12/10/2025: I had high expectations given the reviews, but I honestly didn't like the place, but that's just a matter of personal preference. It's too noisy, the food is good, but the recipes are a bit messy.
The service (aside from one older lady) is fairly anonymous.

12/09/2025: The Atlantic Hotel is our go-to hotel whenever we're in Riccione. That said, I was a guest at the restaurant of this beautiful property located on the Riccione seafront. Dinner was a truly pleasant surprise...the appetizers were fantastic...the main courses were exquisite...and the dessert was a true delight.
All in a refined and elegant setting, just enough for a seaside resort with a high tourist population.
Overall, highly recommended.

19/09/2025: Excellent piadina, I recommend the Parma ham, squaqquerone cheese, and caramelized figs...a delight for the palate. The atmosphere is clean and the service is fast. Prices are average for other places of this kind.

14/08/2025: Very friendly staff, fantastic food, and an obviously wonderful location. Perfect for aperitifs by the sea and summer lunches. Very fair prices! Highly recommended!!!
11/08/2025: I ordered two cooktails, and they were nauseating. The syrup contained could make 3 liters of water. I asked for dilution, but it was obviously ineffective. I gave up and bought a bottle of sparkling water to make it bearable.
€15.30 wasted.
Sorry, I just wanted a drink with my girlfriend.

27/01/2026: Good pizzas, a well-kept restaurant, and efficient service. However, the vegan food, while delicious and sophisticated, is decidedly too small in portions. You can't afford to pay nearly €15 for a dish and leave hungry.

19/08/2025: The deli was understandably crowded around 1:30 PM on a Sunday in August, which made our arrival and subsequent ordering very confusing, with limited options. Even though it closed at 2:00 PM, the girls still made a seafood risotto for around 1:45 PM. Since a tray of salmon strozzapreti was still available, I ordered a portion (which turned out to be very generous), which arrived piping hot and with a generous amount of cream added. The gratin vegetables were delicious, coming in at €1 each, probably a fair price for the zucchini and peppers, but a little less for the small slice of tomato. There are a few outdoor tables available: about four in the shade and three in the sun.
27/07/2025: I've tried many things, all good, fresh, and high-quality. I always find a variety, so even if you go often, you can still vary.
Special mention for the paella, which I've rarely found so good, well-seasoned, with a generous amount of seafood, and a fair price. Even in Spain, I found it disappointing in most touristy places, but here you can taste the expertly prepared "homemade" flavor.
The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate everyone's needs.
Five stars, fully deserved. Must try!

05/08/2025: Una delle piadine più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Materia prima di ottima qualità e per chi volesse azzardare vengono proposti abbinamenti interessanti. Personale super disponibile e gentile, mi hanno addirittura richiamato dopo la prenotazione per sapere se la mia bambina piccola volesse qualcosa di alternativo alla piada. 10 e lode

03/12/2025: I stopped by. I was very surprised to find that it's not just a hotel/motel for truckers like we all think, but a nice, well-maintained place where you can enjoy the bar downstairs and the restaurant during meal times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll try the restaurant version soon.
25/11/2025: Right by the sea, the people are very friendly, the drivers are always welcome, and the food is delicious. You pay a bit more than elsewhere, but it's truly delicious.

02/10/2025: We're from the Como area but have been loyal to Riccione for years! You can't go wrong at Rudy al Grottino, and every time we're in Riccione for a weekend or a few days, we make a stop. Try it! The food is good and the price is right!

09/01/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star.
The place is very nice, but it's a shame about the staff, especially a man named Mario, who was extremely rude and intimidating.
When we arrived at 8:00 PM, we asked if it was possible to have an aperitif. We were only given the wine list; when we asked about the food, we were told it wasn't possible due to the New Year's Eve dinner. When we said we'd like to join the dinner, we were met with obvious annoyance, asking if we were "sure we could handle three courses." After confirming, we were then told it wasn't possible anyway because the place was full with 40 people (there were two of us).
We then asked if it was possible to have at least some appetizers, but the answer was again negative and in an increasingly aggressive tone. When my boyfriend tried to ask another employee for information, Mr. Mario—who was smoking in front of the customers—approached me face-to-face, shouting offensive and completely unacceptable remarks, creating a very uncomfortable situation in front of the other customers.
Another colleague, very professional, apologized for the incident and offered us another glass of wine, a gesture that was appreciated but in no way excuses what happened.
It's very disappointing, because I had a great time last year. After this experience, however, I won't be returning.
29/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic! A gentleman translated the entire menu into English for us, with incredible patience!! He gave us great advice on the wine pairings – excellent! Thank you, sir, you were amazing, we had a wonderful time.

11/10/2025: Perfect dishes, from tagliolini allo scoglio, to grilled sardines, to crispy mixed fried fish, not greasy, with fresh fish and vegetables!... Quality products, perfect service and practically on the beach... it will be a must-see in Riccione.
