16/09/2024: I discovered this restaurant by chance on Maps and because I really like sushi I went there, when I got there I was greeted by the owner and his wife, I ordered 8 California sushi, it was very tasty, I had one with the owner while I was there Nice conversation, he also has a certificate, I definitely recommend this shop!

También conocimos al increíble y amable propietario, Vittorio - que placer que fue. Él fue muy amable con nosotros y a mano escribió algunas ideas para la comida y bebida para nosotros en Lecce... nuestra próxima parada. 21/10/2024: Le charme d'une plage privée où rien ne manque. Les matelas sont confortables, le service est parfait et la nourriture délicieuse. Cependant, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas la qualité première de cette plage dont les matelas se louent bien chers...

01/12/2024: Honestly, I was very disappointed, I have been used to going to high quality restaurants for over 25 years, Fusion, Thai and Jappa and having eaten here at least 8 years ago I would say that the situation has gotten worse. Service like a tavern, there is no staff and the waiters have to reach out to order something, but this is common in 90% of Italian restaurants. Food well presented, but nothing particularly special. I was expecting wild salmon like the other Fusion restaurant in Lecce chose, not an All you can eat salmon. I got the seafood Ramen, which overall wasn't bad, but the supermarket spaghetti wasn't. TOO NOISY environment, I wouldn't go back for this and for the poor service other than to seat you and for the first order, after which goodbye. I hope mine is taken as constructive criticism and nothing personal. The price would have been right if the service was better.

30/11/2024: Optimal! Everything excellent Very good sushi, unfortunately we had a bit of a wait, but in the end it was worth it. Sashimi excellent and not freezing as usual. Young and present staff. Very modern decor, perhaps too much. We would have liked to enjoy the view of Villa della Lupa but unfortunately the table was far from the windows. A little expensive but recommended for a special evening.

06/08/2024: It is rare that I give 5 stars to a restaurant, because everything must be perfect, and here it was: extremely well-trained waiter, from the advice given, to the approach with the customer, the confidentiality, the ability to pour the wine. Excellent service times, welcoming environment with just the right lighting. Unique food. Each dish has its own personality with some things actually 'to understand'. Let's say that a palate not inclined to adapt to sui generis things would perhaps struggle with some dishes, but I really enjoyed it. Absolutely worth trying.

25/07/2024: The food was excellent and the raport and interaction with our server was key to the success of the evening. Pierre was amazing and so helpful it allowed us to get the most out of the evening

27/10/2024: 3 stars for prices not consistent with what the place offers (ruined chairs, no tablecloths, little attention to detail in the environment). Little variety on the menu and some dishes not feasible due to lack of raw materials. Good service.

09/11/2024: While passing through this region of southern Italy we opted for a Japanese restaurant... Really delighted with this experience! The welcome, the servers and the meals were all perfect! The complete menu allows you to discover a multitude of dishes. Very good value for money I recommend
