02/05/2026: I personally find the atmosphere very nice, but the food is terrible: overcooked and overly salty risotto, raw and tasteless mixed grill, cold appetizers that were lacking variety and tasteless, frozen turbot... We woke up hungry and I don't recommend it. It's a shame because the place is nice.

14/02/2026: Repeatedly calling and getting a busy message means they're open and on the phone. Google says it's open and I'll be arriving after an hour's drive, but it's closed for vacation. Damn, why not update the hours on Google? Just to keep people moving.

24/01/2026: We ordered pizzas for dinner, one of which was burnt, one with raw and cold potatoes, and others with dough that was too thin, like piadina, and all the mozzarella and tomato slipped off the slice of pizza... I've been there several times before and the pizzas were very good, but this time they really messed up... I'm sorry to devalue the place like this, especially since the atmosphere is very nice.

Surrounded by greenery, far from the chaos, it's the perfect place for a relaxing break or dinner with friends. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff is kind, smiling, and always available—they make you feel right at home (maybe even better 😄). The piadinas? Truly spectacular! Fresh ingredients, perfect dough, and a variety of menus that puts many other piadinerias to shame. There's something for everyone: from classic to more creative, every bite is a surprise! 💸 The prices? Fair... actually, more than fair! Unbeatable value for money. 🌞 In the summer, you can enjoy the shade surrounded by nature, ❄️ in the winter, you can stay warm and pampered in a well-kept and spotlessly clean environment. It's clear the new management is young and full of enthusiasm: modern ideas, attention to detail, and a lot of passion in every piadina. In short: highly recommended! If you don't believe us, come try it... but be careful, it's addictive! 🤩

12/11/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero stars. When I went, I ate reasonably well, but the staff was dirty, and the day I went, I saw grease on the grill. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they want to be sick.

10/01/2026: I highly recommend this bar overlooking the Tagliata pine forest in Cervia. Luisa, the owner, is always available and ready to host initiatives and events for her attentive and attentive clientele. Manager Stefania, always smiling and professional, along with Martina, a young but knowledgeable staff member, and the other staff ensure that this small bar on the outskirts of Cervia is a popular meeting place for residents and for those stopping by after a stroll through the beautiful pine forest. Highly recommended. Also noteworthy is the live music and karaoke on weekends.

28/12/2025: The bar isn't the same anymore. The pastries and savory items are ridiculously overpriced and it's not very clean. How sad, it used to be a nice bar.

12/04/2026: Unfortunately, I don't recommend staying at this hotel. It's an older property that needs updating, and it's located in a narrow, inconvenient area for parking. The rooms are clean, but with the bare essentials. The bed is hard and there's only one pillow. There's no outlet in the bathroom, and you couldn't open the windows, otherwise the pigeons would get in! Since there are so many abandoned hotels around, there's an infestation of pigeons, which results in poop on windows, balconies, and windowsills. Breakfast is poor and limited. No service. Leaks in the walls and ceilings in the hallways.

09/04/2026: Family stay over Easter. Like all hotels in Chianciano, the hotel is starting to look a bit dated. The room for four was large and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. We had some issues with breakfast, but perhaps it was just bad luck. However, before leaving, I mentioned it to the reception because it's right to make them aware. I didn't use the restaurant.

22/05/2026: Piadina and crescioni are good, not small, and quite filling.

07/05/2026: We bought 10 empty piadinas (+1 free) and took them home. We also received a leaflet with storage instructions. We ate them and enjoyed them. The dough was delicious. I recommend buying from this kiosk.

28/06/2026: I politely asked “Margerita,” (the one with curly hair) who works at the restaurant’s cash register, “Excuse me, where is the restroom?” She replied rudely, saying, “First you say hello,” and then refused to help me. I consider this attitude extremely disrespectful. I am a customer and she is an employee of the establishment; we do not have the kind of familiar relationship that would allow her to lecture me. She is neither my teacher nor a friend. In contrast, the waitress Agnese (the brunette) was very kind and helpful. If I were to return, it would be solely because of her. However, even though I live in the area, I will never come back to this place—simply to avoid seeing Margerita again—and I will warn others as well. It was a clear lack of respect and good manners. Anyone who truly cares about their job treats customers with respect. I will not be back.

09/06/2026: I went to this piadina shop. A blonde woman wearing a yellow Lipton shirt and with a hanging fibroma on her left temple near her ear was very rude and seemed like she was doing us a favor. As for cleaning, the heating plate is extremely dirty; the girl passed us a handkerchief and it was brown! The piadina in the photo is very sour!! Just like the person who served us!

03/05/2026: We stopped here on Friday, as soon as we parked and before heading to the beach for the Kite Festival, because it was now lunchtime so we wouldn't wander around aimlessly. It was crowded, and we waited about an hour for the piadinas. They were very good, but perhaps a little slow. They have a small stand with 3-4 people working there, plus an outside counter and cashier who handles the coffees. The stand is in an excellent location: facing the pine forest near Lidi 89-90, next to the one-way road that runs along the pine forest and Lidi, located in a small green area with a few square tables and wooden benches, I assume from the park. The piadinas are very good, even the Nutella calzone. Prices are average, and the staff are friendly, but at times they seemed a little stressed. Worth trying on quieter days and/or nights.

23/04/2026: The food is quite good. Full menu -16 euros + coffee 1.50. There was a concert on Monday. I enjoyed it; I saw the people were enthusiastic.

12/04/2026: Pizza with mozzarella was not good, they didn't believe me when I pointed it out, in fact the owner accused me of not wanting to pay, and I felt offended, he could have made me another pizza, oh well I'll go to other restaurants to eat pizza!

21/04/2026: I'm writing this review for one reason: I was really upset by the way I was treated here. One morning, I came in to get a tray of pastries and waited at the counter, but the lady behind the counter decided to serve someone who had come in after me. I pointed this out to the woman who had passed me, and she justified herself by saying that the lady behind the counter had served her first. The lady behind the counter witnessed everything and pretended nothing had happened, continuing to serve the other woman. She didn't even apologize, she just pretended nothing had happened. I'm convinced that both of these people, when they're unfairly passed at the post office or elsewhere, start to think, "How do people behave?" Only to then do the same to others or do nothing when these bad practices are used against others. I left: no matter how good the pastries are, they can be found elsewhere, and I honestly don't want to give money to someone who treats people badly or ignores something they could have done about. I then took the tray of desserts and I continue to take them elsewhere: I'm sorry but I cannot accept that people are treated like this in a restaurant.

20/03/2026: Unfriendly staff with zero service, cappuccino only foam I could have shaved and the prices are out of line. 2 normal breakfasts 7.20... but how much do you want to earn... It's become a mess
