Wonderful Indian food in Pisa. Excellent taste, good vibes/ ambience, reasonable prices and good staff makes tanduri a amazing indian restaurant to enjoy. Recommended.

Nice atmosphere, with indian music playing silently in the background and nice decor on the walls. The food was good. We had the Chicken Thali and Mutton Thali. The house wine is also good.

The food was nice. The service let it down. 20 minutes wait for wine after my partner beer, our mains and rice had arrived. After 3 attempts to tell male servers about the wine and the nann, the lady who served us was the only one who got anything done. Naan turned up near the end of our meal and wasn't even worth it. Shame service and Nann let the place down.

I am now a regular at this restaurant where you can eat well at honest prices. The service has sometimes had flaws, but the availability and courtesy of the owners and staff has never failed: many Pisan restaurateurs should come here to learn how to treat customers.

Buon locale di cucina indiana 100 metri vicino all altro ristorante indiano Namaste. Anche qui la cucina indiana è interpretata bene, con sapori tipici in un contesto gentile e cordiale, spazioso con tavoli interni ed esterni. Manca un menu di assaggi a prezzo fisso, ma un antipasto ed un piatto principale si possono avere con circa 20 euro.

04/04/2024: Very well food and superb service from Rajeev. This was the best tasty food in Italy after long time.
03/04/2024: We went for dinner today and ordered Dahi balla , palak pakora , Garlic Naan , Tandoori Roti , Kadai Paneer, Chicken Tikka Biryani , Lassi Mango, Papad. Everything was so tasty and having Indian Restaurant near by Pisa Tower with an desi taste is good. Palak Pakora and Lassi Mango are show stealers just loved them 😍. Parking is also available near by restaurant both paid and free .

05/04/2024: Best Indian restaurant in Pisa! A little isolated from the city center, it allows you to immerse yourself in a familiar and comfortable environment surrounded by the flavors and aromas of their exceptional dishes. The strong and decisive flavors are unique and can be forwarded to other Indian restaurants in the city, even a simple chicken curry prepared by them becomes a masterpiece. Furthermore, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners make the experience truly pleasant. Plus it's hard to find a place with such affordable prices and it certainly wouldn't have the same quality. The dishes that I recommend most are Chicken Curry accompanied by white rice, Dal Makhani (black lentils), Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese) and obviously the inevitable Nan (a sort of Indian focaccia)
