We took advantage of a "sublime experience" (EXCELLENT GIFT IDEA), that is, a box for 2 that allows you to undertake a truly semi-guided journey through the fusion & sushi dishes of this fantastic restaurant. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. No Japanese restaurant can compare!

31/03/2024: Locato in una posizione ottima, il ristorante si presenta molto ampio e ben arredato, con diverse tipologie di sedute, quelle classiche, quelle scavate in stile giapponese, e quelle più riservate circondate da divisori per creare un ambiente più intimo. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era molto educato e cortese, servizio molto rapido, è arrivato tutto in meno di 20 minuti, ma la qualità dei piatti a mio parere era mediocre. Mi sono fatta illudere da un menu ben organizzato con raffigurazioni di piatti che non rispecchiavano minimamente la realtà. Il riso era freddo e stantio, probabilmente cotto da ore e lasciato a se stesso. Stessa cosa per la frittura, sia la cipolla che la tempura erano molli e umide, non c’era minimamente quella croccantezza che è sentore di cibo fresco appena cucinato. Il roll alla stracciatella era veramente triste, presentato malissimo con un pomodoro tagliato a fette e buttato sopra; il chizu roll sapeva a malapena di formaggio e la salsa habanero era letteralmente inesistente; il tokyo saudade della piccantezza del salmone non aveva neanche il sentore. Basta confrontare le mie foto con le raffigurazioni del menu per capire il divario con la realtà. L’unica cosa che ho trovato buona erano i gyoza alla piastra e i tacos al salmone, tutto il resto lo avrei lasciato se solo non si pagasse la penale. Insieme al prezzo del menu ayce nel weekend consiglio di aumentare anche la qualità. Non tornerei ne lo consiglierei.

07/03/2024: I have been frequenting this restaurant since the beginning, I have always been a big fan of their philosophy and their cuisine. Over the years I have witnessed their high moments (very high) but alas also their lows. From my last experience (I hadn't been there for a few years) I had the impression of a restaurant looking for redemption with the desire to cling to those periods of undisputed glory! But none of this unfortunately. Minimal furnishings with soft lighting are not enough to mask the years of the location, which in my opinion would require a real (radical) renovation. Ok the scented courtesy napkin, the guys in the room do their best to make you feel like you are in a high quality restaurant, but unfortunately the substance is missing!!! And it's not just a factor of, do you eat well or do you eat badly, because after all the cuisine isn't bad, the ingredients are of good quality and the dishes are prepared well... nothing more is enough. I'm sorry to leave this review, considering that I have wonderful memories in this restaurant, but the comparison with past years is necessary and insurmountable for me.

27/02/2024: Excellent value for money...salmon and prawns above the average of all u can eat analogues. Friendly, helpful owner, he advised us in the right way and followed us throughout the dinner despite the place being almost full. Dinner to repeat

06/04/2024: Food not so superior to other places, slow service. Large and flashy environment, but too noisy. The restaurant recently expanded its seating and dining room, however the staff doesn't seem to keep up.
