan and I particularly liked the cuisine, as did my colleagues (some who wanted the kebabs even changed their minds). The menu has been prepared with great care and creativity which does not reveal the restrictions of the ingredients. Finally, chocolate cake in the special desert.

10/05/2025: We arrived in this area a bit by chance and were looking for a welcoming place where we could eat the typical dishes of the area. Searching on the map I clicked on the Locanda del Barone and it convinced me, I called and booked. Once we arrived the place was even better than I had seen in the photo, a really beautiful place, quiet and completely surrounded by nature, fast and friendly service; but the thing that surprised us the most was the cuisine, everything was very tasty and cooked properly. I can say, in my personal taste, that I would gladly return to this establishment, it left me pleasantly surprised!

16/05/2025: The restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Pescara, tree-lined and cool, with little traffic. Possibility of eating outside, but inside there are two dining rooms. Excellent appetizers followed by refined first courses and traditional recipes. Excellent raw materials. Very present and attentive owner, with one eye on the kitchen and one on the dining room, well done.

15/05/2025: Had lunch at this randomly found place. Clean, welcoming, knowledgeable staff and above all excellent food. I recommend it! We spent the right amount, perhaps much less in proportion to what we ate.

05/06/2025: I'm Spanish, and whenever I come to the area for work, it's a must-stop. The service is unbeatable, the food is very good, and the price is competitive. Looking at the photos, the taste is even better... I highly recommend it and save it to my favorites.

Excellent food quality. The first courses are always very varied: they range from the simplest dishes to more elaborate ones, always maintaining high levels of quality. There is also a good variety of main courses, mainly meat, and side dishes, as well as cold dishes. The availability of wines is also excellent. 20/05/2025: Spectacular. You can immediately recognize the quality of the ingredients from the first bite. At the end of the sandwich you feel light and with the desire to try another. I also recommend their craft beers and craft liqueurs. Very good!! See you next time 😋

18/05/2025: Got a quick takeaway, one of the best burgers I've eaten in several years. But in general the whole menu seems to be just the right amount of research and above all with quality ingredients. A special mention should be made of the fried cacio, a symbol of Abruzzo. Both the cacio and the breading and the frying are good. Congratulations!!!

04/04/2025: Excellent experience in this restaurant! The food was simply delicious, with dishes with attention to detail and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: the staff, in addition to being professional and attentive, advised us on everything in the right way, from the main dishes to the homemade desserts, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. As if that wasn't enough, at the end of the meal they also offered us some local liqueurs, a gesture of great kindness that we really appreciated. We thank Simone and the owner. We will definitely be back!

25/05/2025: Ormai a Farindola non è rimasto più nulla. La tragedia della valanga, il covid, la disattenzione delle autorità locali sta affossando l’economia del paese. E per mangiare sono rimasti aperti due attività; una è Altrocanto di Thomas e Marco. La ristorazione di questo B&B è ormai al top e, pur con poche scelte in menu, può soddisfare ogni palato, egregiamente. Sono contento di venirci e ritrovarmi sempre ottimamente.
