12/11/2025: Weekday lunch, a spartan atmosphere with minimalist tableware, but tidy and quiet. Relaxed service, surprisingly high-quality food (à la carte). I ordered mushroom tartare (hand-cut and excellent meat), anolini in brodo (I emphasize: broth, not a side dish but a worthy co-star), and tagliatelle with mushrooms (and I got mushrooms with tagliatelle, perfectly cooked). Adequate portions, reasonable bill, and friendly service. We'll be back.
14/09/2025: We stopped by chance as we were returning from vacation! Everything was delicious, very kind staff and low prices!

01/01/2026: Dinner with friends. Five of us ate an appetizer, four first courses, five second courses without sides, and a dessert, but everything was modest and tasteless. The cover charge was excessive at €3. The location was average, and the prices were medium to high. Overall, nothing special!
23/12/2025: I'd say this is the best trattoria in Collecchio. You feel right at home. Michele is also excellent, a wonderful host. The staff is super friendly.

27/11/2025: All the amenities are located below the hotel, so it's excellent. Their kindness and helpfulness were priceless. They gave me my room early in the morning, and I was able to stay with my cat, even allowing me to check out late in the afternoon at no extra cost. The breakfast was good, and the pancakes were delicious. The only complaint, for those of us who are meticulous, was that dust removal was a bit neglected (despite the sheets, towels, and bathrooms being spotlessly clean).
The property clearly has a lived-in feel, so it remains a functional place.

My only flaw is that I advise the housekeeping manager to supervise the cleaning staff better!
(I dropped a pill under the bed, so I had to move it! Surprise!
There was everything, including a lot of dust!!!!!)

22/11/2025: We visited this bar this morning, and I have to say that the hospitality is their strong point. We had a croissant, a coffee, and a cappuccino, and the products were undoubtedly top-notch. The atmosphere is slightly dated, but that can be overlooked, as some of the photos on the walls of the dining room suggest a certain connection to the place's past. It's a simple bar, but also emotionally welcoming. Kudos to the owner, who is clearly the soul of the place.

07/01/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered five takeout pizzas, choosing double-dough, but three of the five were raw on the inside. Only two pizzas, which were pulled, were cooked properly.
The outside, however, was already burnt, a clear sign of an overheated oven and poor cooking management.
To make matters worse, the delivery arrived 20 minutes late.
Considering the rather high price, one would expect significantly higher quality than the competition, which unfortunately wasn't the case. It's hard to imagine ordering again.
Update: order 15794 dated 05/01/2026, pickup time 7:00 PM
I called immediately and notified the pizza chef of the incident.
06/01/2026: I've been to this place both indoors and outdoors. I recommend making a reservation because you might not find a table when only the indoor dining room is open. In the summer, the garden area offers much more space. The pan pizza is delicious, soft and crispy on the bottom, and beautifully topped. The torta fritta, although different from the traditional one because it tastes more like fried dough, is also good. It's a quiet place. Also recommended for those with children. Sometimes the wait for the dishes can be a bit long.

27/10/2025: I've been there a few times, and overall, I have to say the food is quite good (desserts a little less so).
I always get the impression that the waiters are a bit rushed when taking orders or clearing dishes.
It's still a good option for eating in the area.

03/12/2025: What can I say... we found ourselves eating with a colleague during our break from work, honestly nothing exceptional, for a self-service restaurant there was really very little choice, and the portions were also meager. For a plate of pasta with gorgonzola, a bresaola tartare, a soft drink and a coffee, more than €15 per person, truly exaggerated.
02/12/2025: Perfect for a quick lunch. Varied cuisine and fair prices. Friendly staff.
