12/11/2025: Weekday lunch, a spartan atmosphere with minimalist tableware, but tidy and quiet. Relaxed service, surprisingly high-quality food (à la carte). I ordered mushroom tartare (hand-cut and excellent meat), anolini in brodo (I emphasize: broth, not a side dish but a worthy co-star), and tagliatelle with mushrooms (and I got mushrooms with tagliatelle, perfectly cooked). Adequate portions, reasonable bill, and friendly service. We'll be back.
14/09/2025: We stopped by chance as we were returning from vacation! Everything was delicious, very kind staff and low prices!

The outdoor atmosphere is splendid: well-maintained spaces, tranquility, fresh air, and that country charm that makes everything so relaxing. It's the ideal place for a pleasant dinner with friends or a romantic evening.
The cuisine is excellent, with well-prepared dishes and quality ingredients, while the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even at peak times, the service remains attentive and organized.
01/09/2025: A beautiful location, tastefully decorated, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is truly delicious and ranges from local specialties like cured meats, torta fritta, and tortelli d'erbetta (stuffed greens tortelli) to more alternative options, all equally high quality. Prices are in keeping with the refined setting and service, but still very reasonable. Owners Sara and Mauro are incredibly friendly and approachable, and the staff is also polite and efficient. When our friend Michela Tedeschi sings, the fun is guaranteed. What can I say...highly recommended!

I'm a chef and have a decent palate.
Without mincing words, it's the best pizza in Parma and the province in terms of digestibility and deliciousness.

Please review the desserts: it seems like all the cakes have the same, sickening base: very little biscuit base and five fingers of cream...
09/11/2025: Among the best Neapolitan-style pizzas in the Parma province. The dough is very melt-in-the-mouth and not too salty. Excellent quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The wait is a bit long, but it's worth it. Recommended! We'll definitely be back.

Extraordinary anolini in brodo.
Delicious cutlets with salami ragù.
The roast beef was truly incredible.
Delicious tiramisu.
If you want a lunch or dinner to remember, don't hesitate to make a reservation.
Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: I've been there a few times, and overall, I have to say the food is quite good (desserts a little less so).
I always get the impression that the waiters are a bit rushed when taking orders or clearing dishes.
It's still a good option for eating in the area.

07/11/2025: Well, without exaggerating, the best pizzas in Parma and the province, and the pan-fried pizza is unmatched!!! The sandwiches are also excellent.
20/10/2025: Nothing to complain about about the very friendly staff.
The pizzas were burnt on the outside and very "wet" in the center.
My daughter then wanted the profitevol (chosen from the dessert menu), but it wasn't available because "it would arrive the next day."

03/12/2025: What can I say... we found ourselves eating with a colleague during our break from work, honestly nothing exceptional, for a self-service restaurant there was really very little choice, and the portions were also meager. For a plate of pasta with gorgonzola, a bresaola tartare, a soft drink and a coffee, more than €15 per person, truly exaggerated.

27/09/2025: I was here on a Saturday night. We had a reservation for 9:00 PM, and when we arrived, the table wasn't available, so we had to wait a short time. Luckily, we were seated at 9:10 PM.
The table setting is incomplete without glasses. Usually, when you go out to eat, the first thing they ask is if you want a drink. We were seated for 20 minutes and no one asked if we wanted water or anything else.
The service is very confusing and poorly organized, even the pizza-making staff comes out to serve.
We waited for over an hour, so initially my experience wasn't at all positive.
I'll give them a shout out, though: the pizza was so good it made me forget all the flaws and oversights in the service. So, I give the pizza a 10!
