05/03/2026: More than a "Foro arrosticini" (a sort of "arrosticino" in Italian), I'd say it's more of a "robbery" (a sort of "arrosticino" with a mountain pass). The three of us go in for something simple: a quick meal before leaving. The place, right from the entrance, looks like a classic, somewhat improvised trattoria: slow service, questionable organization, and no menu, no visible prices. It was our mistake to trust the waitress and ask for something quick. We order 15 arrosticini each, some bruschetta to start, two cans of Coke, and a water. No wine, and three terrible-tasting coffees (a purge). So far, everything's normal... until the bill arrives: 82 euros. (NOT EVEN AT THE RESTAURANT) For arrosticini and two drinks. Without anyone ever having mentioned the prices beforehand. Without a menu. Without any transparency. And I'd like to point out that: The bruschettas are probably made with stale bread and with huge, flavorless tomato pieces. The supermarket arrosticini. When a customer trusts the staff because there are no prices displayed, the least they can do is be clear. Here, however, it seems to work the other way around: you only find out the price at the end, when it's too late. If you're looking for a place where you can eat with peace of mind knowing how much you'll spend, perhaps it's better to choose elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you like surprises... especially when it comes to the bill, then you're in the right place.

21/01/2026: I was passing through for a short vacation, and I wanted to eat arrosticini, but that wasn't possible because I had a medium-sized dog with me. They wouldn't even let me sit down; they suggested I sit outside (in January). Unfortunately, when you're on vacation, you can't leave your dog at home or in a hotel. This is the first time I've been told I can't sit with my dog. Obviously, I won't go back there without my dog, and I think it's the only place in Francavilla that doesn't accept them. So, I'd rather go elsewhere and spend my money on places that are probably more worth it.

16/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, simple yet quaint location. The seafood dishes are well-prepared, made with top-quality ingredients, and are plentiful. The menu is extensive and the prices are absolutely competitive. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: The restaurant feels a bit dated, but it's clean and decorated in a nautical style. Adequate space between tables and well-lit. Fast and informal service, very friendly and helpful wait staff. Simple, well-cooked dishes and generous portions are what set this restaurant apart.

27/08/2025: We went to karaoke this evening. The evening was scheduled for 9:30 PM, so we were at our table right on time with our drinks. The guy for the evening showed up at 10:30 PM, greeted his friends, and didn't even look at us, even though we had a table right next to his booth. He started handing out microphones to "his people" without any order, making them sing, and continued to ignore us. He even made people outside the club sing who weren't even drinking, just because they knew them. The audio was terrible; only his microphone could be heard clearly. Of course, after an hour, we paid the €16 for the two drinks, and bye-bye, never again.

07/08/2025: Good lunch, fresh fish. Excellent paccheri with asparagus and shrimp. The service and value were also good.

05/09/2025: You'll find everything. The restaurant is very flexible, offering everything from pizza to fish or meat, vegetarian and even vegan options. Excellent pizzas, even with alternative doughs, like spelt. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

09/11/2025: A place that is nothing short of magnificent and elegant, even though I think it is dated in its existence, I had the pleasure of celebrating Halloween evening in this location with an organised package and with a small group of friends, taking advantage of the fact that there are also accommodations, we also stayed to sleep.

06/09/2025: We chose this location for our wedding and what can I say... We were pampered from start to finish. Piero is a wonderful person; he made us feel at home from start to finish and guided us through this year of preparations. Miriam and Elena are two amazing people, super organized and available to us. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food excellent, and our guests had a blast... we couldn't have asked for anything better for our wedding. A serene, cheerful, and happy atmosphere with cool hair and a wonderful light in their eyes. And then the desserts... unsurpassed. For a unique experience, I highly recommend them.

27/08/2025: High prices for a self-service restaurant. I ordered an appetizer, a fried dish, and a first course; the cashier suggested splitting the appetizer into two plates to share, saying it would count as one portion. When it came to the bill, however, it was passed off as two half portions, a little ploy to overcharge. After pointing this out, they refunded me €4, but the intentional attempt to inflate the price is clear. The total was €47, a high price considering the portions and the self-service (the fried dish, in particular, was very small). The food was good, but the quality-price ratio didn't justify the experience. Mistakes happen, but it seemed like a really nasty attempt to overcharge.

04/09/2025: Located on the northern waterfront of Francavilla Al Mare (Viale Alcjone, on the hillside), this fast food restaurant is an excellent option for those looking for delicious, freshly prepared food at a reasonable price. Few frills, but plenty of "speedy food" substance, especially the arrosticini, a must-try in the Abruzzo region, are delicious. Wash it all down with a nice glass of Montepulciano or a nice cold beer, and the whole thing is complete.

17/08/2025: The top establishment on the Abruzzo coast. Fabio is a legend both as a manager and as a chef. Laura, the store manager, is awesome, and finally, all the staff at Sirenetta Beach are amazing. I would never change it.

20/09/2025: Very nice atmosphere, the girl who served us was very kind. Fantastic arrosticini.

14/09/2025: We were greeted very warmly and sat in the garden. It was cool and we immediately felt at ease. The service was prompt and professional, but what really stuck with me were the arrosticini, they were amazing. I recommend the Patate al coppo, delicious. I'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: Fuochi di San Franco 2025 disappointing service staff who were not convinced of what they were doing to bring bottles of water and bread we waited too long non-existent wine in bottles etc fried food too heavy full of oil then for the first courses not brought together with all the diners who were eating and others ... waiting neg .. I have eaten better comments to the later ones arduous judgement

23/02/2026: Excellent menu and delicacies. Impeccable and professional service. Friendly and tidy atmosphere. Among the first courses, I recommend the gnocchi with scampi sauce, presented in a very original way. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: We had dinner last night with many friends. Excellent hot and cold appetizers and some raw fish. The linguine alla marinara was excellent, and to finish, a delicious mixed seafood platter. The staff was very friendly, as was the owner. We'll be back.

26/08/2025: A very charming establishment, with tables for dining under a sheltered canopy, well protected from the wind and sun but with a view. The bar offers both breakfast and lunch and dinner. Delicious freshly baked croissants. Parking is available right outside the establishment along the seafront in paid parking lots. The beach is wide and sheltered from currents with breakers.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience. Burnt pizzas served 30 minutes before the arrosticini, which were supposed to be the appetizer, as explicitly requested. At the bill, they insisted on one single order and, only after much insistence, two separate ones for each family. Unfairly accused of trying to "rip off" someone. The bill listed 6 covers instead of 3; I reported the error, no apology, just arrogance: "Go ahead and write a review, we're always full anyway." Not recommended: check the receipt line by line. I read the response below: The strange thing is that I never spoke to him, and the person who paid was one of the friends present at the evening who told me about it, and who, by the way, is retired. I think he'd be better off weighing his words and explaining why he doubled the number of covers and not threatening nonsense... now even more inadvisable after the absurd response.

21/03/2026: I ordered 2 ginsengs and paid €4 for them, and I received them tasteless, no receipt, cold staff, if you want to throw away money this is the right place

08/03/2026: A wonderful and well-kept place, immersed in the greenery of the Abruzzo landscape. The welcome is warm, the location is cozy and meticulously cared for. Everything offered brings with it authentic flavors, fresh home-grown products, and everything is carefully curated! I also attended two events for Valentine's Day and Women's Day, and it was truly wonderful!
