03/01/2026: We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. Even though it was almost full, it wasn't as noisy as some other places. The food was good and plentiful, and the prices were fair. I recommend it.

15/12/2025: I had an appointment in the area the next morning, and this property was perfect. Free on-site parking, a welcoming atmosphere, a spacious and perfectly heated room, excellent cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. Nothing was missing, not even on the breakfast table, to ensure a comfortable stay.

12/09/2025: I have not been a customer, but the bed & breakfast is very well run and is truly a welcoming little refuge on the border between Rimini and San Marino on the Coriano Cerasolo side.

02/09/2025: I had a cappuccino and it was one of the best I've ever had. The location is lovely; perhaps the only criticism is that the tables are a little too close together. No wait, and the staff are very friendly.

22/09/2025: We really appreciated the staff's menu suggestions. I recommend anyone on vacation to try this restaurant at least once: a true Viserbese institution. The salad with sardines "alla todro" is a must-try, now available in another delicious version!

13/10/2025: Fabulous location, on the beach, a lovely little place, simple and unpretentious, very clean and tidy. We are served with attention and simplicity, without uniforms, without too many frills and frills… I personally love this because it gives an authentic and direct look to the place and its identity. Superb spaghetti aglio olio, strozzapreti with world-famous tomato sauce, wild herbs aglio olio – providential – Prices slightly lower than average for being right on the beach. P.S. House wine (needs reviewing) But I highly recommend it. See you soon!

01/09/2025: We had dinner last night with two of our friends. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the portions were just right for the price. Dining on the terrace, we also enjoyed the sunset over the San Giuliano sea, as this restaurant is just 100 meters from the shore. We highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. I've attached some photos.

16/09/2025: This is a very good hotel. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea. Incredibly good breakfast. Fresh pastries, various fruits. Everything your heart desires in the morning. Very tasty coffee and tea, natural honey. And the hospitality is unsurpassed. Family business. Everyone is friendly, smiling. And Oliver (the youngest member of the FAMILY) is love at first sight. We will definitely come here again. We wish the hotel "Villa Maris" prosperity and grateful customers. 💖🫶❤️

27/07/2025: We stayed here for 4 days, we had a tour, 4 days in three places. The villa is located in a great place, 5 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes from the old center of Rimini, where you can spend a wonderful evening. The villa may not have the most comfortable rooms, they are quite small, but there is everything you need - a comfortable bed, clean linen, a balcony in the room with a wonderful view of the canal and the sea. There is a large terrace on the 3rd floor - a great place to admire the sunset and drink a glass of wine. I would like to separately note the hospitality and friendliness of the owners, they are also the staff of the villa. It seemed like we were at home! Any whim - coffee, cappuccino, water, cake, fruit whenever you want. Breakfasts are the same every day, but all the products are of the highest quality, only noble cheeses, fresh orange, aromatic coffee, delicious desserts, excellent quality fruits. And the atmosphere is homey and cozy. I highly recommend it, you will not regret it.

01/03/2026: The place is well-maintained, with a very popular piano bar. Extensive menu, slow service. I'd been there before, and my expectations were high. Unfortunately, perhaps it was the evening, but those expectations were disappointed. We ordered a mixed grill for 8 people, and it arrived after 1.5 hours... it was for a maximum of 3 people, the meat was cold and of poor quality. The pizza couldn't be judged...it was completely out of this world. Pizza is an art, make piadina! As for the bill...no comment!

10/01/2026: Recently renovated, this venue is great both summer and winter. Personal experience both at dinner and after dinner, excellent food and very good drinks. Recommended for evenings with friends or as a couple.
