08/01/2026: The apartment is a bit dated and doesn't match the website photos and those on Booking.com, which instead show photos with new furnishings and perfect accessories. However, the apartment is misleading. The hairdryer is broken, the beds are uncomfortable, there's no hot water, the heating is loud, and it's a bit dusty. The tourist tax of €6 per person is excessive.

04/01/2026: We stayed in this building as a group of four, in a mini-apartment on the second floor, with an elevator. Overall, the apartment was decent: two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a small kitchenette. However, considering the price, we expected something better. More attention is needed regarding cleaning. Furthermore, we didn't find any complimentary amenities, not even a bottle of water upon arrival. Regarding pets, the description states that they are allowed, but only during the booking process did it become clear that there is a surcharge. I paid €15 for an 18-kg cocker spaniel, but there wasn't even a water bowl in the room. More clarity about parking would also be helpful: it's listed as free, but with no available spaces, we were directed to an off-site parking lot, which costs €30 per night. We also encountered a problem with the lack of hot water. I understand that these inconveniences can happen, but it was a real inconvenience, especially having to wash ourselves with cold water. In this case, I would have expected at least a gesture of courtesy. As for the staff, however, there's nothing to complain about: everyone was very friendly and helpful.

29/12/2025: Avoid. First, the price isn't fair because they add a €2 cover charge. Second, they're all Indian, even in the kitchen; there's no Japanese or Chinese, and that's something that really disgusts me, as they're dirty. Third, they made us wait 25-30 minutes between dishes. Not to mention that many of the dishes we'd ordered weren't there, and they didn't even bother to tell me. I had to get up several times to ask. Avoid...

27/12/2025: Worst sushi ever, now I understand why it's always empty. I'll let the photos do the talking: spaghetti with seafood (only two pieces of surimi were "seafood"), nigiri with salmon that was so thin it was transparent, carpaccio among the specials you can only order once. I forgot to photograph the sashimi; even the ones you can order once were tiny. All the sushi was lacking in fish, and considering the price is the same as other all-you-can-eat restaurants with much superior food and service, they could have at least made the food decent. At Fidenza Sushiko, it's a whole different story. At a certain point, the dishes stopped arriving and half were missing. I asked, and they brought them halfway through, and not even all of them, and this with the restaurant half empty.
