02/02/2026: A wonderful farmhouse surrounded by nature, located a few kilometers from Pitigliano (a city famous for its tuff rock). We stayed there overnight and enjoyed the generous breakfast included. There's also a restaurant nearby, offering dinner on site. The rooms are well-kept and clean. Local produce can be purchased on site.
02/01/2026: La Collina is a beautiful agriturismo located in the Pitigliano (GR) countryside. I had the opportunity to try the restaurant and was completely satisfied! The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the ingredients were authentic. The location is stunning, immersed in the Tuscan countryside. 5 stars!

30/10/2025: Everything was excellent. We had the mixed fried fish and hamburger (meat and chicken), and the baby had tagliatelle. The service was friendly and fast, and the new location is beautiful!

03/03/2026: A lovely restaurant in the Reggio Emilia hills (Trinità); a classic menu with thoughtful, concise selections; truly efficient service; good food quality; fair prices; it would be helpful to have a menu on the table so you can think about and choose your food at your leisure.
07/02/2026: Bar Ristorante Notari is a well-stocked bar and a spacious restaurant with a modern touch and a beautiful view of the hills. It offers traditional cuisine at reasonable prices and generous portions. I recommend the tortelli.
The staff is friendly and professional.

16/02/2026: Classic traditional Reggio Emilia place with a good variety of first and second courses, including vegetarian ones. The service girls are very good and fast. Everything is fine, I would say, apart from the background noise. We were in a small room with about fifteen people and it was difficult to talk to the person next door.
15/02/2026: The food was okay, no complaints. Definitely avoid the gnocco and tigelle. The four of us ordered 15 tigelle, five pieces of gnocco and cured meats, a bottle of wine, two appetizers, and two chizze, for a total of over €100. The problem was the cured meats. For 20 pieces of gnocco and tigelle, they charged us €48 for a cured meat platter, which was absolutely out of line, and the quality was also very poor. Really bad.

20/06/2025: Se il cibo è un viaggio, allora questo ristorante è la destinazione che ti fa sentire come se fossi tornato a casa. La proprietaria, un'anima dolce e accogliente, ti fa sentire subito come se fossi parte di una grande famiglia. Il suo sorriso è il primo benvenuto che ti accoglie, e la sua gentilezza ti avvolge in un abbraccio caloroso che dura tutta la serata.
Ogni piatto che arriva sulla tavola è un'esplosione di sapori che racconta storie di tradizione e passione.
Ma c'è un piatto che ci ha rubato il cuore: il coniglio. Non è solo un piatto, è un'esperienza. La carne così tenera, ricca di sapore, che si scioglie in bocca, accompagnata da patate arrosto che sembrano custodire il segreto di una ricetta tramandata da generazioni. È un piatto che non si dimentica, che ti commuove e ti fa sentire la cura e l'amore che ci sono dietro ogni singola preparazione.
Mangiare qui non è solo un atto, è un'esperienza che coinvolge tutti i sensi. Il profumo del cibo che ti avvolge, il sapore che ti sorprende ad ogni morso, e la sensazione di essere coccolati e trattati con una rara e sincera attenzione. Un ristorante dove il cibo diventa qualcosa di più: un'esperienza indimenticabile che ti resta nel cuore.

Tortelli e ravioli buoni, cotolette di agnello anche, ma il coniglio arrosto sopra tutto. Anche il prezzo onesto...

25/01/2026: There's room for improvement. After having lunch with my family and getting some ideas, I read the reviews and found some similarities, which were therefore confirmed, not just my personal tastes/thoughts.
Food: I gave it three stars.
—Appetizers: The cured meats and cheeses could have been a bit more generous for the price.
—First courses: Tagliolini with wild boar was good and plentiful. The cappelletti in broth were a bit overcooked; my daughter, who loves them, unfortunately didn't want to eat them. The tortelli verdi lacked much flavor.
—Second courses: Unfortunately, the tagliata were all cooked incorrectly. Those requested medium were overcooked and not finished. Those requested rare were medium. The fillet with balsamic vinegar, on the other hand, was cooked very well.
Service: 4 stars. The only negative is that, unfortunately, my daughter's first course arrived late. It was supposed to arrive with the appetizers, but it arrived with the first courses. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; the waiters were always attentive to our table.
Ambience: 5 stars, welcoming place
Based on this one experience, I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't discourage it either. I'll definitely try it again, and if so, I'll update this review.
19/01/2026: No, that's definitely not the case.
Let me explain:
1) charcuterie appetizer: half a slice of prosciutto, I mean half, a tiny, tiny slice of salami, a 15cm-diameter slice of supermarket-quality mortadella, and little else;
2) a glass of wine that I didn't choose, and I didn't know what was coming beforehand. It was put directly on the table, and that was it;
3) and to finish, a poorly cooked tagliata that tasted like... NOTHING.

Second time we've been to this place for work.
Very nice atmosphere, but equally chaotic and, in our opinion, poorly organized.
The person we believe to be the owner rushes back and forth between the cash register, the coffee machine, handing out menus, welcoming guests, assigning tables, and sometimes even bringing food to the table.
His determination and desire to do things are commendable, but having just one employee in the dining room besides him isn't enough, and it's obvious. This, unfortunately, is detrimental to the service; we've seen people leave because they weren't counted on several minutes after entering.
Some of the dishes are very good... others... less so.
What a shame.

19/01/2026: Lunch was average. Because tastes vary. But what surprised me were the voltage fluctuations that caused the light bulbs to dim. It was terrible, it gave me a headache. I left with a terrible headache. I don't understand how you can't keep up with these things on top of everything else. Get a power stabilizer.
02/11/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the area. Definitely worth a try.
