04/09/2024: Tappa fissa durante i nostri soggiorni ad Alba Adriatica. Il ristorante, lontano Dan tran tran turistico, gode di una location piccola ma intima, elegante e rilassante. Piatti super consigliati, dal menù di carne a quello, assolutamente da provare, di baccalà. Ottima la scelta dei vini (se non sapete quale scegliere, fatevi consigliare dalla figlia di Gianfranco!). Portate ricercate, sapori ben combinati, prezzi accessibili a tutti. Torneremo, come sempre, il prossimo anno!

08/08/2024: I contacted Patrizia a few days before and she was very helpful in telling me where she was and was concerned about my dogs and their well-being... I ate more than well very delicate ravioli with nettle.... like the ones with ventricina, genuine dishes and excellent traditional desserts, definitely worth returning

04/07/2024: Today we sat in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a full (we just got the last table) and beautiful restaurant. The food was fantastic. The service is almost even better. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute. Everyone here loves what they do and you can feel, taste and experience it. Absolutely clear recommendation! A real gem.

02/08/2024: Fantastic experience! I don't know how to describe it other than fantastic, I had never been to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant and I admit with great satisfaction that I will more than willingly go back to spend another very pleasant evening. We were delighted with an appetizer consisting of seasonal vegetable fritters with sauces made by them (vegan mayo and sweet and sour sauce), focaccia in segments with roasted aubergines, veg mayo, peanuts, spring onion and fresh ginger, nothing short of spacey and in fact highly recommended, and courgette flowers fried. For first courses we chose noodles with sautéed oriental-flavoured vegetables and sesame seeds and potato gnocchi with datterini sauce, friggitelli, stracciata and crunchy crumbs flavored with garlic, oil and chilli. The gnocchi were a little too soft for my taste but they didn't stick to the teeth and were therefore fully enjoyable. And a first of the day of which unfortunately I don't remember the description but it can be seen in the photo. For second courses we focused on courgette meatballs with marinated cabbage, white bean hummus and dried fruit crunch and the second course on the menu of the day, a slice of mushrooms with marrocca (as you can see in the photo). To conclude with a cup with caramel whipped cream and salted peanut crunch. Choice of wine entrusted to the waiter's advice but still a wine list with a more than satisfactory choice. Bread produced by them and also varied between focaccia, walnut bread, olive bread, wholemeal bread and so on! There were 5 of us at the table and we all left super satisfied both for the quantity but above all for the quality of the food eaten, if we really want to find a flaw the waiting times are a little above average but the place was full so I'm sure that in a calmer situation you are calmly on schedule. The presence of a menu of the day is excellent for those who perhaps prefer to break away from the à la carte menu which, however, as you can see from the photo, offers more than satisfactory choices. In short, many compliments on the cuisine and the service and a great desire to come back and try the rest!

25/08/2024: Excellent structure with large mountain-style rooms, I traveled as a couple and with a cat and I greatly appreciated the care and attention of both the manager, Mr. Paolo, and the room staff. Professional and very kind staff attentive to customer needs. The location of the property is excellent as you can easily reach all the places of interest. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and above all of high quality. Homemade donuts, flavors of times gone by...hams for breakfast also of high quality, variety of croissants, croissants and more particular flavors such as apple, cinnamon and pomegranate, as well as the usual flavours. Beautiful western style restaurant, abundant and quality typical dishes at honest prices. Tasted veal with citrus fruits, lamb with herbs, courgettes with basil and more.. The structure is also very suitable for motorcyclists due to the availability of rooms and parking in front of your accommodation. The place is extremely quiet. I recommend this property, we will return as soon as we are in the area again. Congratulations again to Mr. Paolo and all the staff

26/08/2024: fuori dalla via principale, ma sempre in centro città, stupendo locale, gestito in maniera impeccabile, cibo di ottima qualità, cortesia gentilezza e molta simpatia cooperano per la perfetta riuscita della serata, prezzo correttissimo per la qualità della proposta, un must se passate dalla città, e fortunati gli aquilani che possono andarci molto piu' spesso di noi.

We tried the special pizzas and they are really excellent, with apparently "strange" flavors and ingredients that wouldn't seem like they could go together, but which instead create particular and certainly successful flavors. The staff is very efficient and guarantees excellent service, the very kind owner offered us bitters at the end of dinner. Excellent prices

24/08/2024: Locale a gestione familiare, molto accogliente e soprattutto garanzia di un servizio rapido e professionale. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal rapporto qualità prezzo. Era la mia prima volta in Abruzzo e questo è stato l’unico dei tanti ristoranti in cui sono stato dove ho trovato una qualità così alta del cibo. Infine, i prezzi sono molto accessibili e consiglio di prenotare con anticipo per trovare posto.

29/08/2024: Era da tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante gestito da un allievo di Niko Romito. Piatti tutti ottimamente eseguiti. Buonissimi in particolare il cosciotto d'anatra confit e l'agnello con crema di melanzane. Prezzo più che onesto se rapportato alla qualità delle materie prime e al lavoro di preparazione dietro ogni piatto (gel, polveri, salse, cotture a bassa temperatura, ecc). Infine c'è da dire che sicuramente si esce sazi, sfatando per l'ennesima volta il mito che nei ristoranti gourmet si mangi poco. Complimenti

Go to the "La Tacchinella" restaurant in Canzano where you will eat genuine, high quality food prepared and served by the restaurant's founding family. Very, very good indeed. Giuseppe Cuomo (Venice).
