06/04/2024: Best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time, and we travel a LOT. The meal was outstanding — the seafood was fresh and exquisitely prepared: the salmon and tuna tartare, the red fish tortelli, the stuffed squid. And the service was fantastic, with gracious and personable staff. Top notch hospitality and a wonderful gastronomic experience! Would take a side trip to Chiusi just to eat here again.

Qualità del cibo molto buona, i piatti semplici, cucinati bene e con porzioni adeguate.
Prezzo in linea con la qualità.

24/03/2024: We reserved a table in the restaurant and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation - and they didn't even apologize, as if it was our fault. And we even had a confirmation email of our reservation with us. What disappointed us was not the actual problem with the reservation, but the way we were treated.

14/03/2024: We went on a weekday evening and there were a lot of people. The owner found us a table and surprised us with her kindness. We tasted an appetizer, which was also good, and two pizzas. A small bottled beer and a mineral water. Unfortunately, an hour passed between an appetizer and the pizzas (also good but a little burnt)... In my opinion the quality/price ratio is a little expensive.. Two of us spent €42. But we will return for taste... also the famous Colomba.

12/02/2024: Sono stata a pranzo presso Casa Fontana pochi giorni fa con un gruppo di colleghi-amici.
Il ristorante si trova non troppo distante dal parcheggio adibito ma per raggiungerlo è stato necessario percorrere un piccolo dislivello che era assolutamente impraticabile in quanto la strada era completamente ghiacciata e a tratti piuttosto ripida.
Nessuno, al momento della prenotazione, ci aveva avvisato dell’inconveniente, perché era sicuramente necessario armarsi di attrezzature idonee per non rischiare di farsi male.
La struttura molto carina e caratteristica sia all’interno che all’esterno.
Personale davvero poco cordiale e affabile con i clienti, piatti tipici e di qualità anche se forse alcune porzioni un po’ risicate.
Nel complesso la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori.

13/03/2024: Last weekend we stayed at this property. Excellent location, easy to reach, surrounded by greenery and with a pleasant view. Very well-kept and elegant rustic-style rooms. The jewel in the crown is a wonderful veranda where, in front of the fireplace, you can enjoy an aperitif with a view. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, they made us feel at home. Highly recommended. The internal restaurant, included in the Michelin 2024 guide, is certainly worth trying.

We had the privilege of having lunch at the Rodella Restaurant at L'Antico Forziere while returning from a holiday weekend and were extremely impressed by the extraordinary quality of the cuisine and the impeccable service.
Every dish we enjoyed was a true culinary masterpiece. The tortelli stuffed with pigeon and artichokes were a perfect combination of flavours, while the fillet with fine black truffle was an unforgettable taste experience. The decomposed trifle was a real surprise, a creative reinterpretation of a classic dessert that delighted our palate.
The location of the restaurant is enchanting, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surrounding context. The staff was exceptional, attentive to every detail and always available to meet our needs.
We highly recommend the L'Antico Forziere Restaurant to all those who wish to enjoy an extraordinary gastronomic experience in Casalina di Deruta. We can't wait to return to savor the delicacies of this fantastic restaurant again! 🍽️🌟✨

Super expectations confirmed by the kindness of the staff, the music provided, but above all quality and refined products, from the appetizer to the dessert which finally leaves the dessert in your mouth, a pampering compliments, you don't know how nice it is to find places like this!!! Ps: the carefully structured place allows you to eat at the counter and chat with the staff (which is sometimes underestimated, but not by them) well done!
