Everything was excellent, no wait with a reservation, and Mr. Salvo, the waiter, is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended.

We didn't know it, we chose it also for the price of the All you can eat lunch and I must say that we ate very well. Excellent fast service and small and welcoming place. We will return.

The best sushi spot in Catania! Run by a wonderful, kind, and hardworking family who truly care about what they do. The food is always fresh and delicious, and it’s also the only place where you’ll find the best boba in town. Great quality at very reasonable prices, highly recommended -from a local.

Positive experience. Delicious and fresh sushi, friendly staff who, even though there were 7 of us, offered each of us a coffee. 4 stars for the service, because unfortunately the place was crowded, which is understandable since it was Sunday, but despite that, they served us almost immediately, except for the last order which after 1.5 hours hadn't arrived yet, but there were only 6 gunkan so we left. We will be back, highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊

The sushi is varied and truly delicious. I love the fried fish, which is crispy and light. The carpaccios are delicious and show that the fish is fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Excellent food, very fresh and authentic, friendly staff, the only flaw is that the food arrives very slowly, sometimes they forget it, because you have to order with the app, but all in all I had a good time. Excellent.

This was the only one place on Sicily, when we were feeling really good. The service was really nice and helpful and the prices were known from the beginning. It was New Year's Eve, so we got also the champagne, thank you!

The food was very good, the only shame was that one dish had darker tuna; it was obvious it wasn't fresh. Otherwise, the food didn't disappoint.

20/07/2025: The thing I'll definitely remember about this place is the utter rudeness and listlessness of the young man who greeted us. When it was time to order, he seemed indisposed and rolled his eyes at every request we made, including mentioning a food allergy to strawberries. His attitude was one of utter annoyance and condescension. Fortunately, he was replaced by a young woman later in the evening. It's a shame because the sushi was decent. I wouldn't recommend it for celiacs, considering my husband had a twinge shortly afterward.
19/06/2025: Ginger is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. I've been going there for the past two years and have never had any unpleasant surprises. The food is well-prepared and of good quality. The sushi is truly rich and plentiful. The pizzas have a very well-aerated and airy dough, with a perfectly cooked crust, and are generously garnished with toppings. To say they melt in your mouth is no exaggeration. Last but not least, the service is truly efficient, attentive to the customer's needs, and fast.

26/04/2026: We always have a great time every time we go; the food is good, I've always found it very clean, and the staff is very helpful. We usually go during the week to avoid the Sunday chaos. Recommended.
