Really friendly and welcoming staff. The environment makes you feel like you are in another place despite being in Verona. We really had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back. In my opinion, the “Kamasutra” liqueur is worth trying. Super good!

We mixed the lentil dish with two curries, without selecting the regional sets (Sri Lankan or Indian) which was not to save money but to make peace. We didn't want to choose between Indian and Sri Lankan. For sure the blue elephant is positioning that Sri Lankan is better but visitors somehow believe in the category 'Asian' and some even mix the two regional sets in a single table. Imagine the staff bringing that. Some tripadvisor people had a hard time with the bread. They might carry a hammer to break the bread into pieces. The bread for sure has improved by the time I visited. So we enjoyed warm yet crusty naan bread promptly and enjoyed a piece before the meal and the rest during. In fact if they ordered two Indian sets, they literally deserve the cold bread. Drinks could have been more diverse. Our order of two milk teas could have surprised the staff, but tea was the only suitable option. Thinking about how creamy the curries were, a beer could have been unhealthy (i.e. causes bloating) Lentil dish was memorable but I could have tried other vegetable dishes. I did become sick for a day or two, as I often do with Sri Lankan food. My partner felt okay the next day and he even took a card of the blue elephant print to remember how good the food was after a city trip around Verona.

Friendly staff who know how to guide you in choosing dishes, rich menu and high quality products. For us it was the first contact with Indian cuisine and we were thrilled.

Frequento questo locale da moltissimi anni anche se non spesso. Ogni volta che sono andata non mi ha mai delusa, anche stasera tutto buonissimo e il personale molto cordiale ed efficiente. Il mio ristorante indiano preferito a Verona

Palak paneer, tandoori roti, vegetable samosa and pistachio kulfi, all very good. Fairly low prices, nice place, friendly service even if a little slow but you can't hear an open window at the end of December! I could feel all the draft.

We opted for take out.. as a tourist I just refuse to pay extra 5 euro for every time you put your butt down (I get it...its Italy and thats what they do..blah..blah..blah) in this occation.. Food was delishious we had mix starter, samosas and pakora on top then chicken curry and lamb vindaloo for mains. The only downside for us was nan bread and that they dont do chips/fries. Other tgan that I would recomebd.

È già la seconda volta che ceno in questo ristorante e lo trovo molto accogliente sia per l’ambiente che per il personale. Cibo ottimo e prezzi onesti. Consigliato!
