We took advantage of a "sublime experience" (EXCELLENT GIFT IDEA), that is, a box for 2 that allows you to undertake a truly semi-guided journey through the fusion & sushi dishes of this fantastic restaurant.
Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff.
No Japanese restaurant can compare!

31/03/2024: Locato in una posizione ottima, il ristorante si presenta molto ampio e ben arredato, con diverse tipologie di sedute, quelle classiche, quelle scavate in stile giapponese, e quelle più riservate circondate da divisori per creare un ambiente più intimo. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era molto educato e cortese, servizio molto rapido, è arrivato tutto in meno di 20 minuti, ma la qualità dei piatti a mio parere era mediocre. Mi sono fatta illudere da un menu ben organizzato con raffigurazioni di piatti che non rispecchiavano minimamente la realtà. Il riso era freddo e stantio, probabilmente cotto da ore e lasciato a se stesso. Stessa cosa per la frittura, sia la cipolla che la tempura erano molli e umide, non c’era minimamente quella croccantezza che è sentore di cibo fresco appena cucinato. Il roll alla stracciatella era veramente triste, presentato malissimo con un pomodoro tagliato a fette e buttato sopra; il chizu roll sapeva a malapena di formaggio e la salsa habanero era letteralmente inesistente; il tokyo saudade della piccantezza del salmone non aveva neanche il sentore. Basta confrontare le mie foto con le raffigurazioni del menu per capire il divario con la realtà. L’unica cosa che ho trovato buona erano i gyoza alla piastra e i tacos al salmone, tutto il resto lo avrei lasciato se solo non si pagasse la penale. Insieme al prezzo del menu ayce nel weekend consiglio di aumentare anche la qualità. Non tornerei ne lo consiglierei.

27/03/2024: Eating while feeling cold is a truly bad experience. Mediocre food and service to be overlooked. Forgotten commands despite using pad. I would say avoid or try again in the summer.

02/03/2024: The food sucks, the fish is not fresh. The very bad service, the waiters do not speak or understand Italian. The environment was nice, but they put us next to the bathroom and it smelled bad. The lady at the checkout was unpleasant, grumpy and wanted to steal the money. Terrible day!!!

In some Asian food places when you order it doesn't mean that everything will arrive, but we received everything quickly and on time.
Smiling and attentive staff.
Excellent and high quality food.

20/03/2024: Unfortunately this place has lost everything it had built over the years.
I have been a loyal customer for years, especially when they created the vegan menu. After a good start came the decline... I wanted to give it another chance, as a vegan, after some time. A disappointment, a disaster.
It's money spent, make the sushi at home and do it first.
It's a shame, because I leave a piece of my heart.
I would like to tell the owners to renovate the place, the quality of the cuisine and the menu. Loyal customers will return, and new ones will be added. But if you continue like this....

17/03/2024: We booked at 10.30pm for a dinner at Matsu Bitonto (specifically because Matsu Bari is spectacularly elegant and refined and what you pay is returned to you in terms of environment, service and food quality due to lack of space we found ourselves here) where we were asked to be extremely punctual and then made us wait outside the restaurant standing for more than half an hour together with other people who we seated in order of arrival, trying to free up the tables inside as quickly as possible (we heard complaints of tables being forced to stand up) . Seated at 11.15pm terrible service due to the rush to close the place they made us have dinner within 30 minutes 'all you can eat' style which brings you 7 dishes all together on the table without a logical order and not allowing you to have a quiet dinner, before the drinks arrived...a huge chaos of people seemed to be in a pizzeria with a disproportionate number of people compared to the place, with unrelaxing electronic music...quality of the food? Well it's definitely not the same as Matsu Bari, heavy, sticky rice and non-existent flavours. Well, if you have to dine in Bitonto with the high bill we paid and be served hastily without attention, go to the 'all you can eat' because we're just not there in terms of quality-price!
10/03/2024: What can I say: delicious and very fresh fish!! The menu is so varied that you have to come back to try other dishes!

31/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my Easter in this boutique.
Five stars are not enough, the level of Japanese gastronomy is very high and is recommended more for a gourmet and not... We actually ate some sushi which I would define as "THE Original". The location is perfect, the location is strategic, the food is excellent, the service is impeccable, there are all the ingredients to do well and to continually improve. I recommend it and I think we'll meet again soon. Thanks for everything and good luck to you.
