12/12/2025: The takoyaki are superb! I've been going there since it opened a few years ago. The other dishes are also excellent, and the sake is unique. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is the size of the place and the smell of fried food you leave with. It's still one of my favorite gourmet stops.

10/03/2026: Tried for dinner on March 6, 2026. Location: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Alessandria. Decorated in a fairly traditional style, it has three separate, well-lit rooms. We had made a reservation and were immediately greeted upon arrival by the wait staff. Menu: As with all "all-you-can-eat" restaurants of this type, the menu is quite extensive. The food is good quality. Try the "boat" platter, which contains a variety of tastings ranging from sushi to sashimi, totaling about 40 items (a smaller version is also available). The soups and fried foods are also excellent. Service: The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. Orders can be placed via QR code with your phone or tablet (request). The dishes began to arrive after just 5-6 minutes of waiting. The wait time was the same for reorders (I'd be curious to know, once and for all, how they handle orders in the kitchen, given that at other restaurants, the average wait to start eating is 15-20 minutes). Bill: in line with other restaurants in these chains (drinks and desserts are paid separately). Definitely worth trying again.

The staff is always attentive and helpful, and you can sense their passion for serving the freshest, beautifully presented ingredients. 11/02/2026: A truly excellent experience. Dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, beautiful to look at and extraordinary to taste. The raw fish is incredibly fresh, with balanced and surprising combinations and excellent quality ingredients. Juicy and flavorful shrimp, delicate tartare, and perfectly balanced nigiri. Refined presentation, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. A must-visit for anyone who loves stylishly revisited Japanese cuisine.

11/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients is remarkable. The menu and off-menu offerings make it difficult to choose, as they are varied and very interesting. The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

21/11/2025: We went here for lunch and had a really great time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, which is always a pleasure. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious—you could tell they used quality ingredients. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The cover charge is €1.50 per person. I wasn't thrilled at first, but I have to say it's worth it considering the level of service and the quality of the food. Highly recommended if you want to eat excellent sushi in a pleasant atmosphere! 🍣✨

19/01/2026: What can I say...an excellent Japanese restaurant. The work menu is interesting: for €14 plus drinks, water, and coffee, you get good quality food in a relaxing atmosphere. I've never seen a restroom with such an amazing selection of soaps.

The staff who served us were kind and attentive, taking care to satisfy our every request, especially since we had a wide variety of tastes in the raw seafood and cooked fish dishes. The dishes were all very refined, with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant. Those who don't like eating raw fish will find numerous dishes at KOI that are not only pleasing to the palate but also visually pleasing due to their presentation. Anyone who appreciates Japanese food should definitely consider this a place to try.

29/12/2025: Very nice place, but small. I recommend making a reservation! The food is incredible. The ramen is spectacular; you can choose salmon, shrimp, chicken, or beef. You can choose from noodles: udon, rice, soy, or buckwheat soba. The sushi is wonderful, with incredible flavor! Definitely worth it!

22/02/2026: We were truly satisfied with our experience. The ambiance is meticulously designed and exudes an authentic Japanese atmosphere: tatami mats, simple furnishings, and waiters in traditional dress make everything very evocative and coherent. As for the food, we found everything to be excellent: fresh and well-prepared sushi, light and crispy tempura, well-executed. You can sense the attention to quality and presentation. The only small complaint about the desserts: the mochi seemed a bit dry, less convincing than the rest of the menu. Overall, however, a very pleasant experience that we recommend, especially to those looking not only for good food but also for an atmosphere that truly takes you on a journey.

18/12/2025: Top all-inclusive sushi restaurant! For a fixed price, you can order as much sushi as you like, excluding drinks and desserts. A particularly convenient feature: ordering is effortless via an iPad that's always on the table, so you can order more at any time without having to wait for a server. The portions are small, which is ideal for trying many different varieties. The service is fast and friendly, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. There's also parking right on site. It's best to reserve in advance, as it fills up quickly!
