16/09/2025: I can't understand why everyone in Italy calls themselves an artisanal gelato shop. Guys, opening bags of powdered ice cream (called speedy) to which you add milk or water doesn't make you an artisan gelato maker. It's as if I opened a bag of San Martino pudding and felt like a pastry chef.

27/08/2025: Friendly staff, there are better ice creams.

09/09/2025: We had a Spritz as an aperitif which had no taste, probably prepared with aprerol and low-end white wine which was not sparkling and not fresh, and normally it's prosecco, a more or less fresh beer which cost us 17.00 euros, tourist scam, to be avoided

08/09/2025: It's the only little place on Riccione's beach that's empty. I wonder why the lady who runs it doesn't...

31/08/2025: Negative from every point of view!!! Luckily, I'm not the only one who speaks badly of it.

21/07/2025: I called this hotel on Friday to stay 3 nights because I had to stay in the area and from the photos the rooms weren't bad, I spoke on the phone with the lady who confirmed the reservation.... I arrived, unloaded my bags and asked about the reservation and they told me they didn't have any reservations in my name. I showed the girls the call and said I spoke to a lady, they made a call and told me look, get out of here and go to the other hotel @royal because we moved you there.... I've traveled a lot but it's never happened to me that I booked a 4-star hotel and ended up in a shack next door. I think this is serious and that's why people are now abandoning the Riviera.... I'm not here to talk about the room and the quality of the breakfast at the other hotel they sent us!!!
