23/05/2025: Small, slightly bohemian place with the pleasant welcome of Francesco in the dining room and the creative flair of the young chef Pietro in the kitchen, who delighted our taste buds with dishes with truly surprising flavours. Starting from the very long leavened PandiRo' pizza, with a light dough, with just the right crunchy base, expertly stuffed (we tasted the Calabrian one and the one with raw ham), moving on to the katsuobushi risotto (one of the most harmonious and exciting dishes I've ever tasted!) and the tasty summer annolini, up to the delicate duck breast and the sumptuous turbot... to finish the chocolate mousse enlivened by a touch of saltiness and the ethereal cloud of Catalan cream, truly tasty and unusual. The bottle of local Malvasia bubbles was excellent. An experience to absolutely recommend and repeat, wishing a bright future to this young management

08/06/2025: Beautiful day spent in good company outdoors, very well-kept and welcoming place. Very kind and present staff, compliments to Marco the owner and for the excellent giardiniera 🔝 a menu with a wide choice and good quality wine list. Tortafritta very good soft and made into bite-sized pieces so I managed to eat a few more pieces 😋 excellent cured meats, good first courses and exceptional duck leg. Definitely to return, highly recommend.

13/06/2025: Very good pizza, definitely among the best in Parma. Special flavors and with carefully chosen ingredients and excellent quality. Very fast service and pizza preparation time. Excellent choice of beers too. The final dessert, a cheesecake-type cake with a Sicilian cannolo flavor, a bit of a sore point being very heavy and a slightly exaggerated portion, but good taste. Summer location outside unfortunately is not the best considering that it is exposed on Via La Spezia with all the cars passing by.

13/06/2025: Beautiful and welcoming location with the possibility of dining outside. Very kind staff and really good pizzas that reflect the traditions. Really excellent!

04/06/2025: Poor Mauro, how they have reduced your bar. Prices increased, sandwiches halved, quality worsened. A room in disarray without any guidance. At lunchtime there used to be a queue, now it is always half empty. A real shame. Luckily the evening guys manage to give a different push. You can still have a nice evening.

30/05/2025: Had an aperitif, good cocktails and the appetizers that accompanied it, they also make first courses and second courses that are also good.

23/05/2025: First time I had lunch in this restaurant and I had a really great time. The portions are right and perhaps even abundant, very good food and fast and efficient staff. Good cold cuts and the tortelli in trios are special. The interior of the restaurant is rustic but well kept. A little hidden but for this very quiet. I was very impressed.

21/04/2025: Ordering from Spiga d'Oro is always a guarantee. The pizzas are delicious: light dough, perfect cooking and quality ingredients. But what really makes the difference is the care taken by the two guys who run the place - a close-knit, kind and super professional couple. Quick and punctual service, never once out of time. And for those who organize parties or birthdays, there is also the possibility of ordering pizzas and many other delicacies in advance. Very comfortable and always delicious. Well done indeed, keep it up!
