30/11/2025: Would give 0 stars if possible. Naan tasted like bread from supermarket and garlic was nowhere to be found. Cuscus platter tasted like watery khichadi. Lamb was very chewy and tasted bad. Tandoori salmon was flavorless. We spent 50+ Euros for two and got 0 satisfaction. The cashier was not good with taking feedback. Not recommend at all, Please avoid!!!

I know it very well; I've tried it all over the world and have always eaten well.
Last night I had the misfortune of trying this restaurant for the first time. The chicken curry was super runny and nauseating, like spoiled baby food. The chicken tikka was also very strange; the texture of the chicken was slimy and the spices were washed out.
The food overall tasted like nothing, but the worst thing was that my daughter vomited, my husband was very close and felt sick all night, and I had to take anti-nausea medication. The flavors may be questionable, but the quality MUST be there. This is bordering on a complaint.
01/12/2025: I think this is the first time I've given one star...we had takeout and we all felt sick. Extreme nausea, stomach ache, and a sleepless night. I think I'll contact the NAS.
Shame.

14/12/2025: After many years, Shiva remains my go-to Indian restaurant in Milan because the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable, and the set menus are well-designed (I like both the Shiva and vegetarian menus). Not all the ingredients are top-quality (the menu says the chicken is Aia, and the shrimp don't seem particularly fresh either), but so far I haven't found better Indian cuisine in Milan. The staff are always very friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

21/11/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Bombay Spice Indiana in Venice. The staff was very kind, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely amazing. From the tea to the gajar halwa and all the sabjis, everything was delicious and tasted truly authentic. We were so happy to find such good Indian food in Venice.
Highly recommended for Indians and anyone who enjoys genuine Indian flavours. Grateful for the great meal!

Two pizzas arrived not even warm, and over the phone, they told me it wasn't their fault, but the delivery/rider's.
The delivery website states that once the order is accepted, the establishment is responsible.
In the end... microwaved pizzas.

06/10/2025: This is my first time, i love the food. Specifically, it served South Indian Food. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The staff (girl) is so helpful in English, because I found it challenging to speak Italian or Malayalam. The chai tea never disappointed!

30/11/2025: 3 night stay in Rome and found this restaurant within a short 5 minute walk was a wonderful small place but full of huge flavour. Very authentic Indian food. Freshly made vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. Hot, taste of India and thoroughly enjoyed. A little hidden gem. The service was exceptional.

The quality of the food and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff have remained unchanged.
However, they have increased the price of the weekly lunch menu (€13) and, as I recall, reduced the portions, especially the main courses.

26/11/2025: Welcoming and clean place, friendly and courteous staff, Indian food spicier than I expected (my opinion is based on similar homemade dishes), but good. The only downside was that the young man who served us (Indian) didn't speak Italian, and it was a bit difficult to understand him, but the owner was quick to intervene and quickly resolved the issue. Prices are reasonable. Note: The place also serves pizza.
25/10/2025: The space is great to go with friends or children. They work quickly and you get food for a fair price.
