20/05/2026: On Friday, I placed an order for pickup at Yoji, accessing it directly from the link in the promotional email I periodically receive, as I'm a regular customer. During the purchase process, it was clearly stated that I would receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to pick up my order. However, the email never arrived, despite checking several times to make sure the email address I entered was correct. After about an hour, I called the restaurant to see if the order had been processed, and they told me it was ready for pickup. At this point, I also wondered how long it had been ready for pickup and how soon I would be notified. I then went to the location listed on their website and the portal I used when ordering for pickup in Sesto San Giovanni, but found the restaurant completely closed. When I called the restaurant again, I was informed that the location had been moved to Milan, about 20 minutes away from the old location. I find it unacceptable that such important information hasn't been updated on their website, inevitably creating enormous inconvenience for customers. The experience was further aggravated by the attitude of the woman who answered the phone: extremely arrogant, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Instead of apologizing for the poor service, I was told I should look it up myself because the address was updated on Google, even though the old one was still available on their official website. A truly terrible experience from every perspective: non-existent communication, incorrect information, and a total lack of attention and respect for the customer.
08/03/2026: A fantastic restaurant where the focus isn't so much on the slightly improvised ayce, let's face it, but on the improvised theatrical performances offered by the staff in a provocative and unsettling style. Pure Fura dels Baus with a touch of Noh and perhaps even Butoh, it can leave the audience speechless at times, but it spills over the stage and engages the audience despite needing some refinement. A round of applause for the young company and a special mention for the leading actor.

02/05/2026: Amazing restaurant ! The food is delicious and you have every variety that you can think of (nigiri, maki, noodles, dumplings, rolls….). The service is quick, waiters are nice and speak multiple languages. I couldn’t take a picture of everything cause I looked so good we ate the plates as soon as they came ! Would definitely recommend :)
26/03/2026: Me and my wife always come here once every week or so and the food has been always amazing, amazing noodles, and even better Nigri. The staff are wonderful and fast and i heavily recommend this place for a pleasant meal.

08/06/2026: the customer care was very bad, they treated us in a bad way. we ordered a lot of food portions and we casually asked how it will cost to take a take away and the waitress cancelled all our orders and started to tell as that we must pay 5€ in addition. the waitress talked as i a very rude way and i will never come back here where there is reciprocal respect.and i must underline that while we were seated they constantly told us to get up and go out .
03/06/2026: This sushi place is my favorite. I come here very often. The food is truly delicious (especially the salmon, we love it). The service is fast despite the crowds. They treat you really well. My boyfriend and I have been going there for years now, and it's our go-to sushi spot. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate. I always recommend making a reservation. It's all-you-can-eat sushi. You won't be disappointed!

01/04/2026: A friend of mine and I went there a few days ago. The quality of the fish was average-to-low, and the presentation was sloppy. We were disappointed with the sauces: watery soy sauce, tasteless; ponzu was really acidic; and teriyaki was awful. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional: the waitress, walking behind my friend's chair, bumped into her, knocking her sweatshirt off without even turning to apologize. The service was sloppy and rushed (they didn't even look at us while bringing our dishes). And, as if that weren't enough, our order was wrong, and when we asked for an explanation, the waitress was irritated and rude. I absolutely don't recommend it; for the same price, there's much better sushi in the area.

09/04/2026: The atmosphere is a bit dark, but could be improved with decorations! The food is also average, but the rice often falls apart. The staff is friendly. There's a lot of room for improvement, even on small things.
08/04/2026: Simple, the dishes weren't sophisticated, but they were well-priced, and at lunchtime they have a 3-course option for under €12, the last course being sushi with a few pieces. The service is very fast. It's located near the science museum.

I just want to say, are you handsome guys and beautiful girls hesitating after seeing the recommendations on XHS (a Chinese social networking site) – don't come! The moment I entered the restaurant, the waitress's face was incredibly unpleasant? Excuse me? If you're not welcoming, we can just say so. Okay, okay, we tolerated it, sat down, and were given pens and paper to write down what we wanted to eat at the buffet. Okay, no problem. After we finished writing, she came over and said, "Oh, could you read this?" Hello? I'm here on vacation, and you're a part-time Italian teacher? Do I have to pay you for tutoring? Correcting my Italian pronunciation? I've lived in Europe for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a difficult waitress. I thought you weren't feeling well or had something going on at home. Can't you take time off in Italy? Giving customers such a bad attitude, do you think people will just swallow their anger and eat this meal? I'm a very assertive person, so after ordering, I stood up and asked her directly, "Has the food started cooking? If not, we'll go to another restaurant." I packed my bags and left. I came here to eat, not to eat at your mercy, but sorry, I could tell you weren't eating. As I left, I glanced at the menu and saw the 3 euro service charge, which I found laughable and ironic. But I still wish the owner good business. I didn't get to taste your food, which might be very good, but I thought the service was lacking.
18/04/2026: The experience was terrible… We're on vacation and don't speak Italian. This restaurant was recommended by a friend who's studying in Italy; it's another one with Chinese-speaking staff. We couldn't understand the menu, so a female staff member asked me to write down what I wanted to order. My handwriting is quite neat, so it shouldn't be hard to read, but she made me read it aloud to her. But I can't read Italian! In the end, she read it herself, which was incredibly awkward, and I couldn't read it either. Is this the kind of attitude a restaurant should have? We didn't order much, and the female staff member kept saying we ordered too much and wouldn't be able to finish… This made my friend so angry she didn't want to eat anymore… We came for a buffet, not to be treated like this… The service was indescribably bad… It completely ruined our mood. I suggest that if the staff is in a bad mood, they shouldn't open the door to customers.

04/05/2026: I don't usually frequent restaurants of this caliber, so this experience stemmed more from curiosity than from a solid foundation: we were actually given a tasting dinner at this restaurant, and we decided to take advantage of it. The overall rating is three stars, the result of a balance between the quality of the service and the culinary offerings. On the one hand, the courtesy and professionalism of the wait staff, always present and attentive, deserves recognition; on the other, there were some issues that impacted the overall experience. The chosen menu included an eight-course seafood tasting menu at €120 per person. In practice, this resulted in seven savory courses plus a dessert. The quality of the ingredients was undoubtedly good, with well-executed dishes, but not always up to the expectations generated by the price. The first three courses consisted of fish carpaccio, served in three small samples per plate: pleasant, but very limited in quantity. Next came a plate of nigiri—eight in total—also small and lacking any particularly distinctive elements. Among the subsequent courses, a cod dish accompanied by a tomato sauce flavored with scampi, though the scampi flavor was barely perceptible. The other dishes, while pleasant, didn't leave a memorable impression, nor did they fully justify the cost of the experience. The dessert, designated as such on the menu, seemed rather distant from the traditional idea: a fruit salad-like composition, with small gelatin cubes dipped in citrus juice and a few dried orange segments. While interesting on paper, it wasn't entirely convincing as a closing dish. A less appreciated aspect was the beverage service. Although the staff was always friendly, there was a certain insistence on constantly refilling water and wine glasses, almost as if to speed up consumption to encourage further orders. This approach was perceived as impolite, and risked compromising the overall elegance of the service. The bill, which would have been around €285 for two people, inevitably leads one to expect an experience that is not only high-quality but also satisfying in every way, including satiety. In this case, while acknowledging the quality of the dishes, one leaves the restaurant feeling that something is missing, especially considering the price. Ultimately, it's an experience that may be enjoyable for those seeking a refined and photogenic setting, but it may leave those who place equal importance on the substance and completeness of the gastronomic experience.
