02/05/2025: Pizza 🍕 very good, excellent cooking, fresh ingredients, excellent dough, I took a pizza 🍕 😋 parmigiana and it was sublime in terms of flavor and taste of the stringy cheese that flavored the aubergines, really excellent, very friendly and kind staff, excellent service, I recommend it as a pizzeria and a very romantic place, with a truly enchanting view, I will gladly return......🤗🤗😶

30/05/2025: Direi dove mangiare panini hamburger spettacolari con materie eccezionali , posto molto carino e possibilità di mandiate fuori nella piazza di Bobbio fronte chiesa . A due passi dal ponte Gobbo , consiglio prenotate posti non sono tantissimi .
12/05/2025: Burger di carne, pesce, ma anche veg! Tutto buonissimo, servito con sapienza e gentilezza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale molto carino nella piazza del Duomo di Bobbio. Straconsigliato, per tutti!

02/03/2025: questo locale é molto accogliente riguardo sia il personale sia il cibo sia il posto, i camerieri sono molto simpatici e accoglienti ti fanno sentire a tuo agio. é un posto molto consigliato a mio parere per una serata con amici sia per i drink che per il costo molto abbordabile. é stata una bella esperienza di sicuro ci ritornerò

17/11/2024: We went to Il Nuovo Mugnaio a few months ago, but I can't forget the kindness of the staff, they were very kind to us and our daughter, giving us information (we were on a trip) and selling us bread and treats even during closing time.
Delicious bread, the flavors of the past enclosed in a bite.
Definitely satisfied, when we pass through Bobbio again we will certainly come back to visit you!

01/04/2025: Di ritorno da una escursione in alta Valtrebbia decidiamo di fermarci a Bobbio per mangiare una pizza.
Abbiamo scelto questo locale per caso e posso dire che per quanto riguarda la pizza nulla da dire farcitura ricca e cotta a dovere non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio e mi spiego meglio il mio tavolo composto da cinque persone ha ordinato e il tavolo di fronte arrivato e ordinato dopo di noi ha avuto la pizza prima di noi non lo trovo molto professionale comunque gli darei una seconda possibilità
02/03/2025: questo locale é molto bello esteticamente e i patti sono molto soddisfacenti ma il fatto che non mi ha soddisfatto per nulla é la disorganizzazione del locale avevamo ordinato 4 pizze 3 per le bambine e 1 per un adulto hanno fatto arrivare la pizza all’adulto pensando che le altre arrivassero a breve e dopo 1 ora e 30 minuti e dopo ripetute lamentele ricordando le altre tre pizze le pizze sono arrivate. ritengo molto irrispettoso questo comportamento soprattutto perché erano arrivate tutte le portate e quando sono arrivate le pizze hanno pure avuto il coraggio di ribattere dicendo che l’errore era nostro per aver detto che era una seconda portata. ultima volta che ci andrò

17/03/2025: Found by chance while passing by motorbike: exceptional cuisine, great courtesy and friendliness of the owner and chef, low prices. The mulberry jam tart is sublime. The wild boar is also very good. I'm appalled by the comments that say the portions are small! The portions here are fair, however tending towards the abundant rather than the sparse! Anyone who just wants to fill their stomach to excess has an underdeveloped sense of taste!

02/07/2025: What can I say? Cinema-like location, very friendly staff. Good and plentiful food, only that for a worker it is a bit expensive. The only negative note is that inside the restaurant, there is no Tim line....AND THEY DON'T HAVE WIFI. BUT IN 2025, SOMETHING LIKE THIS CANNOT EXIST......
29/06/2025: Infinite wait for dishes and messy service at all tables, mediocre food in my opinion considering how you eat here and also in other restaurants. Prices not indicated on the menu.
After eating, no one comes to ask for dessert and coffee and for each dish, an infinite wait.
Waitress visibly annoyed at every customer request.

14/06/2025: We entered this bar with the only hope of finding an available bathroom, being tourists who had been around for hours. Unfortunately, we were told that the bathroom was unusable due to a breakdown. The environment was anything but welcoming: the dirty floor, with obvious signs of poor cleaning, and a dog that roamed freely in the place without any control. Another absurd thing was finding, in June, the Christmas decorations still hanging: dusty Christmas stars that gave a shabby look to the whole place.

31/10/2024: First of all, the waiter didn't speak English at all! We asked him questions about food, he just shrugged his shoulders and literally said “I don’t know.”
Secondly, this is the first place in Florence with such a poor level of food and products. I ordered a caprese salad, in which they put some tasteless weathered cheese instead of classic mozzarella.
The tomatoes were tasteless, the pasta with truffle was without truffle!
Very bad! Don't go here!
20/10/2024: Hands down, the best ricotta and spinach ravioli I've ever tasted. Absolutely amazing food. Would highly recommend and prices are very reasonable. Must cost when in Florence!

06/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati a questa pizzeria attirati dal cartello “forno a legna” è gnocco fritto” ma, era meglio evitare. Abbiamo ordinato due porzioni di gnocco fritto, una con salumi e formaggio e l’altra solo formaggio ; lo gnocco fritto aveva poco di gnocco in quanto assomigliava di piu , sia per aspetto che per consistenza , allo sgabeo ligure, ovvero pasta della pizza fritta. La porzione di formaggio era molto abbondante , due grosse fette di un formaggio morbido , niente di che,e un pezzo di stracchino. I salumi giusti e nella media. Il locale poco curato e poco pulito, il bagno si trova vicino ad una stanza laboratorio aperto dove tutto è semi accatastato e non bello da vedere , il personale gentile ma disorganizzato . Nota dolente il conto, 53 euro per tre porzioni di “gnocco”, formaggio di cui la metà è rimasto lì poiché esagerata , una birra acqua e due caffè. Non lo consiglio.
