Trattorias like those of the past, no luxury, very "old" but clean, genuine food, modest prices

The trattoria is on the main road with plenty of parking, but it's often full. You're transported straight back to the 1950s, and I mean that in the best sense of the word. It's remained just as it was in those days, from the entrance door to the counter to the decor. There's always a bit of a wait to be received, as there are few people and they're very busy. The decor is truly minimal, like a bar, and the menu is written on a piece of paper. Every day there's a specialty, like pisarei e fasò, lasagna, tortelli verdi, or gnocchi al soffritto. However, they're only open for lunch and only on weekdays. The all-inclusive menu is €15. Limited choice, 2-3 first courses and 2-3 second courses, with side dishes, water, wine, and coffee included. What can I say? The specialty dish was well-made. The rest of the first courses were fairly unremarkable. Everything was very honest, and nothing was truly inedible. The staff was friendly and hardworking. There's nothing wrong with this if you're aware of the type of place. I love these places and would like to see many more... Well done.

It can be improved but good people

An old, traditional trattoria, the rooms have remained unchanged since the old days. The atmosphere is family-friendly, just like the owner. The food is simple but delicious.

Bar Trattoria Roma, in all honesty, is that kind of place you avoid on the street because it doesn't look trustworthy from the outside. But in this case, it would be a shame to pass by Madregolo near Collecchio and not stop in for lunch. Authentic cuisine in a very simple, typical trattoria setting. Every dish reminds you of your mother's, or even more so your grandmother's, because you can taste the heart and soul of the person cooking it. Their signature pasta e fagioli is a must-try, but if you're passing by during December, you absolutely must try the cotechino served at this restaurant, which is well above the average. The prices are also incredibly reasonable.

A trattoria like it used to be. You feel right at home, especially because it feels like you're walking into someone's home. The location looks like a 1950s house. You may or may not like it, but what matters is not the location, but the quality of the food and the good price. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended. The business lunch is highly recommended. P.S. I recommend booking to be sure of getting a seat.
