01/12/2024: Pizzeria mainly for takeaway but with about fifteen seats inside too. The pizza is amazing and the vast choice leaves no time for hesitation. The "boy" who runs the place is very kind. So, what else? Definitely recommended!

02/01/2025: The best pizzeria in Carnia and beyond. Great variety, quality ingredients, expertly leavened dough. Worth trying is the one in pala (on Thursday), the Neapolitan one (on Friday) and in general the one with ancient grains, which is very digestible. Top!

Per il resto che dire : una gran bella realtà “ Carnica “ in fatto di Ristorazione , dove le Tradizioni culinarie locali si toccano con mano 😋 ( pardon : con il PALATO 👅 ) ! Non mi dilungo sui Piatti 🍜 🍲 🥘 🧀 prescelti e nemmeno sul “ Vin bon “ 🍷 sorseggiato perché potrei esser ripetitivo con CHI mi ha già preceduto in questa Location e ne ha parlato in modo esaustivo : mi limito solo a postare alcune foto della Struttura ! 16/11/2024: Excellent value for money, many specialties of the area, very efficient and good advice staff, mushroom and cheese tostone, trio of specialities, rabbit and many other delicious things. The road is a little difficult but it's worth it!

30/12/2024: What a lovely surprise! Here, passing through Arta Terme, we stopped to eat a sandwich and a club sandwich: delicious! Nice environment and courteous staff, which is not a given these days. Well done!

09/01/2025: Typical tavern with an essential environment and friendly staff. The owner divides his time between illustrating the dishes, taking orders and collaborating in the kitchen: commendable. The strong dishes seem to be the meat, cut and ribs. I took an appetizer of mixed cheeses and salami served on a self-service cutting board with knife. Ordered some excellent ravioli with wild herbs and those with red radicchio. The homemade dessert is good. Price not exaggerated. Must try.

30/12/2024: Tutto eccellente. A partire dalla prenotazione ... per he ci hanno accolto con 2 cani grossi senza alcun problema. Personale cordiale e accogliente. I cjarsun erano divini! Un'esplosione di gusto.. veramente paradisiaci. Il mio filetto era semplicemente perfetto. Una sciglievolezza e le costicine d'agnello super buone.... insomma tutto eccellente. Torneremo con grande gioia.

25/11/2024: Capitati in questo locale per caso , ci siamo fermati per pranzo. Sul posto ci informavano che la cucina era chiusa, ma comunque ci veniva servito un ottimo frico ed un tagliere di eccellenti affettati e formaggi. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino. Personale molto cordiale ambiente bellissimo. Sicuramente torneremo quando la cucina sarà aperta.

23/11/2024: Tolmezzo , o più comunemente chiamato BORGAT , annovera nel suo Centro Storico una Location culinaria decisamente d’altri tempi dove la semplicità e le tradizioni sono di casa ! …. e qui ci siam recati per un Convivio domenicale alla ricerca degli antichi sapori friulani fatti di Frico 🥘 e di Prosciutto 🥩 , di Brovada con muset 🍜 e di Formaio 🧀 di malga …… E poi …. , tra una portata e l’altra , tanto Vin bon 🍷 giù nel cannarozzo !! Sintesi : una splendida giornata trascorsa tra ambienti 🪑 , vestiti d’epoca 🎎 , sapori 👅 e tante ciacole 🗣️ in libertà !!
