Whenever I ride my motorbike around Bobbio and the surrounding area, I always stop here for lunch. I've always had a great time, excellent food and a welcoming place!

Visiting Bobbio (from Parma) after having done a full immersion in the TOP places (Castle, Abbey of San Colomvano, Cathedral, food market in Piazza Duomo and Ponte Gibbo on the Trebbia) we left aside the idea of ​​the cutting board at the Il Giardino restaurant and opted for the two typical dishes (explained by the caneriere) maccheroni alla bobbiese (a sort of bucatino with beef stew) and pine nuts (elongated green gnocchi) with porcini mushrooms, then a little souvenir shopping (in a caravan cured meats such as fiocco, coppa piacentina and strolghino with explanations from the seller/crier of Castell Arquato, and in a neighborhood shop a pack of dried porcini mushrooms and Giardiniera pickles)

I was out on my motorcycle, we were headed to the Penice Pass, we worked up an appetite and stopped by your place for a bite to eat, everything was delicious!! The service was very efficient and fast!! I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the area!!

A wonderful experience at this hotel and restaurant. The owners are kind and attentive. The typical Bobbio cuisine is delicious. The rooms are very nice and clean. I'm satisfied.

11/05/2026: We would like to sincerely thank you for your professionalism, availability, and impeccable organization during our daughter's First Communion lunch. A location straight out of a Thousand and One Nights: having relatives from the Lomellina area, the view of the Piacenza hills captivated everyone and was greatly appreciated. We were also completely satisfied with the quality of the food: we chose both traditional dishes and modern twists, all truly excellent. The service was fast and attentive, with perfect timing that allowed us to experience and enjoy the day peacefully, as a First Communion deserves. It will be a wonderful memory for our entire family. Thank you so much!
