21/07/2025: Posto molto bello, proprio sulmare,ma rispetto al prezzo pagato le porzioni sono molto misere. ....Non ci ritornerei

Naturalmente , sapendo com’è il trend estivo di questa ricercata Location posta quasi sulla battigia del mare , noi ci siamo andati ( dopo aver opportunamente prenotato ) in un giorno feriale / infrasettimanale , così da non trovare molti ospiti seduti ai tavoli e quindi atmosfera un po’ più tranquilla e soprattutto la 👩‍🍳 CUCiNA 👨‍🍳 ed il 👩🏼‍💼SERVIZIO 👩🏼‍💼 decisamente meno ……… stressati ( “ Capito mi hai ?? “ ) !! E così , con queste premesse , sian tornati con amici del Nord - Est a Pranzo da WALTER e lui ( con il suo Staff ) non ci ha delusi …. Non c’è stata titubanza nello scegliere i Piatti 🍝 🍤 perché ormai ne abbiamo piena conoscenza sia sui contenuti delle materie prime impiegate ( PESCE 🐟 in primis ) che la loro confezione / preparazione ; vi accenno quindi del vino 🥂 scelto e servito a tavola : la PASSERINA delle Tenute Ulisse ( Crecchio di Chieti ) ! Un bianco 🥂 IGP decisamente amabile e performante quando lo si gusta fresco al punto giusto ….. e noi lo abbiamo fatto !!! Per il resto che dire : una Location conosciuta per i suoi arredi da esterno 🪑 - l’ubicazione orografica 👁️‍🗨️ ed il verde 🌳🌵 che l’addobba ….. ci ha dato la possibilità di “ andare sul sicuro “ nello sceglierla e quindi di offrire una bella cornice per un convivio di Mezzodì 🕛 a persone del Nord - Est che non sapevano di ….. WALTER !! 🤣 🤣 🤣 Alla prossima …. , amico mio !!! 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋 👋

02/09/2025: Le cameriere gentilissime 🥺 ho portato i piatti vuoti al bancone e mi hanno subito ripresa perché "non era compito mio" e " quando sei qui sei servita e riverita" 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺❤️

03/06/2025: Il locale, tra i pochi nella zona, offre un servizio adatto per un pranzo veloce o per cena. Si possono trovare panini, tranci di pizza o usufruire del servizio tavola calda con primi, secondi, pizze o panini. Personale giovane e dinamico.

27/04/2025: Filetto immangiabile e ovviamente non dipendente dalla cottura, probabilmente non lo avrebbe mangiato nemmeno uno dei due cani presenti in sala.

28/08/2025: A pleasant experience. We came for breakfast and had a great time. The croissants were excellent, with a variety of fillings, and the cappuccinos were also good. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place itself is also very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere.

29/06/2025: 2 glasses of prosecco 14 euros. Aperitif plate with 2 dry pizzas, 1 rustico and 1 savoury croissant for 2 euros. Low quality and high prices for Pescara. Not recommended.

09/08/2025: Highly recommended! Fantastic staff!! They make everything they sell in their own pastry shop, including plain and almond croissants (with any filling you want!), swirls, and a whole host of delicious breakfast treats. Excellent coffee. Always well-stocked pastries! A morning stop for years! Kudos to the staff, Alessandro and Cosimo!! Needless to say, I'll be back, right?

03/08/2025: I walk in and immediately see the barista smoking IQOS behind the counter in defiance of all laws. The blonde at the register is... Indefinable without being offensive. Rude, arrogant, and forgetful. According to her, I should know what I want in the croissant before looking at what's inside, but she can't tell me anything about the options, nor the price differences, nothing. Anyway, the croissants weren't bad, but they weren't theirs. I don't know if they don't make them anymore or if it was Sunday and the pastry chef wasn't working. How sad, it used to be a nice place and the croissants were good.

12/07/2025: Excellent agriturismo, zero-mile products, delicious meat but also appetizers all home-made, sincere, authentic and abundant cuisine!

09/06/2025: We went to this place for lunch. The food was good: simple dishes, well prepared and tasty. Up until that point everything seemed fine. I noticed that a chair was broken and, to prevent someone - maybe an elderly person - from hurting themselves, I brought it (I think to the owner's wife) calmly explaining the reason for my action, done only out of a sense of responsibility. After a while, while we were sitting four or five on a bench a little crowded but calm. Immediately after, turning to the waitresses, he raised his voice and said: "See if I have to let myself be made fun of by such mammoths, I'm forty years old!" The tone was harsh, aggressive and full of frustration, almost as if he felt under attack. The waitresses tried to calm him down, almost as if they had to keep him under control to prevent the situation from degenerating. We were just kids, polite and quiet, who were simply trying to have a peaceful lunch, and instead we found ourselves being insulted and treated with little respect, just because we are young. It's really a shame, because the place is nice and the food is good, but if the person who should welcome you treats you with this attitude, it really makes you want to never come back and never recommend it to anyone.

14/10/2025: Vecchio scontroso, grumpy old man. He tossed a bag with bread on the table, he gave us wrong klnd of wine. He did not talk he forgot what we had ordered. He charged 40 euro on the Cash machine and gave me a receipt on 30 on the paper.

12/10/2025: The welcome and service were unspeakable. They weren't even given a menu to check the prices. Rudeness was rampant. The mixed fried food was incredibly greasy. The mixed salad was delivered already dressed! Avoid.

28/09/2025: Bad experience for a group of about 25 adults. Once we were seated, we were asked to pay the bill. The food was poor, not much for what we paid. We asked for coffee and were told to give another 2 euros each after leaving a large sum. Shame.

28/09/2025: What can I say... Highly not recommended. Quality-price ratio is nonexistent, just price. Poor service. One star because you can't give it 0.

26/08/2025: The place is way too expensive (a tiny bao costs €16 and a poke costs €14 with very little to choose from) for what it offers. The wait times are incredibly long, and they even made the wrong order. One of the guys even confirmed several times that the mistake was ours, saying it was written on the sheet we filled out to compose the pokes. When we asked him to show us the sheet, we pointed out that the mistake was theirs. Unprofessional, definitely not recommended.

20/08/2025: I'm sorry but I have to give a negative review. My daughter's sandwich was stale and having reheated it, she couldn't eat it because it was so hard... the drinks and the cover charge were expensive...

01/03/2025: The staff is rude and unpleasant towards the customers, even insulting me because my son was not feeling well and we couldn't go.

27/08/2025: Let's start with the positives: it's a 5-minute walk from the sea, but it's also right next to the railway, so you can hear the trains when they pass. The building is old; our room was small and dated, poorly furnished, with a somewhat soft mattress and a bit dirty. Considering the price, I'm sure we won't be returning.

24/08/2025: Absolutely no, no, no, no, small room where you constantly bang your head. The furnishings are old and poorly maintained. No elevator. The noise of the train even at night disturbs sleep. And to top it all off, the room smelled like sewage from the bathroom. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The only positive was the breakfast buffet, which didn't reflect the excessive cost of this poorly maintained facility.
