02/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place while on vacation in the area.
What can I say... we immediately received a wonderful welcome and a presentation of their various offerings—fantastic guys!
Initially, we ordered two simple ice cream cones, and we couldn't help but return the next day to try the Moke (highly recommended).
The ice cream is probably the best I've ever had. They also have more unusual flavors, like my favorite, Black Hawaii, but each one is truly better than the last.
I'll take advantage of any new vacation opportunities in the area to return! (Of course, hoping they'll open new locations closer to home 😂)

We've been coming here for 14 years, and the pleasure of rediscovering the hospitality and professionalism of Omar and the entire staff is wonderful. Chef Aristide is an artist in the kitchen. I recently changed my diet, going completely plant-based, and he prepared such a delicious, rich, creative, and artistic vegan menu for me that it was more of an experience than a dinner! Paired with the wine recommended by Omar, it was delicious. An evening here is truly enjoyable. See you next time <3

19/07/2026: Dining at Antica Trattoria Al Gallo 1909 was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The food was outstanding – beautifully prepared, full of authentic flavors, and clearly made with passion and respect for tradition. What made the experience truly unforgettable was Umberto, a wonderful host and an exceptional wine expert. His warmth, knowledge, and perfectly chosen wine pairings elevated the entire evening. We felt more like guests in his home than customers in a restaurant.
18/07/2026: I have only positive things to say about this place.
Other than the fact that the restaurant is beautiful, you feel like you are in a museum of art but the service is excellent, fast and the food is incredible.
The owners are around, you do feel that they care and nurture their place the way they should.

12/06/2026: I was impressed by the quality of this trattoria, especially the smoked goose breast (appetizer). Everything was truly delicious, from the first course (cappelletti on top), the second course (an excellent pork tenderloin with Sangiovese), and the dessert (a special chocolate cake with mascarpone cream). Make a reservation, because the place is small, and go!

07/08/2026: In my experience, the pizza dough isn't good, but it's sticky, while the toppings are plentiful. I wouldn't recommend it.
07/08/2026: I always order pizza from them, and I get a simple marinara with lots of garlic, and what can I say? It's truly amazing! It's so thin and crispy, you have to try it if you haven't tried it yet.
Highly recommended
The service is also top-notch.

04/06/2026: I've been wanting to come here for a long time, and I have to say it was a truly pleasant experience.
A truly spectacular place with a beautiful view of Faenza and its hills from above.
Despite it being a very hot Sunday lunch, the breeze delighted us and allowed us to appreciate the excellent dishes we consumed.
A platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a delicious artichoke jam;
Cappellacci with asparagus and pancetta were sublime;
Pork fillet with Sangiovese mousse was the TOP.
All accompanied by good wine and the attentive, super kind, and helpful staff.

29/07/2026: Overwhelmed by the words "sourdough" and "90-hour leavening," I was drawn to this pizzeria. In reality, it's nothing special. As a true Neapolitan, the pizza is something else entirely. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
