21/12/2024: We have just finished our first dinner in this place and we can only give 5 stars, for the environment, the food and the service. The environment is warm and welcoming, we spent a truly pleasant evening. The menu is extensive, there is a lot of choice and every course we ordered was delicious. An honorable mention to the person who served us (and in general to all the staff) because he was very kind and extremely helpful even in preparing a course that wasn't included in the menu (which they don't do in many other places). Thank you very much, we will recommend it to everyone. 😊

07/01/2025: The best sushi in Brindisi. Bento Lab is a small place and reservations are recommended but this is precisely its strong point. Quality instead of quantity, forget about your “all you can eat” experiences once inside. Every bite is an explosion of flavors exclusively prepared by the owner and chef. Super recommended!!

29/12/2024: Unfortunately, a negative experience: long waiting times between one dish and another, gyoza with prawns from the menu had to be plated but they were only steamed; I ask for yakitori but takoyaki arrives, it's the same but octopus like a smoothie in hard breading like a fried croquette, nothing to do with the original; fried rice, vegetables and prawns arrived first without prawns, then tasteless prawns were added but the dish was still too dry overall. The only saving grace is the kindness of the waitress who came to apologize several times.

14/01/2025: I often go here with my family, the atmosphere is pleasant, although for convenience we would need hangers for winter coats. The prices are high but the culinary choice is wide and the foods very particular. It must be said, having tried a lot of quality sushi in my life, that rolls and sushi are absolutely not their strong point, neither in taste nor in quality. However, they are very good at creating more ethnic and particular dishes. For example, the savory Chinese bread with a mix of various butters is delicious. Sometimes there is a wait for service, and the waiters get some dishes wrong. Despite this they are always available. If the sushi improved it would be a really great place!

01/02/2025: What can I say… EXCEPTIONAL. The best sushi in Bari (the branch in the center is also good but this one has a place in my heart). I have been a customer for years and have never reviewed this place, I think the time has come. I also tried the home service and this was also flawless, booking from their app, it arrived on time. Overall a nice place. refined environment, it is not an all you can eat, you cannot smell the typical smells of oriental cuisine, characterized by mixed fried food, and this is something that struck us very favorably. for lunch we opted for something light, like a selection of sushi, accompanied by three plates of noodles of various kinds (wheat, rice, etc.)... the price is all in all honest, we spent around €€ per person. it is undoubtedly a place to recommend, visit, revisit...
