The staff is friendly and not very smiling.
Otherwise, I can't say anything else, as I don't frequent it.

14/12/2025: Terrible, the guys at the counter are always rude... I tried to have breakfast at this bar twice, but with little success since every time you ask the guys at the counter for something it almost seems like they don't want to do this job. A bar should be that place where you go and feel exactly like at home in front of the coffee machine with a friend, but here you find yourself having to pay for something you didn't happily choose...
13/12/2025: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Cinnamon Rolls, Hot Chocolate and Brioches super, the staff is kind with a smile and sunny as Borghese would say, vote ten

10/09/2025: If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We had car trouble and were stranded in the parking lot of Bar Torello. The friendly lady served us wonderfully and was very attentive! We were given delicious sandwiches while waiting for the tow truck and were allowed to cool our freshly bought groceries in the refrigerator.
A great place, and it was also very busy! Highly recommended for a stop along the way.
09/09/2025: On the way back from a motorbike ride, I stopped for lunch. Excellent service, very good food, very friendly staff, excellent prices.

31/08/2025: The first courses were excellent, the appetizers unexceptional for the price. The revisited tiramisu was disappointing, and the fried food was average. It's worth noting that they're among the few smart people who fry the pre-cleaned shrimp.

20/09/2025: We wandered around for an hour, but no one makes piada with sausage and onion...we thought it was normal to find it. But here we finally found it, and it's delicious, too, and made by a real "zdora"! EXCELLENT! BRAVA!

13/12/2025: I ordered 2 pizzas, one with chips and one with tomato and onion, and I received a pizza with tomato and onion and chips, but I had asked for the pizza with chips.
07/12/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten (I had a Fornarina with raw ham and parmesan) the ham tasted like plastic and the parmesan tasted like nothing, rubbery dough on the outside and burnt on the inside, there were a lot of us so they put us on the veranda, very cold (December) because one of the two heating elements was turned off, at least the service was quick and the waiter was kind.

23/03/2025: Aprile 2024, la scelta è ricaduta su questo ristorante perché era il più vicino all'hotel in cui stavamo soggiornando in quei giorni. Per quanto la scelta è stata casuale siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di come abbiamo cenato.
Personale molto cordiale e piatti gustosi, con porzioni abbondanti.
I prezzi in linea con altre zone turistiche (anche se la stagione non era ancora iniziata).
Dovessi ricapitare nuovamente a Riccione sicuramente ci tornerei.

28/09/2025: Second terrible experience. After almost a year, we tried again, but to no avail. Like last time, they abandoned us at our table, the service was nonexistent, the other tables (who arrived after you'd already ordered) ate, finished, and left while you were still enjoying your appetizers. "Perhaps," then you asked for the bill and thought you'd ordered kilos of gold and platinum while you ate a tagliatella that tasted like nothing. We weren't happy.

04/11/2025: Very nice place. We had a late dinner here in August this year, we arrived less than an hour before closing, but our order was taken and the service was at the highest level. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We were satisfied with the quality of the dishes. Everything was very tasty. Not expensive prices. Pleasant atmosphere on the summer terrace, lots of greenery.

24/09/2025: We had one night left in Italy after an amazing 3 weeks. We needed to be near the airport so we stayed in Ostia. Went for a walk and happened upon Vittoria’s. It was great! Highly recommend and we met the owner who showed us fun pics of visitors over the years. Seems to have quite a history. 😁My husband had the carbonara and I had Quattro Fromaggi pizza. Location right on the sandy beach is the best.
07/09/2025: Terrible food. We're at the beach, and the appetizer is a slice of packaged salmon and a slice of stale, unchewable bread with an unidentifiable green cream.
For the first course, a single forkful of precooked, sticky spaghetti. A sampling of paccheri and mussels, inedible because they were bitter and salty. A grilled fish platter with an elongated trout-like fish. Salad for a select few. Terrible, uncaring service. Despite asking the owner to report the matter, no one bothered to apologize or offer a discount.
To top it all off, all of this led to a family fight and a disgrace with the guests.

11/12/2025: This is our fourth consecutive year of dining at this restaurant in early December. We've always had a wonderful time, with excellent food and good wine. The owners and waiters are friendly and welcoming, and some of the comments are truly incredible... perhaps everything works better in the fall.
22/11/2025: On Friday, November 21st, we waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for a pizza. The waiter told us it would be about 40-45 minutes. We asked for the bill at the table, but it wasn't possible. They made us pay one by one at the cash register. They lost customers.

16/07/2025: Nulla da dire sulla qualità dei piatti e del servizio veloce e gentile.
Note stonate sono:
- opzioni vegetariane pressoché inesistenti
- discutibile il fatto che non si possano scegliere più di due primi diversi per tavolo: inaccettabile. Consiglio una migliore organizzazione della cucina.
05/07/2025: Servizio attento e veloce, i ragazzi sono cordiali e simpatici, il gestore in gamba! Qualità sempre alta! Consigliatissimo!!!
