04/01/2026: I usually dine in, but this time I opted for takeout. As usual, the food was delicious, the packaging was beautifully presented, and the delivery was super punctual. Plus, they're always very kind and helpful.
05/11/2025: Truly special food. Excellent products. Fast and friendly service. They explained how to order via a tablet (which was then brought to the cashier for the bill). Highly recommended!!!

30/12/2025: Very nice restaurant, it feels like entering a real farmhouse. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. A special mention goes to the Sangiovese-flavored shank, which was truly excellent and plentiful.

25/12/2025: This kiosk is located in Porta Montanara, with a small parking lot, near the center of Faenza. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright, with large windows surrounding the seating area for dine-in. The menu is varied and extensive, the prices are affordable, and the food is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, and well-organized. There is no table service, as it's a kiosk. It was a pleasant experience.

02/01/2026: I was there just yesterday afternoon for a simple orzo macchiato and a cappuccino with orzo. It was a terrible experience, as I ordered everything—literally, "colored water," impossible to consume, but still paid for. Now, lack of experience or sloppiness can happen, but at least you need the professional and human ability to pay attention to comments and, if necessary, to remedy them, even with just a "sorry." The response was complete indifference, with a complete failure to understand that we are the "face" of the companies we work for. Congratulations. I did, however, appreciate the table service.

Every time we delude ourselves that it might be a good pizzeria given its proximity to home, but every time the wait turns into a delay, and the pizza I ate tonight was wet, as if they'd boiled it.
