24/05/2025: No te molestes si eres inglés. . . miserable servicio de larga espera y no hay comida o bebida después de más de 20 minutos. Nos fuimos, peor experiencia hemos tenido en Italia tal pena. ¡Mi consejo evita!

20/05/2025: It was really not good! They served us pizzas with FRIES on them! It's a disgrace for this magnificent country that is Italy! In addition, the pizzas were not good! The waitresses were unpleasant and the dessert was not good! We came on a school trip but if we had known we would not have given our money for that! It is UNACCEPTABLE!!! It was too expensive for what it was! In addition, they kicked us out of the restaurant after an hour even though we had reserved for three hours.

27/01/2025: In viaggio in Piemonte, dopo aver letto svariate recensioni su questo ristorante decidiamo di visitarlo. Arrivati e accolti dal personale da una calda accoglienza in un locale carino e semplice e molto pulito. il cameriere che ci ha servito, con aria saputella ( poco preparato ) ci ha raccontato il menù, abbiamo preso un antipasto ( crudo di pesce ) molto buono, un plin ( porzione mignon ) senza un briciolo di sughetto senza sapore, e due buoni brasati. Al momento del dolce abbiamo optato per un tris di formaggi, dopo aver richiesto un blue cheese assieme ad altri due formaggi, il cameriere sbagliandosi riprende dal nostro piatto un formaggio che ci aveva servito senza che noi lo chiedessimo rimettendolo sul tavolo di servizio con aria strafottente. ( cioè mi riprendi dal piatto una fettina di formaggio già toccata ? ) Una scena raccapricciante!!! Signori, studiate ospitalità, visto lo sbaglio si lascia nel piatto… 1 antipasto 1 primo 2 secondi 1 porzione di formaggi 3 calici di vino 1 acqua Totale 135 euro. Prezzo alto rispetto alla qualità e la quantità dei competitors. Prima e ultima volta.

05/01/2025: Location adeguata , ottima lista dei vini , prezzo elevato ma in linea con le aspettative. Il servizio… si può fare di meglio, essere interrotti in un dialogo ogni 5 minuti perché devi rispondere alla domanda “ tutto bene signori” o perché devi servire il vino , mi sembra eccessivo. In ogni caso positivo

15/05/2025: We arrived at the hotel by bus, but we discovered that it is possible to walk there from the train station (it is about a 15-minute walk). I absolutely loved it! I stayed there with my friends and the room was actually an apartment with a kitchen, living room, terrace, two bedrooms (with an incredible view) and a bathroom, with a view of none other than the Duomo!!! We didn't use room service because we went to the hotel to sleep and shower. But the people who work at the hotel are very attentive. Our daily rates included breakfast, but it is served at a café/bistro next to the hotel. From the hotel, it was possible to walk to almost all the main attractions in Florence and we walked up and down during the day and at night without any problems.

07/06/2025: I do not recommend, terrible food and very long waiting times even with the place almost empty and if you order it is not certain that what you ordered will arrive.

06/06/2025: The food was also good, the problem is that in 2 and a half hours we received 9/10 dishes (there were 2 of us, 5 dishes each in 2 and a half hours). We spent 90% of the time waiting. And honestly €17.50 for the little we ate is a lot. I repeat, the food is also good, the problem is the service.
