The "little gurnard" you see in the photo is beautiful and delicious, appropriately boned. Advised. Update: new beautiful opportunity for conviviality and good food. I don't remember the name of the beautiful fish but I remember perfectly that it was excellent, cooked in extreme simplicity, roasted and boned.

12/04/2025: Siamo stati a festeggiare il compleanno in famiglia. Locale accogliente e pulito. I proprietari, Marco e Martina, e anche i camerieri di sala sono tutti molto cordiali, gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, sempre col sorriso. Abbiamo chiesto a Martina di fare un giro pizza, facendoci assaggiare un po' di tutto. Che dire?! Pizze davvero ottime, sia quelle speciali che quelle con gusti tradizionali...impasto super leggero e digeribilissimo. Una vera scoperta!!! Per non parlare del dolce...Marco ha realizzato su mia richiesta una torta moderna gusto lime, mango e cocco, che oltre ad essere bellissima, era squisita! Complimenti a questi ragazzi che hanno creato un'attività davvero al passo coi tempi, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli! Qualità prezzo 🔝...Voto 10 e lode! Straconsigliato! In bocca al lupo per tutto!

06/04/2025: Yummy! They took me there guaranteeing me an over the top sandwich and I immediately fell in love with it. The pulled pork sandwich is fabulous: good, juicy, tasty. Perfect! The place is rustic and everyone is kind and hospitable, especially the owner: he always has an engaging smile. I can't wait to go back ❤️🥰 thank you so much

04/04/2025: If you are a pulled pork lover, Pinillo Burger Revolution in Montesilvano is a must! I tasted their "Pulled Pork" sandwich and was satisfied with it. The pork, cooked for 14 hours and shredded, is tender and tasty, combined with coleslaw salad, crunchy onion, giardiniera, BBQ sauce and melted cheddar, all enclosed in a soft and fragrant artisan bun. The french fries, served hot and crispy, complete the meal perfectly. The staff is friendly and the service quick.

06/04/2025: I stopped by chance, I was on a motorbike tour, it was around 3.00 pm and I asked if it was possible to eat... they very kindly said yes and made me a nice plate of guitar with bullets.... Excellent!!!! They also let me taste the bread they make…. With oil... very good!!!!

13/04/2025: Il posto è accogliente, titolare simpatico senza essere invadente personale sempre molto attento e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato veramente ma veramente bene, dai crudi, e tutti gli antipasti, non i soliti piatti scontati di pesce che trovi ovunque. I primi eccezionali, pesce freschissimo e cucinato benissimo!!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo. P.S. Siamo venuti con il cane, un barboncino!

04/04/2025: Excellent experience in this restaurant! The food was simply delicious, with dishes with attention to detail and quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: the staff, in addition to being professional and attentive, advised us on everything in the right way, from the main dishes to the homemade desserts, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. As if that wasn't enough, at the end of the meal they also offered us some local liqueurs, a gesture of great kindness that we really appreciated. We thank Simone and the owner. We will definitely be back!

01/04/2025: Really good raw materials, discreet, punctual and friendly service. The bruschetta and cured meats are excellent, and for me the small, tastier ones are better.
