Menu non vastissimo, il che è sicuramente un bene a patto di cambiarlo frequentemente.
Tutto quello che abbiamo provato era di ottimo livello, con un perfetto bilanciamento tra gourmandise e leggerezza.
Come da titolo l’abbiamo trovato migliorato rispetto alla gestione precedente, anche per quanto riguarda il servizio.
Ha comunque margini di miglioramento, in particolare sulla carta dei vini - troppo incentrata su spumanti e frizzanti.
Anche una dotazione più adeguata di calici non guasterebbe.
01/06/2025: Wonderful ... what an experience ... Although I suffer from serious food intolerance, I was able to eat the menu proposals that the chef adapted for me, keeping their original taste and flavor.
Little nice place conducted by two young professionals, helped by a nice young girl. You should try

Very kind and present staff, compliments to Marco the owner and for the excellent giardiniera 🔝 a menu with a wide choice and good quality wine list. Tortafritta very good soft and made into bite-sized pieces so I managed to eat a few more pieces 😋 excellent cured meats, good first courses and exceptional duck leg. Definitely to return, highly recommend.

21/04/2025: Ordering from Spiga d'Oro is always a guarantee. The pizzas are delicious: light dough, perfect cooking and quality ingredients. But what really makes the difference is the care taken by the two guys who run the place - a close-knit, kind and super professional couple.
Quick and punctual service, never once out of time. And for those who organize parties or birthdays, there is also the possibility of ordering pizzas and many other delicacies in advance. Very comfortable and always delicious.
Well done indeed, keep it up!

27/07/2025: Ormai ci veniamo da tanto da Antonio ed è sempre una conferma, la pizza è la migliore in zona, ingredienti sempre freschi, la pizza sembra di non mangiarla, digeribilità al 100%.
Ormai non ho più parole.
Passate a provare la pizza di Antonio e ci ritornerete di sicuro.

Tra le migliori pizze e panzerotti mai mangiati in tutta Italia.
E sono uno che l'Italia la gira in lungo e in largo.
Ottimo anche l'antipasto di prodotti tipici pugliesi.
Una pizzeria che consiglierei ad occhi chiusi ai miei corregionali che in fatto di pizza ne sanno più dei napoletani.
P.S. non prendetela molto condida, perché Antonio poi esagera 😁
Il mio voto è 5 pallini, solo perché non c'è il sesto.

This is not a "gluten free restaurant" but they offer pizza with gluten free base.
19/03/2025: Fixed menu after an event, very good ravioli and obviously Parma cold cuts.
In the morning coffee in a paper cup which I deplore.

Basically the terrible service, orders taken only by half the table, pizza with mozzarella ordered without lactose exchanged for a normal one, bottled drink instead of on tap, and I could go on. If only the pizza had been good! How do you make a marinara with sour cream curls? And please don't take the cherry tomatoes, they are actually peeled. Except for the location, which is actually quite intimate and cozy despite being in the center of town. If you are satisfied with the location, this is the place for you, I'll pass
