30/03/2025: We ordered a vegetarian ramen and a meat one, mochi and coffee. Everything was good and served quickly. The inconvenience we didn't expect was having to eat at the counter, next to each other, sitting on bar stools (the ones without backrests) instead of at a normal table, having already booked. The prices are fair for the area (Moscova).

26/03/2025: Ramen without infamy and without praise. Not very tasty (I took the beef one)

02/03/2025: I'll be back, very good! I went for lunch and couldn't find the prawn ravioli but there were mixed ones with meat and it was all good, even the light and tasty miso soup. I went around midday so it was very early: the service was very fast and I found the bathroom clean.

23/02/2025: My wife and I wanted to give this place a try because we love sushi. We don't regret it because this place is great! Shakhwat Hossain was our waiter for the night and his service was excellent! We were not sure what to order and he recommended us some dishes and also a good wine to pair with 'em. We had sushi before but this place was the GREATEST. We will come back for sure next time we're in Milan.

18/03/2025: I have been coming here for several years and it has always been my trusted sushi, but the last time I came I was really sick, apart from food poisoning I couldn't not write anything. I'm sorry.

16/03/2025: Amazing! I came across this sushi by chance today and I can say that it immediately became the best, at the top of the list! Very high quality and wide choice! Using the tablet you can order and make changes. Helpful and kind waiters, despite some rolls left over, nothing was said to us! Right timing, honest price! Highly recommended, we will be back!

07/03/2025: One of the worst experiences of my life. I don't understand how a place like this can have an online rating of 4.5, and reality proves me right because the place is almost empty. Environment: at the entrance, a very strong onion smell that penetrates your clothes and hair. Food/service: we had the Omacase experience with a 15-course tasting, it was supposed to include the Chef Table experience - with the chef cooking directly in front of you at the counter - and therefore entail a price of 180 euros per person excluding drinks and cover charge, a shame that we saw the chef for perhaps a nano second on one course and we were left completely alone looking at a wall. But the truly devastating thing was the food, no type of culinary or technical preparation, simply carpaccio presented in succession (salmon, Angus, amberjack, scallop, anchovies) completely watered down in very strong sauces based on garlic and onion, spring onion and so on and so forth, and covered with flaked onion on top, which completely covered the flavor of the fish. Nothing to do with Japanese cuisine, nothing to do with the Omacase experience. A very strong contamination of other flavors which, regardless of whether you like them or not, is completely wrong when combined with a delicate fish carpaccio. The sushi wasn't good either and was full of garlic and onion sauces, much better than a mid-range all you can eat. And there was no kitchen, because in fact the dishes were a succession of Carpacci. There was a really bad taste left in my mouth, and even my clothes - once I got home - all had to be washed due to the strong smell that remained impregnated. Service: practically non-existent, other than filling your glass and describing the dish, they never asked how it was going and if we were enjoying it - they are probably well aware or I don't know. At the eighth course, we politely asked to stop because we couldn't go any further in eating such unbalanced and truly tasteless dishes and they still charged us the entire cost of the experience, giving us a discount of only 20 euros. It would absolutely not have been a problem to pay even 200 euros each, just to have a real Omacase experience with food and above all quality cuisine, unfortunately this was not the case: a huge disappointment, I really do not recommend it to anyone.

04/03/2025: Dinner with omakase tasting menu, pity that the chef was absent because he was traveling abroad, the dishes came out of the kitchen and were not prepared at the counter where we were sitting, on the contrary, behind the counter there was a bored chef who had nothing to do. The menu is a bit repetitive in the courses and some fusion variations are not to my taste. Lastly, the waitress with a messy hairstyle and a little too alternative for a place that wants to give a certain tone. Congratulations instead to the sommelier boy who recommended some excellent wines with professionalism and friendliness. The last sore point is the bill being a little too high compared to the experience offered: in Milan there are places that will let you fly for the same amount, or less.

12/03/2025: The place inside is very nice and well-kept. We went for dinner one evening during the week, the place wasn't full so the service was very fast. Unfortunately, the ramen we tried didn't seem like much to us, they were tasteless and also small in quantity. Having already tasted others in Milan, these are not quite up to par with other restaurants. The rest we tried were good.

26/02/2025: The location is beautiful and the staff is attentive, courteous, helpful and prepared. You feel welcomed and pampered. I tried many dishes on the menu (I like good food and am, for this reason, a loyal customer 😅) My family and I have been customers for a long time (it was previously a delicious sushi restaurant - same ownership), ramen is a delicacy, but don't limit yourself to this dish, which is offered both in broth and without. There is a lot to discover, from appetizers to desserts... And what a dessert!!! Wow experience 🤩 Well done guys!!! Thanks for everything, see you soon 🤗
