13/05/2025: An excellent restaurant. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. Meat is their main dish preceded by a rich appetizer. The first courses for May 1st were not served. However we had a good time. A waiter, a young boy who goes out of his way and never stops, he also does sports as a boxer, the owner often passes by the tables to check that everything is okay. A good experience, we will definitely return also to try the first courses.

04/05/2025: We went here after visiting the beautiful castle and lunch was perfect. A menu with few courses (a sign of freshness), a tasty appetizer while waiting for the strong point of the place: the steak. I generally don't like meat, I rarely eat white meat, but here I wanted to try it and I think I have never eaten such a good, soft, tasty steak that we have already decided to return for another trip from Rome. Last but not least, the toilet is clean, scented and equipped with soap and paper: for me this also counts! See you soon!

28/05/2025: I discovered this restaurant by searching online for the best places to eat around Roccaraso and I wasn't disappointed, so much so that I went back for dinner a second time in a few months even though I'm not from the area. Every dish made an impression on us, strong but perfectly harmonious flavors and perfect consistencies. Dishes that are apparently simple, without too many frills but truly special. The location is elegant and modern, at the same time welcoming and warm. Excellent wine list. It would be nice to go back for lunch to enjoy the terrace they have overlooking the lake. Fast and attentive service, the head waiter a little on his own, but that's okay. Highly recommended.

30/05/2025: We discovered this vegetarian restaurant thanks to a friend and it turned out to be a real gem. The experience was excellent from every point of view. The food was prepared by Barbara with great care and attention to detail: each dish was a small masterpiece, not only for the taste, but also for the presentation. Andrea and Barbara were incredibly kind and helpful, welcoming us with a smile and making us feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable, friendly but discreet. The passion they put into their work and the love for vegetarian cuisine and the products of their land are evident A place where we will definitely return and that we highly recommend to those looking for a genuine, tasty and quality experience.

29/05/2025: Ero stato in questo luogo (chiamarlo ristorante è riduttivo) 6 anni fa. Ci sono tornato il mese scorso ed è stato come tornare a trovare dei cari amici. Perché venire qui solo per mangiare è solo una piccola parte. Ovviamente, tutto quello che prepara Barbara è ottimo, e lo dico io che non sarei molto amante delle verdure. Ma oltre alla qualità e la cura delle ricette di Barbara, quello che ti fa innamorare di questo posto è la passione e delicatezza che esprimono Andrea e Barbara in quello che ti propongono. Come ho già detto, dopo 6 anni (ed esserci stato solo una volta) mi sono sentito come in famiglia. Non è una cena, è un'esperienza mistica. Cari Andrea e Barbara, anche se purtroppo non abito vicino, tornerò a trovarvi tutte le volte che potrò.

31/03/2025: Highly recommended! Amazing food, accompanied by explanations from the very helpful and friendly staff. Welcoming and at the same time rural environment, with a pleasant view from outside with the Mount behind. I had Andrea's appetizer, which is worth every penny spent. Refined and studied meats, appetizer enough for 2 people. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles very good, starting with the very tasty truffle. We conclude with an excellent artisanal Ratafìa. highly recommended.

29/05/2025: I was there last night with my work colleagues and I was the only vegan. The dishes were appreciated by everyone, the staff was super friendly... in short, we will all definitely be back...! Congratulations again

10/05/2025: Dinner with business guests. Very welcoming restaurant. I am not vegetarian or vegan and I particularly liked the cuisine, as did my colleagues (some who wanted the kebabs even changed their minds). The menu has been prepared with great care and creativity which does not reveal the restrictions of the ingredients. Finally, chocolate cake in the special desert.

10/05/2025: We arrived in this area a bit by chance and were looking for a welcoming place where we could eat the typical dishes of the area. Searching on the map I clicked on the Locanda del Barone and it convinced me, I called and booked. Once we arrived the place was even better than I had seen in the photo, a really beautiful place, quiet and completely surrounded by nature, fast and friendly service; but the thing that surprised us the most was the cuisine, everything was very tasty and cooked properly. I can say, in my personal taste, that I would gladly return to this establishment, it left me pleasantly surprised!

Today we enjoyed some wonderful Virtues, in the name of the genuine Teramo tradition. Try it to believe it. Congratulations to Mr. Dario Fidanza, to his talented collaborators but above all to his delicious cuisine, today more than ever decidedly "virtuous"...

16/05/2025: The restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Pescara, tree-lined and cool, with little traffic. Possibility of eating outside, but inside there are two dining rooms. Excellent appetizers followed by refined first courses and traditional recipes. Excellent raw materials. Very present and attentive owner, with one eye on the kitchen and one on the dining room, well done.

15/05/2025: Had lunch at this randomly found place. Clean, welcoming, knowledgeable staff and above all excellent food. I recommend it! We spent the right amount, perhaps much less in proportion to what we ate.

23/05/2025: Cena alla Fuocìna di Emiliano e capisci subito che non sei in un semplice ristorante, ma in un tempio dedicato alla carne. Qui la brace non è solo cottura, è un rito. Ogni costata è selezionata con cura, maturata alla perfezione e servita con una maestria rara. Il personale è preparato, appassionato e mai invadente: ti accompagna in un viaggio gastronomico dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per esaltare il sapore autentico della carne. L’ambiente è elegante ma caldo, con un’atmosfera che invita a rilassarsi e godersi ogni morso. I dolci sono una sorpresa finale che completa l’esperienza, e la selezione di amari è degna di nota. Un luogo dove tornare, non solo per mangiare bene, ma per vivere un momento speciale. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto il team!

21/05/2025: Fantastic experience, I've been there with my partner twice and we're already planning to go back! Wide selection of meats from all over the world, some very sought after and not very famous! The staff follows you on this journey of pleasure with care but without being too intrusive! In the area it is one of the best, it is worth moving by car from the center! The chef is able to bring out every flavor with impeccable grilling! The menu also allows you to order excellent first courses or grilled pizza! Even the desserts are highly recommended, both tiramisu and cheesecake! Wide choice of bitters too, very special! Excellent quality/price ratio! It is already clear from the message... La Fuocina is highly recommended for meat lovers and non-meat lovers!

11/05/2025: Unforgettable culinary experience... very nice environment, well-trained and friendly staff, stupendous view... but what made our lunch unforgettable was a journey through the scents, colors and flavors of delicious and refined foods that surprised and won us over course after course, paired with fantastic wines that enhanced the flavors even more. Experience to be recommended and repeated!!
