01/01/2026: Passing by chance, we found the "too good to go" offer, which I really appreciate for limiting waste! We went in without hesitation, and they put together this bag for us with pieces of Viennese pastries left over from the day. For just a few euros, they were super generous, and the products were truly delicious! (Photo) Another day, I was able to try one of their hot drinks, with Nutella, milk, and cream! Truly delicious! Plus, their service was super efficient.

06/08/2025: Incredibile scoperta su viale Dante...una squadra di ragazzi che si sono inventati una ristorazione fatta di sapori semplici, con elementi genuini lavorati con sapienza e maestria. I panini sono un viaggio meraviglioso nel buon cibo, i "friarielli" che ti catapultano a Napoli sono poi una nota che trasformano un panino in una eccellenza. I loro crocche' ARTIGIANALI sono strepitosi, da provare come da provare sono gli involtini di pollo con bacon e cheddar. Ma la scelta è ancora molto ampia e spero di tornare presto per provare altre prelibatezze. Per concludere poi la recensione voglio parlare del servizio, giovane, veloce, attento capitanato dall'istrionico Francesco che ti fa sentire subito a casa! Che altro dire, bravi, bravi, bravi.

20/09/2025: The good fortune of being here in September allowed us to get to know and appreciate every member of the staff. Always friendly and ready to accommodate every request. Courtesy is a hallmark of Romagna, even those by adoption. Yes, it was a lovely surprise to find a young man born in our city who now calls Riccione home. Our exchange even gave birth to a new cocktail 🍸. If you pass by, stop by for a "Braccio di Fernet" and say hello to Michel for me. See you soon! 😃

14/12/2025: It was very crowded for winter, but trust us when we say we were amazed!!! Fantastic starters and a shared grilled main course that was equally good. Of course, we were persuaded by a dessert that, despite being repetitive, was truly balanced and delicious (upside-down apple tart). What can I say? We stopped by chance, and it was a bit late, and the service and quality were well-received. In the photo, we had finished everything 🤣

21/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel with my family for 4 days. I have several considerations, which I'll explain, that led me to give this hotel such a low rating. Room: We were assigned a comfort family room in the attic. The double bed had two single mattresses held together by a sheet. The two single beds were of different lengths (one of them was very small for a child; his feet were sticking out!). The only lighting in the bathroom consisted of two small halogen spotlights that were aimed at the sink and were scorchingly hot; in the evening, it was difficult to shower because visibility was really poor. There were no coat hangers in the entire room, not even in the bathrooms. Being an attic, the room had a ceiling height of no more than 1.20 meters, and the closets were right there, making them extremely inconvenient to use because they forced guests to stoop to access them. (Even more inconvenient if there are kids in the room) On the desk in the room, there were two glasses (there were four of us in the room) and a bowl of sweets. In a four-star hotel, I expect at least a kettle and/or coffee maker with herbal teas, and at least a sufficient number of glasses. The same goes for the complimentary slippers; we only found three. Let's say that, overall, the room was like a three-star hotel, definitely not a four-star. Too many things were missing, and too many things were subpar (like the double mattress). As for the furnishings, I can't say what to say; they were decidedly old and worn. I understand we were in the old wing, but that doesn't mean we were treated worse for the same price as those in the new wing. Amenities: What are they? Because in the room, there was no brochure explaining anything about the hotel, much less the amenities. The pool was nice, but the hotel towels were of poor quality and often stained and/or holed. Food: The food served at lunch and/or dinner is quite good. The appetizer buffet could use some revision; in four days, we ate the same things over and over again, with no variety. Breakfast: decent, with croissants (4/5 types, toast, biscuits, yogurt), pre-made pancakes (I expect someone to make them on the spot), eggs, and bacon, too. From a 4-star hotel, I expect much more, both in quantity and quality. Location: The only excellent thing about this hotel that deserves 5 stars. I hate to write this, but I think that when you pay certain amounts, and especially when you choose a hotel expecting a certain level of service because you assume that being a 4-star hotel is high, and then realize that in reality, only the price is high, I think it's fair to say so. Too many things that aren't suitable for the hotel's category. First and foremost, the rooms. I challenge anyone to sleep in that room and not notice the same things. Sorry, but I won't be returning to this hotel, nor will I recommend it.

15/12/2025: Personally, I'm very reluctant to leave positive reviews; I'm picky and picky. Here, I can only say that everything was excellent: the service, the kindness, and the excellent quality of the food. We ordered several dishes, and even my 7-year-old daughter, who is definitely picky, ate everything and thoroughly enjoyed many dishes she'd never tried before. The prices were fair, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and well-kept! Well done!

06/01/2026: I've been going to the old Canasta since I was a child, and unfortunately, returning to this historic venue was disappointing. The place has been renovated, and in my personal opinion, it's a bit cold, and above all, the dining room overlooks a shared hallway with a view of bikes on a rack. I wanted pizza, but I noticed the wood-fired oven was gone, and none of the three people at the table next to me had finished their pizza, so I opted for spaghetti with clams. Let's say it was average, but the portion was very small. I found the waiters to be friendly and quick. CANASTA, HOW MUCH I WILL MISS YOU.

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at Canasta. We hadn't booked, but they seated us anyway, even though it was Friday night. The waiters were super attentive, kind, and helpful. I chose the pumpkin ravioli with gorgonzola, sausage, and walnuts; I think I'll have a hard time forgetting them. One of the other diners chose the herb ravioli. I wasn't entirely convinced; I would have added some cheese. Plus, at first glance, they seemed a bit small; I would have chosen a smaller plate because they would have seemed bigger. The thin, not burnt, and soft-crust pizzas were really good! We finished the dinner with a lovely dessert. We remembered they had the mascarpone foam for a while. Absolutely! Devastating. The cheesecake was really good and very light!

07/10/2025: Hotel Annalisa was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and a special thanks to Paolo, who was always prompt and punctual. Thanks, see you soon.

20/08/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant, the food is excellent, not overly spicy, but very down-to-earth and delicious. Valentina is truly excellent. The prices are fantastic. I fell in love with this restaurant.

02/08/2025: Unfortunately, the last time we were very disappointed!! Prices skyrocketed for a bar-restaurant!!! With limited menu choices, crowded people (small place), and almost nonexistent service, they made us wait for 1.5 hours between the appetizer and the main course. The kitchen was very slow (perhaps under-served), but with these prices, a real restaurant is better!!! I no longer recommend it. ----------------------------- Highly recommended!!! Better than many restaurants in the area, where you only pay for the location! We ate the best tagliolini allo scoglio I've ever found, excellent ingredients, dry, and excellently battered fried fish! Refined, tasty dishes, prepared with commitment and passion, and generous portions, which is a plus! Excellent value for money. What can I say, standing ovation!!.. 👏👏NEVER change!!.. We will definitely be back!.. 😍
