11/03/2024: Unique flavours, very hospitable staff and an elegant location, complete with an atmosphere with soft lighting and an explanation of the various courses. The total price is worth it for the quality of the food and the particular lemon and rosemary ice cream, accompanied with the home-made cantucci, was an exceptional finishing touch. I highly recommend!😊

16/03/2024: Very nice bathroom, large garden and wonderful swimming pool. Very good food and good services. I would like homemade ice cream. Nice and spacious relaxation area, except that the presence of the table football table and the kids playing on it disturbs a bit. In my case I took the tent and I must say that it's not bad at all. Friendly and pleasant staff. A small problem is that when there are a lot of people in the pool on Saturday and Sunday there isn't much space. Some very nice activities organized by the bathroom and very nice ping pong table. Football pitches and beach tennis promoted. Bathrooms always very clean, large parking lot and that little pond at the entrance is very nice. I recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/04/2024: When making the reservation I had many doubts after reading the reviews. I was a little afraid of what I was going to find, but my experience has been good. It is true that the girl at the reception was not the joy of the garden, but the treatment was correct, she only speaks English or Italian, but as in all of Florence, Spanish is conspicuous by its absence, throughout the trip I have only met one waitress who spoke Spanish… It is not a hotel, it is an aparthotel, so do not expect them to make your bed or clean your room every day, I was clear about that before booking. The building is old, but it seems to be being renovated and it is good. The entrance is not open as I have read in some reviews, they give you a card to enter at any time you want and two keys for the room. My room was for four, a double bed and a sofa bed, full kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a small refrigerator, we didn't cook but it has all the kitchenware in case you want to use it… The room overlooked a patio of lights and we did not hear any noise throughout the stay. The bathroom has been completely renovated and new, with a hairdryer. The location was very good, very close to the Plaza del Duomo, central but not in the middle of everything, we went during Easter and there were people everywhere, the train station was a 20 minute walk away, we walked back and forth because of the service. difficult taxi to contact, I'm still waiting for them to answer my WhatsApp and Uber, very expensive, €60 for a 5-minute ride The correct breakfast, I don't know what people eat for breakfast at home, but it's plenty for me. Coffee, juice, a piece of pastry and a sandwich. We didn't order a sandwich so I can't comment, but the rest was good. If I returned to Florence I wouldn't mind staying there again.

26/03/2024: Rude receptionist. I left some clothes in the bathroom, I called a few hours after checking out and they had already thrown them away, telling me they were rags. To have breakfast you have to go out and go to the nearby bar. Smelly room on the top floor. We had to leave the hot water on for a long time by inserting soap liquid into the shower, sink and bidet to make the smell go away. I paid for the parking but on my return in the afternoon it was occupied by another Receptionist who later moved, freeing up my place. I paid in cash and only upon my request did they give me a parking receipt of 25 euros.
