16/02/2025: I recommend this place. It's unique. Somewhere in the opinions, someone warns that Coperto charges and not to eat bread? Seriously? This is Italy and here in Coperto restaurants it is the norm. If you don't want to pay for good food, you can choose a sandwich from home or street food. I met the owner of the restaurant. Super cool dude. Nice and polite. We were given bread and local olive oil with the name of the place on the bottle. Excellent without a doubt. And of course we paid that terrible Coperto :) A real tragedy when you are on vacation. I can save money at home, I spend money on holidays and that's it... that's why you go to relax and try local cuisine, to make memories and discover new flavors, especially local cuisine. Not to save money... I don't understand people like that. I chose Fritto Misto, amazing seafood. Wife took Maltgliati pasta with sauce and Scampi. Both dishes were delicious. Excellent wine, served at the right temperature. We paid as much as :) 42 euros for the entire meal. So I guess there's nothing wrong with a holiday dinner consisting of delicious local dishes and products. Plus wine and coperto. It's only PLN 88 per person. If someone thinks this is a lot, it's better to stay at home. This is one of the lower bills we have paid while traveling around Europe and Italy. For me this restaurant was great. And I remember the taste of excellent dishes to this day. I recommend Locanda D'Annunzio with a clear conscience. It's really worth it. I think we will go back there again when traveling around Italy.

24/09/2024: Panino con pesce veramente veramente originale e buono, ben farcito e ottimo anche l'abbinamento tra i vari elementi, lo consiglio. Come viene indicato dal cartello appeso da loro non si possono fare variazioni... Quindi non si può chiedere di togliere o aggiungere un ingrediente. Capisco questa loro politica data la quantità enorme di clientela e quindi sarebbe difficile da gestire se tutti iniziassero a modificare i panini però per questa cosa non ho potuto mettere il massimo del voto, dato che avrei voluto prendere un determinato panino chiedendo di togliere la maionese ma non ho potuto. In ogni caso comunque panino che merita veramente di essere mangiato. Il locale è in stile street food, infatti non si entra fisicamente nel locale ma si prende l' ordine direttamente da una finestra. Consiglio di non andare nell ora di punta, altrimenti c'è un po' di fila da fare.

09/09/2024: “Alba street food” is a 'must' in Silvi Paese, the tuna sandwich is a dream, everything is freshly prepared, the tuna cooked to perfection, even the wine is served in glasses (of excellent quality) and not in plastic ones like in the pub opposite. Everything very clean, very friendly and courteous staff, clean seats with a view of the sea next to the restaurant... The place fills up from 8pm, so arrive early... there is nothing better in Silvi Paese...

03/02/2025: I didn't stay overnight but only ate at the restaurant, where tonight I had, absolutely, the best pizza of my entire life (30 years). From Rome, I will have to travel again many kilometers to taste it again, it is unmissable. Even the pasta starters, stolen from my companions, were exceptional. Service and courtesy on par with the food, a real pleasure.

16/02/2025: Good ice cream, but you get lost in a glass of water. Not having waffle cones limits you a lot. Then when you have it you charge €0.30 more. Another flaw is that you make cones with a maximum of 3 flavours. I hope something will change this year. A good ice cream needs all its details

07/04/2025: Nuova gestione di questo storico locale del centro di Pescara, ora nelle mani dei Signori Adriana ed Aliosha. Struttura storica che riesce ben ad accogliere gli ospiti. Proposta culinaria fatta di piatti freschi e genuini, con verdure assolutamente a km 0. Possibilità di scegliere carne e pesce e proposte per tutte le tasche. Merita assolutamente una visita. Consigliatissimo.

20/03/2025: We have just returned home after having lunch at the Locanda. There were 5 of us and we were all happy. Very good value for money, we spent €27 per person for a total of €135, without wine because I had to drive to Umbria. The first ones are plentiful. All the dishes we ordered were well presented. The staff is friendly and empathetic, yet professional. We immediately felt at ease. The table next to us ordered a Monkfish and the owner immediately went out of his way to bring customers the fish he would have cooked, showing them and specifying what they would eat. Proper customer care. We all took different dishes and I must say that they did an excellent job making the dishes available in such a way that no diner was left without food. We involuntarily did a stress test on the kitchen 😅. I had the sautéed mussels and clams (appetizer) and fried calamari with battered vegetables. My wife had meatballs with bread, egg and cheese and an omelette. The other two: first courses, sausages, roasted potatoes, salad, fish skewers and parmigiana. Exactly, all different 😁. Each course had just the right amount of food. The first courses were plentiful while the other courses were of the right quantity. Very good taste. What can we add other than a thank you and see you next time, considering that we have to return to Pescara. Recommended, especially if you want to take a nice walk between the square and the sea.
