28/06/2026: We (my wife and I) stayed at this property for five nights and had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Mr. Matteo, a competent and knowledgeable person who manages the hotel with great professionalism. The entire staff was also efficient, kind, and always available. We spent five relaxing, worry-free days. We highly recommend it for its excellent organization, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent management. We will definitely consider this property for a future stay.

04/06/2026: I stayed at this very nice hotel for the June 2nd long weekend. It's very close to the sea and the Viale Ceccarini area, accessible on foot or by bike from the hotel. Excellent service. Excellent food, and generous portions. The staff were very kind and professional, and the owner, Matteo, was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: Excellent restaurant where you can find everything even if you are undecided about dinner, they prepare excellent sandwiches, pizzas, first courses, second courses and desserts, the craft beer is also good even if in bottle

15/07/2026: One of my favorite places for breakfast or brunch in Riccione. Lunch and dinner are also available. Service is friendly and fast. The location is well-maintained.

18/07/2026: Unfortunately, although the service is good, there's a shortage of pastries and other items that would make for a wider selection for breakfast, for example. By 9:30, almost everything is sold out.

28/07/2026: I can't say anything, unfortunately, about the food. Maybe they have good food. Today my family and I wanted to eat sushi and chose this place because it was not far from our apartments, but already at the entrance we felt a very strong unpleasant smell, I can't even describe what exactly it smelled like, but I can say one thing - the desire to eat disappeared immediately, we turned around and left. There were no other customers at that time. I hope that such an unfortunate incident happened to them only today.

09/06/2026: Terrifying experience, unkempt place, waiters with dirty aprons like mechanics but the worst is yet to come.... when the first 10 dishes arrived for 3 people I tasted the spring rolls and smelled such a rancid stench that I didn't dare take another bite, small avocado tartare and raw shrimp with the black thread of their meal still attached, last but not least I tasted a dish with both raw and fried food inside and I immediately spat it out and so did my partner, disgusted I got up and complained to the owners who complained that if the dishes weren't to my taste I could have ordered something else, maybe cooked, because in their words: the products are expensive and not always fresh..... after this I left all the remaining food on the table I paid for everything for the drinks and not only will I never set foot in this place again but I hope someone comes to check on your work before someone gets really sick..... in the meantime my son had a stomach ache all night.

23/05/2026: Disgusting experience. During a friend's birthday party, they let everyone in except me and my other foreign friend, even though we hadn't drunk or smoked anything. I strongly advise everyone not to go.

Courtesy is a hallmark of Romagna, even those by adoption. Yes, it was a lovely surprise to find a young man born in our city who now calls Riccione home. 21/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel with my family for 4 days. I have several considerations, which I'll explain, that led me to give this hotel such a low rating. Room: We were assigned a comfort family room in the attic. The double bed had two single mattresses held together by a sheet. The two single beds were of different lengths (one of them was very small for a child; his feet were sticking out!). The only lighting in the bathroom consisted of two small halogen spotlights that were aimed at the sink and were scorchingly hot; in the evening, it was difficult to shower because visibility was really poor. There were no coat hangers in the entire room, not even in the bathrooms. Being an attic, the room had a ceiling height of no more than 1.20 meters, and the closets were right there, making them extremely inconvenient to use because they forced guests to stoop to access them. (Even more inconvenient if there are kids in the room) On the desk in the room, there were two glasses (there were four of us in the room) and a bowl of sweets. In a four-star hotel, I expect at least a kettle and/or coffee maker with herbal teas, and at least a sufficient number of glasses. The same goes for the complimentary slippers; we only found three. Let's say that, overall, the room was like a three-star hotel, definitely not a four-star. Too many things were missing, and too many things were subpar (like the double mattress). As for the furnishings, I can't say what to say; they were decidedly old and worn. I understand we were in the old wing, but that doesn't mean we were treated worse for the same price as those in the new wing. Amenities: What are they? Because in the room, there was no brochure explaining anything about the hotel, much less the amenities. The pool was nice, but the hotel towels were of poor quality and often stained and/or holed. Food: The food served at lunch and/or dinner is quite good. The appetizer buffet could use some revision; in four days, we ate the same things over and over again, with no variety. Breakfast: decent, with croissants (4/5 types, toast, biscuits, yogurt), pre-made pancakes (I expect someone to make them on the spot), eggs, and bacon, too. From a 4-star hotel, I expect much more, both in quantity and quality. Location: The only excellent thing about this hotel that deserves 5 stars. I hate to write this, but I think that when you pay certain amounts, and especially when you choose a hotel expecting a certain level of service because you assume that being a 4-star hotel is high, and then realize that in reality, only the price is high, I think it's fair to say so. Too many things that aren't suitable for the hotel's category. First and foremost, the rooms. I challenge anyone to sleep in that room and not notice the same things. Sorry, but I won't be returning to this hotel, nor will I recommend it.

08/07/2026: This osteria was a great, fantastic surprise... the warm welcome, the super cute and very well-kept place, the attention to detail that I really appreciated... but the real star was it: the piadina romagnola..! A truly super dough, as well as all the ingredients used, they are not local but if I lived here I would come every day. Long live the piadina! Overall rating 9.9 because 10 is not given to anyone ;)! See you soon...

24/06/2026: The place is too expensive for what it offers. I left feeling disappointed and stayed there for a few days. We each had a fish entree, and it wasn't great. Not that it was bad, but it was mediocre and lacking in fish. The wine was excellent (Michelangiolo), but they sold it to us "surreptitiously," meaning without warning us of how much it would cost (and it certainly contributed to the enormously high final bill). The location is beautiful and intimate. The piadinas we saw arriving at a nearby table looked very inviting. If I were to return, I'd try the piadina and drink water. Or I'd bring a flask of wine hidden in my jacket.

15/08/2026: I've been to several bars in Riccione, but this is definitely the best coffee shop, with top-notch aperitifs and quality! The service (despite the crowds) has always been fast and friendly.
