20/06/2026: I just have to say that the Aperol Spritz could be perfect if the Aperol was added in significant quantities.... You could taste the prosecco, the water and then the Aperol....it depends on who makes it for you, last year it was definitely better.....

17/01/2026: Excellent pizza, typical Neapolitan fare, top-quality, light and tasty. It's a small, unpretentious takeout place, but they churn out pizzas at the speed of sound. Efficient and friendly.

Deliveries are never on time.

30/08/2025: My husband, my two children, and I spent eight days at this hotel. It was a truly positive experience. The staff were attentive, efficient, friendly, helpful, and responsive to every request. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and the beds were made every morning.
The food is fantastic, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, with excellent buffet options every day, including excellent meat and fish, and the price is more than fair.
I'm reluctantly leaving tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll be back next year.
Thank you for letting us spend eight wonderful days.

11/07/2026: A nice café; the French toast was very good with fresh fruit on it. The iced coffee was good but a bit small, and the paper straw didn't help. The service was okay, but our table was unfortunately sticky. We ended up going inside to pay since no one came by. The restroom was fine, but it would be great if it were cleaned more often.

26/07/2026: We had a delicious meal! And they were considerate regarding the bill. Ordering everything separately was more expensive than the set menus in the end. They allowed us to pay for the set menus even though we hadn't ordered them.
16/07/2026: The staff were very friendly and the place was very nice, with a terrace for outdoor dining. It was a shame about the low-quality, tasteless fish and the gyoza, which weren't good at all. I wouldn't go back.

18/05/2026: We went to Il Coloniale and were truly thrilled. The atmosphere is refined and very pleasant, the service is quick, and the staff is extremely friendly. We ate deliciously: everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and excellent value. A must-visit if you're in Cattolica!

21/06/2026: I used to go to Pio's about forty years ago, when the old owner was still there. I started going again a couple of years ago, and I always stop in when I'm in the area. The owner is friendly and affable. I usually order strozzapreti with meat sauce, truly delicious! Then there's mutton, the best you'll find in the area, and onions cooked in Sangiovese. The bulk Sangiovese is truly good. What can I say, the price is right for what you get. And if you want to spend less, there's always the Mensa dell'Idea...

You don’t feel welcome there - everyone has a sad/tired face. Maybe the service is overworked, I don’t know. It looks like a labor camp.
