02/09/2025: Spectacular place, a real find! The owner is super friendly and makes you feel right at home, the service is impeccable and always with a smile. We tried the gnocco and tigelle: generous portions, authentic and irresistible flavors! Everything was delicious, from the first course to the last. Every time I'm in the area, it will be a must-stop, highly recommended!

13/08/2025: I had lunch here on Friday, August 8, 2025. I must first compliment the chef and the owner for the beauty and elegance of the place. I ate very well; the food was fantastic and beautifully presented. The service staff was friendly and fast. If I lived nearby, I would return often. I highly recommend it.

08/08/2025: The staff were welcoming and friendly, even though it was still closed when we arrived. They were tactful and kind, and gave us excellent advice. The prices were perfectly in line with the quality and quantity of the dishes. We also appreciated the 20% discount from Monday to Friday.

19/06/2025: Delicious pasta at very family-friendly prices! We went there twice. The appetizers and desserts were also delicious.

17/06/2025: I had dinner at Ristorante La Bertola in Baggiovara, Modena, and it was quite a pleasant experience! We tried the Cotolette 'alla Carla' and 'alla Burratina,' as well as the Filetto di Maiale 'alla Bertola.' Everything was delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly. The only downside was that the dishes didn't all come out at the same time, so some of us had to wait a bit longer. Despite that, the overall experience was good. The total for three main dishes, two sides, one dessert, and both sparkling and still water was a reasonable 69 euros. It's definitely a place I'd consider visiting again!

17/08/2025: I went for breakfast. The place is small but beautiful and well-maintained. They also have a bakery, selling bread, which I bought and liked. I had a cappuccino and an apricot brioche. The counter was well-stocked; recommended if you're passing by.

04/05/2025: Cosa dire,...non ci sono parole per esprimere la nostra gioia ed enorme soddisfazione ! ..prenotato da tempo per festeggiare il mio compleanno e quello di mia moglie che per motivi vari non abbiamo potuto festeggiare a tempo e debito; pomeriggio prima della cena tanto desiderata io non mi sento bene, ma per nessun motivo voglio rinunciare alla serata! E bene che ho fatto! Prima sorpresa: ristorante aperto solo per noi.. e questo la dice lunga sul senso dell'ospitalità; Seconda sorpesa: riferendo che non ero in grande forma e scusandomi quindi che non avrei potuto godere fino in fondo delle loro prelibatezze, si fanno in quattro a prepararmi a parte portate adatte alla mia situazione...terza sorpresa: si sono ricordati che al momento della prenotazione avevo parlato di compleanno e ci fanno trovare una torta (la loro inimitabile millefoglie) con una candelina per me e una per mia moglie! quarta sorpresa: hanno aperto una bottiglia di bollicine e hanno brindato con noi! Che dire, dopo una esperienza così in altri locali, per quanto eccellenti, non potrò provare le stesse emozioni, perchè atmosfera, disponibiltà, accoglienza a questi livelli sono un dono ed un'arte. Grazie!

13/04/2025: A place with attention to every detail, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Fixed menu with top marks, each dish is an explosion of flavors and authenticity. A real gem that I absolutely recommend!

03/07/2025: First Wednesday of July at Centrale Everything was perfect, exceptional staff, delicious food! We have been to this place several times and have always had a good time, The only sore point was the atmosphere ruined by an inappropriate gesture from a woman who came to have a drink after dinner. Definitely not lucid!!! She ruined the nice atmosphere and offended all the staff!!! GOOD GUYS!!!

24/08/2025: Silvia did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She even bought gluten-free products and baked a cake for us. She's an absolute gem of a hostess. + Spacious, clean room + Well-equipped kitchen + Good breakfast + Nice pool + Quiet location near Modena and Bologna. - The only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi.

09/08/2025: A 19th-century place full of charm, simplicity, and excellent cuisine. The rooms are spacious with high wooden ceilings and wooden furnishings. The staff is kind and friendly. A small pool with a garden and loungers completes the welcome.

22/06/2025: I had lunch there for work, every time it always left me with a good memory. I think it's the only place where I would also try what I normally consider not to be my thing; delicious dishes, well-prepared, in short, a treat for the palate. Small but welcoming place, one of my favorite places, I can't deny it. Obviously highly recommended! 🥰

18/05/2025: Excellent dishes, very kind and helpful staff. I have been to this restaurant several times and every time I have left very satisfied, I am a vegetarian and since the kitchen is express I was able to ask for small variations without any problem. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes traditional cuisine but with a modern twist, really everything is excellent.

24/06/2025: A very good selection of delicious food and drinks. They are well-prepared for guests requiring gluten-free dishes. The service was a bit inattentive. The ambiance is modern and well-maintained. Relatively high prices, which is noticeable due to the proximity to Maranello 😄

20/06/2025: I was here to celebrate my son's birthday. It's not the first time I've been there since my son is celiac. We ordered gnocco and tigelle and to tell the truth we spent a lot. Ok the affection was very good but I think the bill was exaggerated. In addition, they brought us the basket of tigelle saying it was gluten-free but it was with gluten. Luckily they realized it before my son ate one. You can't do something like this since they've been doing gluten-free for many years. In any case the very nice waiter apologized and brought the right one. The owner didn't say anything. Honestly I expected an apology, I know these are things that can happen since they were working, but it shouldn't. Having said that, you eat quite well but you spend too much in my opinion.
