27/07/2025: Il locale è accogliente, comodo, ed il personale di servizio molto gentile, con uno stile di relazione al cliente cordialmente affabile. I piatti del menu' hanno titoli importanti purtroppo la preparazione ed il risultato non sono all'altezza. Uovo pochè annegato in una crema di patate insapore e corredato da un pezzo di buona coppa piacentina un po' difficile da tagliare nel piatto fondo e da mangiare con il cucchiaio che viene portato per questa pietanza; il secondo che avevo scelto non era disponibile- seppure sul menu'- quindi ho optato per un filetto all'aceto balsamico accompagnato da della bietola saltata in padella (abbinamento che ho trovato abbastanza banale ed anche un po' triste ) che per qualità della carne - davvero niente di che - preparazione - piu da cucina di casa che da ristorante Michelin - ed impiattamento è stato davvero deludente, Per dessert ho scelto una spuma di ricotta con coulisse al frutto della passione; buona la coulisse, che aiuta a spezzare l'eccessiva dolcezza dell'impasto di ricotta, il quale non è per nulla spumoso; dessert decisamente non riuscito che toglierei dal menu. Buona la bolla di Trento doc anche se non adeguatamente fredda. I prezzi delle singole portate sono in linea con quanto si trova in ristoranti di livello equiparabile, nella fattispecie però il rapporto qualità-prezzo rende questo ristorante molto costoso e non da Guida Michelin

05/08/2025: My first experience at this pizzeria was nothing short of excellent and I was truly blown away. Recommended by more than one person, I wasn't disappointed at all. The pizza dough definitely requires some effort—not the classic Neapolitan one with a super-high crust, not the classic Roman one with a thin, crispy crust, but light, slightly salty, and well-rounded (not the kind that makes you get up at 3 a.m. to drink two liters of water, in short). There's definitely a lot of thought put into it, and it's hard to describe in words. While we waited for our pizzas, we also tried two slices by the slice, a different type of pizza from the one we ate later, closer to homemade pan pizza. We finished with dessert, a sort of pizza filled with mascarpone and Nutella, accompanied by fresh fruit (truly excellent). The two biggest pros, in my opinion, are definitely: 1. the seasonal menu (if I understood correctly, it's the month), which offers pizzas topped with fresh ingredients and subject to availability. In our case, Cetara anchovies and Apulian burrata stood out. 2. the friendly service: everyone was genuinely interested in our thoughts on the pizza, and overall, I noticed a very easy-going and relaxed atmosphere. This is a huge plus for me, something you almost never find in pizzerias. Ultimately, I absolutely recommend it. There were 4 of us in TOTAL, and we ordered 2 slices of pan pizza, 4 (super) topped pizzas, 3 Cokes, 3 waters, and a dessert and fruit platter shared by 4 (but given the quantity, everyone was satisfied; they certainly went overboard knowing they were sharing it). We paid about €24 per person. PS. I recommend booking.

26/07/2025: Siamo andati in visita alla Pagani e al suo atelier. Al termine abbiamo chiesto un consiglio per pranzare e ci hanno suggerito di andare in questa trattoria. È stato veramente un ottimo consiglio!

07/08/2025: One of the best pizzerias in Modena, I highly recommend trying it. The quality of the ingredients is 5-star! The place has recently been renovated and given a very modern look. In the summer, it's a real gem for a pizza with friends. Excellent service, very kind and helpful, and the owners are incredibly friendly!

15/07/2025: We went on a Thursday evening for the aperitif evening with entertainment for the children, we were a little disappointed by the slightly high price compared to the very limited menu, but the place is beautiful and even our 5 year old son had a lot of fun with the girls

06/07/2025: I was there just to eat. Excellent food, kind, friendly and welcoming staff. The internal and external location, with the large park, are very beautiful. The organization of the events is spectacular. The food is more than excellent! Even the tastiest dishes have an admirable delicacy and taste.

24/05/2025: Booked for 4 + 1 child with high chair, placed in the center of the room at a table for 4... We squeeze in, but it's already off to a bad start. Very slow service, even for the coffee we had to report that we had ordered it on the site to receive it after almost half an hour. For some dishes we waited more than 1 hour (you can see the time the order was sent) because they are waiting for more orders of the same dish to bring them out all at once. The biggest joke given the waits were some hot dishes that arrived barely warm, who knows how long they had been ready. 3 hours for a Japanese lunch is not realistic, and luckily we ordered without waiting for the dishes from the previous order to arrive... Very chaotic and noisy environment. Tables too close together. Service methods and layout are reminiscent of a company canteen

24/05/2025: Very slow service, we waited half an hour just to activate the reservation from our phone. Many dishes arrived even 1 hour after ordering, it is not possible that they wait to have multiple orders of the same dish to prepare them and bring them out all at once. Some hot dishes arrived barely warm and who knows how long they had been ready. Small and very chaotic environment, tables too close to each other.

16/07/2025: The grilled meat is exceptional, the desserts are good, an excellent restaurant for a work break, worth considering for dinner.
